    Chicken Quesadilla
    Whitney L.

Great service, very kind people working there, small location worh only 6 tables inside. Food was meh. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla but it had tomatos onions and celery inside, very liquidy and wet quesadilla. Maybe add that, that stuff is inside the quesadilla so people will know.

Kinda low end, with relatively inexpensive, relatively flavorless food and a vaguely icky room and patio that didn't really do much for me. Inexpensive drinks and great HH pricing are a plus. The service was just lovely, though: our counterwoman was a charming delight. I don't want to discourage anyone from coming: Julios, Too may be just what you want. Don't hope for a knock-you-down/revelatory foodie experience, though. It's a hole-in-the-wall, but it's not THAT hole-in-the-wall that you sometimes dream about.

I've been coming here for years. Small parking lot and 1 handicap parking space. Cute patio and small indoor seating. This is counter service. Staff is always kind and helpful. I have tried most items all food. Great lunch specials. Today I got the chicken mini chimis. This is a off menu item. It comes with delicious dip of cream cheese with green chilis. Plus they give you fresh chip and salsa They will give extra if you ask. I get 2 meals out of it. $13.51 with tax. Good value.

The staff was extremely friendly. You order at the bar then find your seat. I ordered the enchiladas, tasty! The salsa for the chips is pretty spicy so be careful. It's a cool diner vibe inside, very vibrant colors.

    Mexican chicken parmesan

Been awhile, but stopped here for a $13 lunch special. I tried the pollo ranchero which was oddly like a Mexican chicken parmesan. The sauce wasn't too bad and the cutlets were easy to cut with a a plastic knife and fork. The bad things were a giant bucket of not si fresh chips sitting on the counter and the rice was not good at all. Still no white meat unless you order what got or fajitas.

Absolutely fantastic Mexican food. Truly authentic and such a great value. My wife and I were in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area visiting our daughter for the weekend. She recommended we go here. Did not disappoint!!

I stopped by Julio's Too for lunch and was authentic Mexican food! They have some great lunch specials that are definitely worth checking out. I ordered the chili relleno and my friend got the two crispy chicken tacos. We both enjoyed our food! We also had the pomegranate and watermelon margaritas which were good! What really stood out to me was the rice--it was SO good! Perfectly seasoned with peas and carrots. It was a great compliment to the meal. The service was friendly and quick, and the prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes.

Great Phoenix staple taco shop. Don't pass on this place. Their salsa's amazing. They're margaritas are great and they're chicken tacos and Pollo Fundido are the best in town

Coming here was a real treat for me. My girlfriend in high school and I ate at Julio's former full-service restaurant on Indian School Road all the time back in the day (called Julio G's). It was our favorite place to eat at. Julio G's opened in the late 80's and was pretty popular back then. This location is their second restaurant down the street and is a quick-serve version of Julio G's (hence the name Julio's Too). The full-service restaurant eventually closed and I haven't been back since. I was driving down Camelback Rd and was surprised to see that this take-out location was still open. I thought for the longest time that all of the Julio's locations had closed up. Julio's Too is still mostly take-out, but does has a small area with tables for dining in. Julio's Too serves traditional Mexican food and does it in large portions. I love Mexican food that blends all together. I grabbed some food to-go and enjoyed my stroll down memory lane. Everything was wonderful and I'm looking forward to a return visit next time I'm in Scottsdale.

Highly recommend checking out House Rules, especially with our summers being so hot. This is a great indoor activity. Now I realize that the 2026 was a Summer Olympics and Curling is part of the Winter Olympics, but we didn't care Upon entry to go to the host stand and tell them what you're looking to do (activities vs bar/waiting). The space is relatively open and you can immediately see the fully stocked bar, the bowling area, the back axe throwing lanes, and the enclosed curling lanes. We opted for a package that got us unlimited games (any) for an hour. We started with curling and we didn't need any special clothes or shoes. We were lead to a lane and it's set up like shuffleboard (you can stand on either side and there's two separate color stones). There's ice where you glide your stones and you stand on rubber for traction. You can glide by hand or use a piece of equipment that is essentially a stick to help push and guide your stone. There's an attendant on duty to help any stones that are stuck or that don't make it down the lane The experience was awesome. We've always wanted to try curling, but it's difficult to find somewhere that is set up to let you do that. We were amazed that we finally tried it in a desert of all places. There are no brushes like in typical curling, but you still get a sense of the Olympic activity. The bowling was fun too, but it's a smaller version like you might see in some novelty bars. Axe throwing was that of typical ax throwing. You had a couple different sizes of axes, there's lanes and you throw at a wooden target. They had computers to input your name and keep track of points. It was sometimes difficult to stick the wooden target, but it was fun We didn't try the food or drink, but everything looked good. The staff were very helpful. It was a weekend, and it wasn't overly crowded which was nice. Overall it was a fun experience Some tips: If your stones seem to be getting stuck down the lane, ask the attendant to move you to another lane. That's what we did and it made all the difference Explore the rest of bustling Old Town Scottsdale. There's literally something for everyone, and definitely check out the Frybread Lounge for some great Native American fusion cuisine Chee

Love the special touches like the light at your table to call the martini cart bartender over to do table side personalized martinis. Our waitress was phenomenal and offered so many helpful menu tips as well. For the ambiance, think dark, moody, and sexy vibes. Even though the exterior and bathroom areas of the W Hotel are under construction, the ambiance within the restaurant is beautiful and unaffected. I also appreciated their waiting area with seating and TVs so we could catch the very end of the World Cup game! The food and drinks were amazing. I had a delicious mocktail with elderflower - dare I say one of the best I've ever had...I'd go back for just that! Everyone else at our table loved their martinis as well. Often when you dine at these new aesthetic spots in Phoenix/Scottsdale the food disappoints - but not here. Only dish we didn't love was the chicken piccata which was a bit plain. My vodka pasta and the braised beef pasta were delicious and flavorful. And let's not forget the dessert offerings: gelato, affogato, and tiramisu were all so good! I'll definitely return here it was top tier all around!

Before our table was ready, we sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks and the bar tenders were lively and super nice! Great service there. However the worst part of our experience was the hostess. She didn't smile at all throughout the whole time like she didn't want to be there at all. Honestly, probably need to get a new hostess cause everyone else was so nice and smiling and just a great vibe. Our server Kelly made up for how terrible the hostess was. Kelly walked through the menu with us and the favorite entrees as well as the martini cart which was such a fun experience. My husband got the veal cutlets and it was the best he's ever had. I had the branzino which was good but quite dry. I think if it had an actual light lemon type sauce it would make it easier to eat. We also got the Mac and cheese which almost didn't make it but our server made it happen! We got the chocolate torte to go and holy moly that was so good. Also, can't forget the calamari, it's a must have. That dip was divine! We also loved the antipasto that came while we were looking at the menu and it was such a great twist from the usual bread service cause it was light. All in all, we loved it and we will be back and we hope the hostess is a different person when we do come back!

Just an FYI- if you're booking for someone's birthday make sure they know who it's for. They put a nice birthday message on the board but it had my name and not my daughter's... This restaurant is quite busy and loud, so keep that in mind when booking. We sat upstairs and it was pretty warm up there. Not sure if this is normal or something was going on with the AC that day. They had HH cocktails all day and I enjoyed my Hugo spritz before dinner. The food was excellent, the only thing I was not a big fan of was the risotto. It needed more spice or flavor. Everything else was very flavorful. We had the yellowtail crudo and gambas for appetizers. The gambas were so tasty, the best I've had- even compared to Spain. The garlic butter sauce was delicious, and our server brought out the soft, pillowy pita bread to enjoy with it. For dinner we also had the lobster ravioli, lamb shakshuka, and filet mignon skewers. All were good. The shakshuka, although different than what I've tried before, had great flavor. The steak was cooked very well. For dessert, we wanted to try the pistachio baklava cheesecake, but then to our disappointment our server brought out the chocolate cake. Turned out they were out of the cheesecake, but the manager comped the dessert for us (IMO dessert should always be comped for a birthday...) We enjoyed the food a lot, I think next time I would go for the happy hour and hopefully it won't be as busy (and warm) so we can enjoy more.

During our time here, there was a large party taking about half the dining area so the service times were impacted. We came in as a party of 5 with a wait time of about 20 minutes. This was totally fine since we did not have a reservation. During the wait, we partook in their game area which helped us pass the time. All the games were fun, free, and open! Our food was pretty good. I ordered the wings, Caesar salad, and broccolini. The wings were of good size and flavor. The Caesar salad was pretty decent, but the amount of lemon in the dressing was a bit overpowering. I was making pucker faces as I was eating and let my girlfriend finish the salad. She agreed that the lemon was much stronger than other salads, but she enjoys lemon so she was okay with it. I tried her Wagyu cheeseburger (happy hour meal) and unfortunately both of us felt like the meat itself was lacking lots of flavor. My sister ordered the OG chicken sandwich and she said it needed more sauce for flavor. I will confidently say my favorite food of the night was broccolini. The cook was perfect and the flavor was great! I would recommend that side to everyone! As I stated before, there was a large party during our meal, so service time was admittedly slower than expected and we had to remind our server to bring us spoons for our desert, for a to go box, and for a water refill. Since it was busy and packed, I understand it could be difficult so I won't judge it too harshly. I will say one of the food runners, Shaye, supported our table and was very kind and understanding when we flagged her down for something. She really made our experience that much better with her attitude and speed! Given all of the information above, 4/5. Improvements on the food would make it 5 stars for me.

They were able to accommodate us although the hostess was a little rude as we could've just went somewhere else if there was no room. All of us ordered the steak frites and a lot of ours had really big fat pieces so there actually wasn't much "meat." In comparison to the first time we went here, the steak the first time was much better. They also changed the chimichurri recipe which was needed and was really good this time. A few people got the dole whip boozy marg. They said it was a 3/5 as it was inconsistent drink to drink, ex: one got cherry, one didn't; one was more watery than another one. They said they wouldn't get it again. Overall it was a little disappointing compared to my first visit, especially with most of us only being able to eat half our steak. They also changed the plating to the wooden boards which were kind of warped so when we were cutting our steaks, it was shaking the table a lot.
