They want to just rip you off...we ordered 6 different orders and they all are being delivered to the same address THE SAME ADDRESS and each one of the orders got charged a delivery fee. Each order was charged a delivery fee for being believers to the same address. I called back and cancelled my portion of the order, they say money will be refunded in 2 days. This place here is ok. They didn't do a great job at making my Philly cheesesteak. It was a bit dry and not enough cheese really. It's a little surprising how busy this place is because the good isn't all that great. I even had to wait until the employees got there to open the store for nearly 10 past their posted opening time of 11am. Service is quick, cheap and ugly. They have seating inside and outside. I would not go to this business as they do not have a business mind. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. I did not check thinking you charged me for it I should get it. Well, I didn't get my meatballs. When I called I was told the next time I came they would replace my order however, that did not happen. The manager stated you get a $4 credit on your next order or I should have came back so they could add the meatballs, laughable, like I have time and gas for their mistake So, basically I got a credit to use only if I give them more money. It's hard to rate this place. Objectively it's average, or slightly above at best. Pizza comes out a bit uneven, but usually tasty. Prices are fair and the people are nice. The problem comes in that if compare it only to what's in the area it's really amazing, one of the better places I've had pizza from in the area. But it falls short on a national level. If you're from outside this area or you visit other places, Julianos is nothing special. Don't get me wrong, it's still one of my favorite pizza places in the area, but just keep the expectations in line in comparison to what else is in the area and you'll be ok. We a were wanting something quick and easy for dinner, since we had no groceries in the house. We decided to order pizza. Now came the decision of where to order from. I have looked at the reviews for Julian's many times, but have always been reluctant to order from them. I was greatly surprised at the pizza we received. I ordered a Meat Lovers large and received a Small Cheese Pizza for free. Our pizzas arrived about 40 min after I ordered and still burn your mouth hot. Yum! Meat Lovers - I think my favorite thing about this pizza is the sauce. It has really great rich flavor. Too many times lately I have felt like I needed to add salt or other toppings to the pizzas I have ordered to get enough flavor. Lots of sauce, melty cheese, and great flavored toppings. Free Cheese Pizza- 10 in pizza with regular crust. I had them add pepperoni, because it feels like a waste just getting cheese. Great size for one person. I called to order food for delivery, not because I was DYING for a "taste of Italy" but because I was fucking starving and nothing else delivers at 11pm. So I start out to order, Chicken Philly Supreme, mayo, lettuce and tomato on the side, with fries and an order of broccoli bites... OH HEY! They deliver beer. Let's order a six pack.... THINK AGAIN! Love this place! It is relatively close to my home so it was accessible and pretty affordable! The BBQ chicken salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. Juliano's is situated in the shopping center beneath/next to the Huntington Gateway apartments, where I've been living since 2007. In those seven years, I've probably placed an order with them at least once every two weeks, often more frequently than that. The food is consistently delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the service has been prompt and friendly. I was glad to have this option in the neighborhood, as I've never been a big fan of Papa John's or Dominos. Once I began ordering regularly, delivery usually came within 15-20 minutes, on rare instances from 30 - 45 if it was a busy night. They also brought the pizzas to the apartment's pool / deck area, which was great for entertaining during parties. I've generally stuck to the pizzas, which have always been hot, fresh, and tasty. Their margherita w/chicken is among the best I've had. They have a medium-weight crust, not so thin as to fold/buckle easily, but not so thick so that you feel a brick in your stomach as you eat. The cheese, sauce, and toppings are excellent. My girlfriend has been a big fan of their pasta dishes, particularly the fettucini alfredo w/sausage and the chicken parm. They don't skimp on the portions, and there's almost always enough for lunch or dinner the next day. She's also big on their chicken wings. In all the time I've been ordering from Juliano's, I can't say I can remember a time when I was disappointed with my food, or felt like my money would have been better spent somewhere else. The staff have always been professional and polite, both over the phone and in-store. I always opt for delivery or take-out, but the small eating space is always clean and presentable. Prices are higher than they would be ordering from a chain establishment, but I feel like the cost is more than made up for in quality. This is on the shortlist of places I'd like to take with me when I move. I have zero reservations recommending Juliano's. read more

I stopped by here a few weeks ago on the way home from class to grab some take out. My order was ready to go in less than 15 minutes from when I placed my call and the employees were all very friendly on the phone and in person. I got a small white garlic pizza and wow, they weren't messing around, tons of garlic, just the way I like it. I really enjoyed the crust as well, much lighter and less dense than the pie I'd gotten earlier that week from The Original Italian Pie. This place would definitely enter my pizza rotation. I LOVE this place! We have ordered from them several times and have always been happy. Their spinach calzone is amazing!! We've also had their pepperoni pizza and a spinach pizza along with their wings. Their pizza sauce is so good and their wings are delicious as well! Decided to enjoy my diet cheat day with Pizza and had a menu for Juliano's on hand so gave it a try. Menu has much more than pizza and prices are as good as anywhere else. $8.00 minimum for delivery within a 5 mile radius of the store. When I called the phone was answered promptly. Took about 2 minutes to give my order. Pizza arrived hot, and in about 5 - 10 minutes less than I was quoted. They also included a plate, fork, knife, napkins and handi-wipes. Nice Touch. I got mushrooms, black olives and green peppers. Plenty of toppings and plenty of cheese. Bread was fresh and soft. Really good pizza. Too bad I avoid carbs 95% of the time. I defintely will order from Juliano's again. Maybe I will try a salad or wings. :-) Can't think of anything that was bad. Only pizza I've had that was much better was in Italy. read more

Ordered wings and had to wait for them to remake them because they had made the wrong ones. Waited 15 minutes for a new order of wings and received plain wings instead of hot buffalo. Called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She argued with me for 5 minutes claiming she made the wings herself and they were correct. The Delivery driver was more than accommodating when he offered to bring the order up from the lobby, though we opted to intercept that load of awesome sauce upon arrival. I've ordered from Juliano's 3 or 4 times over the last 2 years. It's is a great place to go for variety. While it's primarily a pizza place and I like their pizza a lot, you also have other options. If I want pizza, I can get a personal 10" pizza for myself and others can get subs or entrees or salads. The lasagna is very nice and is a large portion (enough for 2), plus it comes with a large salad and garlic bread. And the prices are great, all good values. There are a number of pizza places in the Huntington area. Juliano's one of the better ones. Of the group Juliano's is only slightly behind Maggio's. Really the only thing that separate the two is that Juliano's sauce is slightly more acidic. Particularly on second day consumption it's just slightly behind. Solid delivery establishment. We've ordered from here several times. Friendly on the phone and they always have gotten our order correct. Delivery always takes about 45 minutes which is fine. They tell me on the phone 45 minutes, and it shows up in 45 minutes still hot and delicious. Pizza is great, wings are great. Salads are pretty good but would love if they used something other than just iceberg lettuce. Heros (I'm a NYer) are good as well. Stopped at the Hampton Inn in Alexandria on a trip from Myrtle Beach to Boston. Tired after the 7 hour ride we want to just hang in the hotel room and order in. We ordered a Chicken Parm sub, The Finishing Touch (Greek salad with grilled chicken), Steak & Cheese Sub, Chicken Philly Supreme & Chicken Salad sub. We were asking for American cheese instead of Provolone, no mayo or tomato son a sub and everything arrived perfectly as ordered. Subs were jam packed with everything and cooked perfect. Not greasy, not undercooked, but totally sopping wet soggy. It was mushy, gooey, and quite unpleasant. And another thing, there was way too much cheese and way too little flavor. This was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I ordered a vegetarian, thin crust pizza. What I got was a pizza that was so over-baked that it tasted like a dry and crumbly cracker smeared with a very, very little amount of tomato sauce from a can and even a smaller sprinkle of cheese. NO SUPPORT FOR THE DISABLED - I am so disappointed in Julianos. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never had issues with them. I had surgery this week and asked the delivery driver to bring the food upstairs and he told me no I had to come down. I told him that I was on crutches and could not come down and he proceeded to tell me that everyone in my building had to come down and hung up on me. I called the store and told them what had occurred and the woman who answered said she would call the driver. After being on hold she said that she couldn't reach him. I had to call a neighbor to go downstairs to get my food. I am so shocked at this deplorable treatment and never though that Julianos would treat someone who was disabled this way. Part of the convenience of delivery is that the food gets brought to your door. I open that this review brings light to the serious issue of disabled people being treated poorly. I LOVED Juliano's when I first moved to The area. It is so much better than any other chain pizza joints in the area. They use fresh ingredients, are local, and always get my order right. And the prices are very reasonable, and often comes with a free small cheese pizza which is a promotion they've ran since I've frequented them. I ordered from them again today for the first time in a long while since we're back in the area and it was delicious. Not as great as I remember but still yummy! Perhaps they've changed their dough since or my taste has changed. I love their margherita pizza! It's so garlicky! Ordered for pickup a gyro and an eggplant parmesan hot sub. You can get gyros almost anywhere around here, but I think Juliano's is at least in my top 3 to-go places for it. But even more than gyros, I think they make a mean eggplant parmesan sub. Lots of cheese, and the eggplant parm stays crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside even hours after I picked it up! I wish I lived close to here as this is definitely my top go-to for a quick eggplant parm. The service is fast, and I think their prices are fair, especially relative to other joints similar to them around NoVA. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you really have to as it's a small place and reminds me more of a Chinese takeout restaurant, but there is plenty of parking outside. read more
