I paid for the one to be rehemmed, and the other to be hemmed the exact length of the other pants. Upon getting my pants back the one pair was repaired just fine. The other pair were hemmed, but were close to 4 inches longer than the other pants they were supposed to match. When I took them back to Viky's for them to fix their mistake they denied ever working on them! Even with the receipt, they blatantly were refusing accountability. I was absolutely blown away by the complete disregard for customer service. I work in the service industry and this is an establishment that you completely should steer away from.

The owner wasn't there so a guy named David said the owner would call me with prices prior to making any alterations. There are no prices listed anywhere. I called several times & got no return phone call. I finally went in today to see what the price would be to find out they had already altered everything without calling me. When I said that I was thinking around $25 the owner called me a cheater. I tried to explain that it was her responsibility to call me OR to have prices posted somewhere. That it wasn't up to me to now pay whatever just because David did not know the prices & she did not call me with a price. She wanted me to pay $36. I paid $26. She was very nasty & told me to never come back again because I was a cheater. In reality, I am a teacher & a very hard worker. But, she needs to either post prices in her store or have a better communication method with her customers.

Not only was she able to repair it, but it only costed me $12. Now I didn't expect her to completely restitch the shoe back exactly how it was, but she was able to make it less noticeable. Instead, when I picked it up, the suit was extremely wrinkled and looked like it had not been properly pressed or finished at all. The whole purpose of paying for dry cleaning is to have clothing returned in better condition than when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. For the price charged and the expectations of professional garment care, I expected much better attention to detail. I would not recommend this dry cleaner based on my experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I would put them on the pricier side of things as my Tampa dry cleaner threw in discounts here and there. Uniforms are always cleaned and pressed nicely and one time. That's all that really matters. For boot/shoe repair, check the pricing before you make the drive…read more While I got my boots repaired because I had already driven up from Clover, I found the price to be high. In hind site, I should have just gone to Belk at SouthPark Mall, where I've had my boots repaired dozens of times. They also didn't have a lot of options that I expected. While the toe of my sole needed replacing, they only offered the entire sole. Having just the toe replaced is something that I've had done several times at different cobblers in at least three states. On a positive note, my boots came back faster than expected. They set an expectation of four weeks and they were ready after about 11 days. What I feel like should have been $60.00-75.00 (heal and leather toe of sole) ended up costing over $109.00.

Have Picked up or attempted to pick up 6 times since they broke the cuff button off during that first visit. Everytime the same red tag marks the spot where they need to replace and everything it is still there. The clerks apologize and make notes I the computer and we repeat every 4-5 days. At this point I just want my shirt back and Ill never visit this establishment again..
