We've lived in the neighborhood for over five years, but it took us at least two years to try this place because the reviews were all so bad...it's a shame it took so long because we've been quite happy with it!! We don't really get whole pizzas here anymore because we're hooked on another place right now, but we still get occasional slices and they're always good, not the best...but good. We love their wings! They're consistently well made, fried hard and we enjoy the hot sauce, and I love their blue cheese. The customer service is decent enough, no real problems. Whenever I fly into town. They know they gonna see me. I think their pizza is better than their wings but their wings are also kinda fire. I almost always get a large pizza with 50 wings. I get half bbq and half hot and I get them charred. The pizza is a bit sweet. The sauce has some extra sugar or something. But it works out great. Super flavorful and makes me come back for me. The pizza is cut into mini slices rather than triangular. The blue cheese always smacks. The location always get knocked for a bunch of different reasons mostly customer service which they aren't wrong but put all of that aside, I'm always a happy customer. Place is much better suited to go and for you to order combos rather than a slice. There are a few seats to enjoy your meal but not many. It's a smallish place. Next to a 7/11. Used to be my favorite pizza in west Seneca. But they have gone way downhill. I hate my round pizza be cut into squares so when I order online I always ask for slices yet when I went to pick up was cut in squares unfortunately I didn't see this till I was home. Also they used to evenly distribute the pepperoni really good now they hardly put any pepperoni on at all just over all went down hill in my opinion. Last Saturday, however, I had a pizza craving on the way home from yard sales. Parked and asked my daughter to run in and get me two slices. "Meats don't matter," I said, "but veggies, lots of veggies." She came out, in record time I might add, with two slices of onion pizza. No meat. I was surprised they had a vegetarian pizza hot and ready to be sold as slices. It was terrific! Thinly sliced onions and a lot of them. I usually get onion on pizza but never so many or so well done. There were also a few olives, green and black, and fewer mushrooms. That was all good, I will order an onion pizza in future, sans olives. I don't need that extra sodium. The photo does not do these slices justice. Not just because I didn't think to take pic until I'd eaten half of one slice, but because they looked better than in photo, and larger, too. I had one slice for lunch, the other for supper. Theyre definitely top 3 for slices in my opinion due to the dough not being as soft and as chewy enough that the sauce of the pizza mixes in with it for that perfect texture definitely good taste though. Top 5 for cookies they're definitely soft and chocolaty but it's something about the almost gingery taste a cookie has in the after taste that it was missing. Employee was on top of everything me and my wife needed. Outside of the spatula being on a bare counter the store is def clean which I assumed and hoped the counter was which is why I didn't speak up. The "atomic" Buffalo wings were actually quite good nice and crispy decent heat level (could be hotter imo) accompanying blue cheese dressing was very good.!I would say definitely not a great place for dining in-not many tables, we were given no plates or utensils and the napkin dispensers was all but empty. I ordered a medium pizza and 10 wings. I picked it up and when I got home the pizza was burnt snd the wings were fried to hard and had hardly any sauce on them and it tasted like it had been cooked several days earlier. I called back and told them and they said they would take 15% off my next order. I said no. I paid you $35 for this food and now I can't eat it. First things first: it ain't "just" pizza. They got sandwiches and wings too. We dropped in here around midnight after a concert. They weren't taking custom orders anymore because they were about to close. I got a slice that was in their display. It was actually pretty damn good, but I was also more than pretty damn hungry. We recently moved near Just Pizza on Elmwood so we thought we would give it a try. We ordered the Basilico Red Pizza, which has basil, mozzarella, and pecorino on it, as well as an order of wings which were half bbq pit and half blackberry bbq pit. We ordered online to ease the ordering process. The online system said our food would be ready in 30 minutes and it was not. When we arrived at Just Pizza, the staff member said it would be ready it a few more minutes. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. The man waiting next to us stated that he had been waiting for over an hour despite a staff member telling him it would be a 20 minute wait. When tasted fresh, the pizza tasted pretty cheap. There was very little basil and the pecorino was of poor quality. It honestly tasted like "shaker cheese." We had some of the pizza the next day to see if it passed the morning test and it indeed tasted better. Still, I would suggest that better quality ingredients are used if this speciality pizza is continued to be offered in the future. We were pretty excited for the wings, namely the blackberry bbq pit because it sounded very unique. Upon opening the box, the wings were extremely saucy. We are not of the liquidy/saucy camp. We definitely prefer wings with a thickened sauce. Now for taste- I would say the sauce has a great taste but we absolutely could not distinguish the blackberry bbq from the regular bbq. This is a red flag! Perhaps the recipe was off the day we ordered or we were accidentally given two orders of the bbq pit. Overall, we were not impressed by Just Pizza and we do not plan on returning for more food in the future. The wait time was too long and the quality of the food was very low. Gave this place a few chances, was always sub par, but today sealed it. Guy on the phone was super rude- I called a pickup in and knew exactly what I wanted. He argued with me about the barbecue sauce I was reading off the menu. Just barbecue sauce dude, I literally don't care which type if that's an issue for you. Was told 40 min, I showed up there after 50, still ended up waiting 10. An hour. Then, when I got home, the pizza was missing half of the toppings. Oh, and they only gave me 9 wings.
