Stopped in for some pizza after doing a walking tour (take the tour, it's awesome!). We got a medium pizza, half Meat #1 (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms) and half Veggie #9 (Mexican). So good! We didn't realize this was a chain until we looked it up later and happily realized we had a location right near our house. Loved this new and up and coming establishment. Been to Jules in California plenty of times and was very satisfied with experiencing their pizza and salads on the other coast. Definitely a lot smaller than the other Jules and the not-so comfortability of the workers, but besides the lack of space, everything was just the same! Excited to see where Jules plants itself next! I had a great experience at the Jules in Doylestown a couple years ago and was thrilled when I stumbled upon their new location in Princeton which is MUCH closer to where I live (but still not close enough). I took my family here for pizza when our beloved Conte's was closed one Sunday afternoon and it was a hit. Coming from a family of NYers who are definitely pizza snobs, it is not easy to impress them but Jules did it. We loved the variety of pizza and interesting flavor combinations. Some stand outs included the Buffalo chicken, potato carbonara, and brisket/steak with horseradish sauce. The portions are nicely sized and the ingredients are high quality so you feel full (but not disgusting) when you leave. Highly recommend! read more

I ordered 2 to go and alls i got was a bag of completely broken cookies.. Tonight was the first and last time I will order from Jules. My family and I was looking forward to 3 large pizzas and a salad because I heard good things about this restaurant. I placed an order over the phone at 5:15PM. The employee took my order correctly and said delivery would be 60-65 minutes. I thought that was sort of a long time but I thought it would be worth the wait. 75 minutes go by and no delivery. I called and spoke to a woman on the phone and she said the driver left about 15minutes ago and should be there any minute. She said if for some reason he is not there in 10-15minutes to call again and they will track him down (Call AGAIN and they will TRACK him down - REALLY??!!??). 90 minutes go by and still no delivery. I called again and a gentleman picks up the phone and I tell him that the delivery guy is still not here and it's been 30 minutes since he left and its way past the delivery time. All I can think about at this point is stone cold pizza being delivered. Again I hear, well he should be there any minute let me give him a call. I get put on hold and he comes back and said the driver told him he will be right there. I hang up and wait by the door so the driver can see me when he arrives. 120 MINUTES LATER - I called for a fourth time (including my initial order). I spoke to the manager, Kelvin, who said can you wait another minute he should be right there. I said "Absolutely NOT!!!". I asked for a full refund and finally after 10minutes on the phone with Kelvin he finally apologized and said I would receive a refund (3 days later to my credit card - REALLY??!!??). He said it never takes the delivery guy this long to deliver food which I find hard to believe. He also offered me a $20 coupon for my next order - I declined. I still never got a straight answer where the driver went!! I couldn't tell you how their pizza is because I never received it to try it but if it is anything like the delivery service I would say stay clear of JULES!!! I will never order from them again!!!! read more
