A great new spot in downtown Palm Springs. It's located by the rowan hotel with outdoor courtyard seating for good people watching. Not a big menu but a decent selection for breakfast and lunch. Mid to high pricing (some are well priced and some are not, sort of confusing). I would come back; but do think they could expand on the menu. read more

Love this little healthy, counter service spot! Came here two days in a row and I NEVER do that on a vacation. Delicious quinoa and chia porridge & love that they have an aperol spritz (as well as mimosa & bloody) if you do want a drink with your avocado flatbread. Staff are sweet and friendly and there is outdoor seating on a nice quad. If you do a big brunch as is typical in PS, come here for an afternoon cocktail and snack instead. I'm giving it two stars because of the location and nice service. Read the article in a Palm Springs magazine about the Avocado Flat Bread. What a bland disappointment, lacked any type of flavor. The presentation was amazing, however, it failed in seasoning and any depth on the taste buds. We ordered a Pimms Cup for a cocktail and it taste like a ginger beer....To be clear we has just returned from New Orleans so we had been to the mountain top. Oysters, dont do it. We ordered Bellinis as recommended by the staff, just to have them come to the table after we ordered to say they were "out". We went to this restaurants this Monday Night (Indiginous people's day) at about 7pm. The front door was locked (maybe due to covid rules) with no direction for an alternate entry. We could see the service person right in front of the door on the phone, looking at us but never acknowledging that we were waiting outside. He could least point to go around? We go around anyway and see the reservation table with noone there. We wait about 10minutes waiting for someone to help us. Right about when we were about to walk way, the waiter comes out of the restroom holding a dirty mop, looks at us and walks away to fix his mop. We wait another 2 minutes and he returns asking if we would like a table. At this point after all the waiting, we said why not, maybe there was a stat cleanup needed. We make our orders (2 pizzas and a salad) and maybe about 20 minutes later we get our salad. I'm starting to realize this might be a bad idea. We dig into the salad and find out there are 3 ingredients missing with an additional vegetable that wasn't listed in the menu. Pretty sure it was some sort of starchy vegetable, so we ask another waiter who was passing buy if he could tell what this vegetable that appeared in our sald was. He says its a fennel, right, a fennel that looks and tastes like a potato. At this point i'm regretting choosing this place. Maybe another 10 minutes later we get our pizza. And yes, more ingredients missing ( mushrrom and sausage ricotta pizza had no mushrooms or ricotta). A lady comes by to grab our waiter and says she's been waiting for 25minutes for her dessert. So i'm not sure about everybody else's experience, but for ~$20-30$ menu items, this was the worst restaurant food and service i've had. Hopefully it was maybe because they were severely understaffed? I don't know. But you would least expect they would either close for the night or least state they are out of certain items, instead of making dishes with leftovers. read more

This is one of those places that really has potential, but is sadly disappointing. There were two in our dinner party and we were greeted by three very friendly employees when we walked in. While we had a reservation, the place was empty which you would think would give the waitstaff time to make the dining spaces presentable. Chairs from the outside patio through the inside dining room were all haphazardly askew or stacked in corners. It looks like the restaurant is closed or out of business to passers by. Really a mess. The patio which could be beautiful is really neglected. No flowers or candles on the tables inside or out. We gave our order to a very friendly waiter - and when the food came out of the kitchen the silverware had not been put down so we stared at our hot food while the waiter got utensils and napkins. Again there were no other customers so we can't blame this on anything but lack of attention. The food was fresh and tasty but honestly it looks like the owner doesn't care about the place and has not trained the staff at all. This place should get its act together. Honestly worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I totally understand the struggle of working in a restaurant when it's busy and hard to keep up, but it wasn't even busy. It took an overwhelming amount of time for our food to come out and when it did it was cold. We also asked for gluten free crust and just got regular. What a surprise to find this amazing restaurant almost empty on a Saturday! A local told me that it had yet to be discovered. I was a little nervous to try a new restaurant at a new hotel. I thought like some other places in PS it may be expensive, scenery, and just OK food. Definitely wrong. The service was totally on point- and it's a fast casual place so that's saying something. The food was also fantastic. The asparagus gazpacho was delicious and the chilled salad was perfect for spring and perfect size to share. The decor and atmosphere is also lovely to sit and relax. Had the Chopped Salad for $15.00, but if you add Chicken and Avocado goes to $25.00, a little pricey for the salad, but was really good, with falafel croutons, which were actually falafel balls. My partner had the Turkey Burger, said it was dry, but had the Cauliflower Side which he raved about. My friend Stacy had the Butterleaf Salad, said it was superb. Food is excellent. Like the previous reviewer, we loved the open space. The kids played until the food arrived and then played some more after eating. They made some new friends. Reminded me of the play areas common in Austrian restaurants. The overnight oats were incredible. Also really enjoyed the broccoli date salad.
