I won't complain that the menu had liquor on it but the bar wasn't open yet, because they had not gotten their liquor license. With that being the only downer, the food is spectacular and season just right. I am going back next week for a Birthday celebration. I am so glad that this establishment has open it has the right ambiance and very nice hostess and waitstaff. When I first started going to Jumbo Crab, I loved it!!The food was great, the portions were a decent size and the staff were nice. I recently went to this restaurant multiple times within the last month and the staff were VERY RUDE and the portions were very small. We was seated right away,the The waitress came over like 10 minutes later and askedwhat did we want to drink. Like 5mins later the Lobster came out and I was so out done when the guy was walking to the table he looked like it was his plate. He was walking so slow with his pants sagging showing his nasty blue underwear, the fork was not covered up it looked like he justed pulled it out his back pocket. We sat there like 5mins in shock,like how do you bring out the Entree before the appetizer not only that but it was only one . I was so UPSET we got up and left. I've been to more then a few of these crab in a bag joints and this is the best in my opinion by far. Seasoning is on point and pretty authentic. Decent prices recommend Cajun seasoning medium . Anything above the medium is pretty spicy. Cons: Not the best customer service, they dont seem to check on you as often. The staff doesn't seem to have that much experience in the restaurant industry. Slight language barrier. If they were a little more attentive I would give this place 6 stars no hesitation. read more

The crab was very good quality compared to other same concept restaurants I've been too.. however I feel as the sauces are always a bit salty. We walked in right when the opened, they were mopping had blaring rap music with foul language playing, they looked like they weren't ready for business. I asked for sliced lemon and they were cut so thin that I felt I barely got juice out of it. A very nice seafood spot that just opened up! The food is very good and the experience is even better. Very clean inside and the servers were very nice. The experience begins after you order and the food is brought to your table. It comes in a steamed bag. Your table is covered with large paper towel. You are given a bib and gloves (most definitely needed). Open the steamed bag and steam comes out which shows how hot the food is! Once you start to tear into your seafood, it can get pretty messy but is well worth it. Did I mention that you also get to choose how spicy you want it and seasoning of your food! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My family and I went this past weekend, the young lady that served or table had an horrible attitude before she took our order. It was 12 of us she took half of our order and said she will come back to get rest of the order, she never came back until they brought food out for the order she took, the manager put the other orders in. She came back to out table never asked if we needed refills on our drinks, she just brought check out, with a $38 gratuity included in the check, I was livid!!! I'm not going back here any time soon. We ordered fried oyster and it was greasy,cold and tasted raw. The four pieces of fried catfish on a bed of French fries was tasteless. Came for the first time out of curiosity and cant be more happy! Made my own combo with crab legs, crawfish and had calamari for appetizer. It was amazing! Perfect sauce to go with everything taste incredible !!! Would be coming here more often because im hooked!! The time to be seated on a Friday night was not bad at all. We got a drink at the bar while we waited, it was only about 15-20 minutes. The wait time for the waitress to show up was ridiculous. It wasn't that busy. We waited about 45+ minutes for our food. And while our 2 friends and myself had stepped away, my husband stayed at the table. They brought him his food and then asked if there was anything else he needed. He told the girl that he needed the other 3 people's food. Then we were all back at the table. They brought my food, then a few minutes later brought one of our friends food. Then a good 5-10 minutes later brought the 4th persons food. It also took forever to get drinks for us. Figured with it being Valentine's Day most places would be packed and hard to get in. Staying at one of hotels close by I noticed the parking lot was half full. I decided to try it out. No one was at the bar, so sat down. I sat there for 5 minutes and no one ever came to take a drink order, said I'll be right with you, or even acknowledged me. Bad service, staff doesnt know what to do, and the kitchen take forever for the food to be ready. After read all the bad review on this place about the service i still want to give them a try . And yea, i made a reservation at 8:00 to make sure we dont have to wait too long , but when i came in they cant find my my reservation and told me to wait 30 minutes. 30 later i have to come over and ask for how much longer i have to wait then they take us to the table. If i never ask maybe they will let me wait hours even i have reservation already . Then we have to wait another 50 minutes for 6 wings and 15 minutes more for the seafood ... The menu selection is ok. I wanted shrimp and calamari, but they dont have combos for the fried fish, so I ordered 2 baskets. They served each with marinara sauce, which I did not understand. But they were accommodating when I requested cocktail sauce. The food was mildly seasoned, which I appreciated because most fried seafood is salty. The breading was light and did not overwhelm the seafood. They did not have coleslaw or salad, which would have been a nice balance to the fried fish. I would try this place again read more
