    Too cute!!!

I never really gave anything matcha a chance...until now. We happened to explore the grounds after eating nearby and saw this place. Super friendly and helpful service the afternoon we came, especially for our first time visit. My husband and I adore Charlie Brown & Friends, and Snoopy of course, so we appreciated the interior decor. We later found out they were doing a collab with the Peanuts Gang's Journey to Japan...too cute! Order up: - Strawberry Vanilla Latte (iced, and yay for double espresso) - Blended Chocolate Hazelnut Matcha (yum!) Perfect spot to end with dessert...there's always room! CHEERS and happy eating till next time...

I've visited this Junbi location a couple of times now; the staff is always nice and the place is kept clean. I really enjoy the outdoor patio here and it was especially fun visiting during their Peanuts event! I liked their hojicha hazelnut drink. Their matcha is good but not my favorite here so I often opt for the hojicha or something fruity instead. Parking can be tough depending on what time you go but since it's located in a neighborhood area there is sure to be sidestreet parking if you're willing to walk a bit.

Guava matcha latte is my new fave. Servuce is always helpful and friendly. Great outdoor space as well. If you cam get your hands on the cookies...Lucky you, good stuff. The rice balls are also amazing

Ive seen this place around so I was excited to try their matcha but I was very disappointed. They had a big selection of matcha drinks but I thought I'd just go with the Cold Ganbaru Ceremonial Matcha to see how it was without a fruit flavor mixed in and it just tasted very watery/milky. I hardly tasted any matcha flavor. Not sure if it was an off day but for $6.75 I was expecting more than watery milk.

Finally got to try Junbi and wow talk about convenience of having a coffee/matcha spot next to a play area.. great place for a play date where parents can get their caffeine fix and kiddos can roam and play Love that they have a big variety menu and even have soft serve! Definitely my kind of jam.. staff here are all very nice.. got to try the new cold foam series and tried the strawberry cold foam matcha.. I have to say, it's just ok, perhaps it a new item.. I might opt for the strawberry matcha latte next time. Also got to try the dirty matcha which comes with 2 espresso shots definitely much needed. Is it the best matcha? So hard especially living in OC where the competition is high and has so many other good options but definitely a top spot for all around for space, convenience and variety Highly recommend

Yuzu dragonfruit jasmine tea - very refreshing, tad sour, would definitely get again especially on a hot day Matcha + Hojicha Latte - got it with coconut milk which was kind of overpowering so I'll stick to oat milk or regular Drinks are kinda expensive though and small for the price. At least we're really tasty though. Service was great and workers very friendly with recommendations

Junbi never misses! I tried the strawberry foam matcha and instead did my usual strawberry matcha latte with the strawberry puree. Both shine on their own, the strawberry foam makes the matcha much creamier and lighter in color. The puree has a stronger strawberry flavor but still can taste the matcha, it doesn't lighten up as much as the foam. Both tasty, it all depends on preference! Also did the drive up option this time around! Didn't seem too busy or loud inside. Staff is always kind and efficient, love coming here.

This place is nestled within Cottage Industries. It has matcha and coffee. We tried the iced strawberry latte and the Vietnamese coffee w/ the matcha cloud (secret menu). It was so refreshing on a HOT day!

Fairly good mango matcha. I would have preferred the mango flavor to be stronger. It just tasted like a sugary syrup with the lightest hint of mango. The matcha flavor could've been stronger too as the milk and sweetness of the purée overpowered it. Limited parking in front but very sweet owners

I was nearby having dinner at Smoke Queen and saw this place on the way in and I was interested. There was a lot of matcha which is not for me but they had some other interesting drinks. On their kiosk, I ordered the Yuzu Dragon Fruit Jasmine Tea. There was a strong citrus flavor which overpowered the drink but it was actually really good. Especially after the ice melted. Everyone there was so friendly. They have an interesting drink menu. I'll be back to try more!!!

Stumbled into Junbi a few minutes before their 9pm closing like the chaotic caffeine goblins we are, and wow, what a glow-up!! The place is spotless and there's a self-order kiosk so you can pretend you're tech-savvy while aggressively craving matcha. Obviously we upgraded to ceremonial grade matcha because once you've tasted the fancy grass, there's no returning to peasant powder!! Ordered a classic matcha latte and a strawberry cold foam matcha latte, both living their best, bougie lives. And that first sip? Absolute flavor fireworks!!! Great spot for delicious ceremonial-grade matcha!!

This spot is located on a neighborhood street. It's really nice because they have a big outdoor area with tables, tents, and restaurants and shops. Parking is limited and so we had to park in the neighborhood and walk over. I had a voucher for a buy two get one free drink. I'm caffeine sensitive so I appreciate they had separate menu for non-caffeine! I ordered the guava refresher and it was definitely refreshing! I did get to try their matcha and it's delicious. They also have soft serve and rice balls. There's a kiosk you can order from or you can order from the register.

Junbi is a tea house located within the Cottage Industries business park, known for its high-quality matcha drinks, lattes, and soft-serve ice cream! They also offer a variety of matcha-based beverages, including hot and cold options, and a unique selection of branded merch! We accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem while dining at Smoke Queen Barbecue next door. I'm not a big fan of teas or matcha, so I was pleased to find a guava refresher on the menu (love all things guava). As I expected, it was extremely delicious and refreshing. My wife ordered the iced hojicha latte (has a toasty, nutty, and earthy flavor). Super creamy and flavorful. Service was quick! Staff made some really good recommendations- guava refresher with boba! The overall vibe was welcoming, calm, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot to chill and relax with the family. We even found a giant teepee which was unique and spacious to hangout with friends and family! We will definitely be back!

The night market is only during summer time so i was so excited when i heard that they were actually opening their own location! My mom and I been hooked since then on their lychee, Jackfruit, and durian ice cream. The reason why we liked it is because the flavors are rare and hard to find anywhere else. Also, I believe their ice cream is made with really fresh ingredients. You can really taste the freshness and flavor. My mom is extremely annoyingly picky but she actually likes the ice cream from Ant's a lot. I also tried the original flavors and I would highly recommend the strawberry but mostly the pistachio. It was so delicious.! I came for ice cream but the smell of the fresh brewing tea smelled too good to pass up. I tried the original milk tea and all I have to say is wow. You can really taste the strong tea flavor in the drink (which I really like and is usually really picky about). I will definitely be back to try other flavors! I love the inside as there's actually seating and tables inside and outside to mingle with friends. Really rare to see that these days. Customer service was friendly and great. They were patient and allowed us to try samples.

As someone who…read moreis Vietnamese and grew up in a Vietnamese home, eating durian is one of the best fruits that tastes good despite the smell. I found this place on Instagram, and because of the constant Asian flavors featured in those ads. I quickly got intrigued and decided to drive here before I started work as a tour guide. I tried to pick the Pandan mung bean ice cream and the avocado flavours, but because of its popularity and with Father's Day a few days ago. It was all sold out. I can really tell that this place sells the best Asian ice cream, especially classic flavors. Some of the ice cream flavors had Vietnamese names to them because some of them are popular in Vietnam and in overseas Vietnamese households. I ordered the banana split because it's my first time eating it. I can also customize my own banana split. I picked Pandan and grass jellies. I also picked black sesame since it almost tastes like chocolate or whey. I also picked vanilla and I also got durian. There was also chocolate drizzle and whipped cream. The banana split tasted so good. This place also has good wifi. There's also two tablets you can use to order what you want. .

The mint and chip is basic. Nothing too much about it. My kids like it, so I got it. Average 3/5. The rose ice cream tasted like a rose, it was pretty good and very floral. The disappointing part is I was hoping the ice cream would be shaped like a rose as depicted on the picture. Nope, just a scoop and left it as is. 5/5 for taste and 0/5 for presentation. The milk and cereal one was actually pretty good. Especially with Frosted Flakes in it. It literally taste like cereal. 5/5. Tsun Scoops is an anime-inspired ice cream shop that focuses on creative flavors, fun presentation,…read moreand a playful atmosphere. We walked into a space that stands out immediately with its themed decor, character designs, and little details that make it feel different from a typical ice cream spot. The shop has a strong personality without relying only on the theme, making it a place that works for both anime fans and anyone looking for unique desserts. The interior is compact but thoughtfully designed, with colorful artwork and small touches that reward a closer look. The biggest highlight is the rotating ice cream selection. The flavors go beyond the usual options, with combinations like ube, sea salt, yuzu orange, and other seasonal creations that give the menu a more adventurous feel. We appreciated that they offer samples before choosing, since the variety makes it hard to decide. The flavors are creative but still approachable, and the dairy-free options are a nice addition for people looking for alternatives. The ube had a rich, earthy sweetness, and the yuzu orange offered a bright, citrusy contrast that kept the tasting experience interesting. The texture of the ice cream was smooth and creamy, and the flavors were well balanced without relying on excessive sweetness. The presentation is also part of the experience. The anime-inspired names, cute designs, and collectible stickers that come with the scoops add a fun element that makes the visit feel more memorable. We noticed a mix of fans and families enjoying the space, and the overall energy of the shop is welcoming and playful. The small details, from the branding to the way the staff interacted with customers, made the visit feel more personal and engaging. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were helpful when explaining the different flavors or letting us try options before committing. They were patient with questions and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. The space itself is on the smaller side, so seating can be limited and it may be better suited for grabbing a scoop and enjoying it nearby rather than spending a long time inside. The turnover moves quickly, and the staff manage the flow efficiently. Tsun Scoops is a great dessert stop if you are looking for something more unique than a standard ice cream shop. The combination of creative flavors, anime-inspired atmosphere, and small personal touches makes it feel like a place built around the experience as much as the ice cream itself, offering a visit that is both playful and satisfying.
