Having a child with nut allergies I thought I should let them know this is a major risk for them. Stopped by for a few slices on the fly, there were a couple of good ones that caught our interest. Chicken finger pizza, a little spicy for the misses but perfect for me. Steak pizza. Was pretty solid, a little light on the steak but made up for it in peppers. Cheese pizza, a kids favorite. She ate it up. Well, a place called just pizza should probably have great pizza....this was just not the case. We ordered a Sicilian pizza with steak and half hot peppers. We also ordered bourbon bbq pit wings and a side of onion rings for around $46. The wings were tasty with a great char, BUT they were very small for over $16. The pizza. Well, look at the pic. For a medium pizza at $20, I'd say it was lacking ingredients. The crust was very thin, and the ingredients were scarce. So thin that I honestly could've eaten the whole thing myself and I'm not a big person. That's not a good thing. So my wife and I went in Just Pizza & Wing Co. for the first time yesterday, and I must say I really like the place. First, the gentleman who greeted us (not sure if he was the manager or owner) was really nice in letting us know what was what since we were first-timers. They really have a nice menu...and to that end my wife and I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and one slice of pepperoni. We also ordered the Loaded Fries and the Garlic Cheesey Knot Rolls. The pizza was really good. Being from Chicago, my pizza standards are pretty high, but let me say I think they could compete against some (not all) of the spots in Chicago. The loaded fries are loaded...and look...they don't cheat you...they have some SERIOUS bacon action going on!!!! I mean the fries held up well under the cheese and bacon. Finally the garlic cheesey knot rolls were good, just not that garlicky, if that makes sense. I still murked three of the rolls, though (I mean, I did save one for my wife!!)! Just pizza has a very large menu. I've tried a few of their pizza's, but can only recommend the "Famous" 3 cheese steak. They've been around for many yrs, and while not my favorite place (have also been to Blvd location in the past) I wanted to see if anything has changed. Not sure about the recent low ratings, as we did not have a similar experience at all. Each of the three items we ordered were accurately made, and based on how they took the order via phone, and how the receipt is printed, it seems it would be hard to mess it up. Their time estimate was spot on. The final item was boxed right after we showed up to pick up. Employees were all friendly, helpful, and quick. From this one (and first) experience, we had no complaints. Regarding the food itself: Buffalo Chicken pizza was great. Plenty of chicken. Standard Cheese and pep pizza was quite good. Not the greatest .. not the worst. I ordered my food in advance for a party. I was happy to go in and find my food was ready for me AND still hot. Perfect there. Price was a tad high IMO, compared to other places. They have specialty crusts here and I had the Romano and it did not disappoint. I loved the dough, the amount and flavor of the cheese, and the crust. I didn't like the sauce though, but that's just a matter of preference (nothing was wrong with it, just not a flavor I prefer but not bad either). As for the wings, the chicken had good flavor (they seemed nice and fresh), the medium sauce we got was fine, and it came with blue cheese and celery (I am always happy to see celery versus carrots with my wings!). My only complaint is that they weren't crispy at all and that always bums me out. You can eat here, although I ordered for pick up. The dining area is separate which is nice. Does anybody ever eat-in at this restaurant? This is the second time in the past year that my family and I decided to eat-in (we live in the area) and we were again the only patrons around dinner time. Kinda made us feel like the kid that nobody wants to sit next to at lunch! I realize they do a lot more take- out business but still! Geesh. I have always enjoyed their specialty slices when I'm on the go driving by their Niagara Falls Blvd location. The Buffalo style chicken pizza or the cheddar and broccoli satisfy. However, this time we decided to ordered the Margherita pizza. Never tried that one from this pizzeria. Over $19 for a large pie. Overpriced. Been a while since I was here last, and man I tell you. What a difference. Excellent customer interaction. Polite and helpful. Order about 5-8 times on the last few months for parties, dinners and ever order has been on point. Delivery wait time is reasonable and on time. Not sure if it's new management or just a whole new crew but overall just so much better. Pricing is fair. On to the food lol I love trying all the different BBQ sauces. BlackBerry is a good one. We ordered an Old Italian White which is a specialty pizza and chicken wings. The pizza is supposed to come with garlic sauce, anchovies, onions and cheese. When I ordered they asked if I wanted tomatoes (it does not come with tomatoes) I told them I wanted the pizza the way it's made on the menu. Told them I wanted anchovies, the receipt said no tomatoes and add anchovies. We ended up with no anchovies, very disappointed. Hub and I wanted to try Just Pizzia's Veggie Pizzia. Taste was not bad it had flavor. They charged for a Med what others charge for large. On website states med 8 slices or 12 squares. I never ask for squares but that's what I received. When I ordered I stated I wanted sweet. I was told that comes with both, again. I stated I only wanted sweet. My husband is not a hot pepper person. I also asked for sesame seed crust. The sesame seeds where on the pizzia not the crust. The pizza was good, but not as good as it used to be ... a little under cooked. The staff is just plain rude. My conversation with the person who answered the phone was frustrating at best. I felt like I was bothering the guy. He spoke quickly while mumbling his way through an obvious routine of questions. When I asked him to repeat the question, he chose rudeness over clarity. This feels like the sort of place that thinks their customers will still come regardless of what they say or do. Unfortunately for them, we have many other very good pizza places to choose from. Not sure why they give you a choice of cuts because they always cut in squares regardless of requests. I don't order wings anymore because they forget to drop them. In today's case, I ordered at 5:28pm. Ordered a large cheese and pep with honey sesame crust, well done. Show up at 6:26 and the fully grown toddler in tie-dye says "I told you 50 mins, it's only been 45" as he's putting the pizza in the oven.... I went to target and spent $40 just to pass the time, come back and pick up the pizza, no honey and sesame seed crust. By and large this area has some of the finest local pizzerias around...and most of them make pretty remarkable wings too. So why should I pick one pizza place over another? Just Pizza* has created one food item that is soooo spectacular the idea of it makes me instantly salivate: Three Cheese Steak and Cheese Pizza with Hot Peppers and an onion crust. AMAZING!! I have ordered this pizza multiple times from multiple locations and it has always been amazing. THIS IS FOOD PORN... A square-sliced pizza with a thin crust which is covered with tiny bites of chewy carmelized onions. Savory and well seasoned pieces of thin cut steak, mushrooms and hot banana peppers are smothered in three distinct cheese. While I am unsure of what the actual cheeses are my best guess is Mozzerella for stretch and chew, Monterey Jack for creaminess and Parmigiano Reggiano (the undisputed king of cheeses) for flavor. Of course, it could be provolone, white American and Piccorino Romano...but the effect would be just about the same. Point being, this is the perfect blend of cheese (and meat) each creating a synergy of deliciousness!! I don't get take-out very often and I hate to splurge calories on pizza, but if I gotta...I mean really gotta...for me there is no other choice then this amazing slice of Buffalo food porn. *They also do a great job on their pit wings (BBQ Wings fried then char grilled)...though La Nova still makes the best. read more

People say that this is "classic Buffalo pizza".....I say that those people must not have grown up in Buffalo. My brother and I ordered pizza and wings for the Bills game today. Our roasted garlic pizza was nothing but a weird oil, a few onions, and cheese. The garlic taste was terrible. There was no minced garlic on it. The menu claims that the pizza has crumbly bleu cheese. THERE WAS NONE. Any trace of it was completely overrun by mozzarella. We got spicy garlic wings. I tasted neither garlic nor spiciness. Yes, the wings of decent size. They were juicy but had no flavor. Note to future customers: ALL THE PIZZAS LOOK AND TASTE THE SAME! All 1000 of them. I've cooked in a handful of Buffalo pizzerias. This is low-quality, mass-produced junk. There's no "personality" to the pizzas. They're all flat. They all have portioned measurements of toppings. They're all extremely greasy on the bottom. The only reason why I give this place 2 stars is because of the pizza variety. You'll please everybody. Delivery time is acceptable. Next time I'll spend an extra $2 and go with La Nova. read more

** New Management Review ** Remodeled ** Just recently we relocated from the West Coast to this area. When we got here, I wanted something quick and to hit up a pizza shop (there were a few). In our new place, the property manager recommend Just Pizza and two other places as the spots to go. We selected Just Pizza for the evening. When we walked in, I was a little nervous because there were literally no other customers in the place. To me, that always kind of starts it off a little awkward. The hostess had us seated and got our drinks. Odd thing with the drinks is it was bottles. I was totally expecting a fountain drink; now I'm not sure if this is 'customary' for this area, but for me it was a little bit different than most places I have been. Nonetheless, we ordered up two apps (seasoned fries and mac and cheese balls). Let me tell you! Those Mac and Cheese Balls are damn good! I could eat a whole plate of that for sure. The seasoned fries were just that - seasoned. They were good and crispy. The fry might be a little bit bigger than what I really like, but that's a personal taste and nothing against the cooks. The meal we ordered was a pizza and wings. We weren't too sure about the pizza, so my wife and I split one. They divided it up nicely and kept her toppings and mine separated. My wife ordered the vegetarian artichoke supreme; she really seemed to like it and it looked tasty (although, lacking in a major food group - meat). For my half I had the "Hollywood" which was really a ton of meat on the pizza. It was crazy good! The toppings were stacked on that thing!! The wings I had were the char-grilled. They cook the wings normally, but toss them on the grill after saucing. It added a nice flavor to the buffalo wings. The wings themselves were thick and hearty. They certainly didn't leave you wondering why no one fed this poor chicken! Lastly, I had to ask the waitress why no one was here. She informed me that the place was just remodeled. Whatever the owners did to improve their product since they renovated, is working! This went from being one of my least favorite local pizza places to now my favorite local pizza place! We've ordered from here several times recently, and every time the food has been awesome. The wings especially. I'm not a huge wing person, but we ordered the Whiskey Bourbon BBQ extra crispy one night, and I'm not kidding... I wanted to eat the whole double order by myself! First, their wings are HUGE and meaty. Second, the BBQ + grill is just such an awesome treat, and a nice difference from typical hot wings. I've also tried several of the specialty pizzas from here too. The Eggplant White is one of my favorites. Though, my family is always more than happy with cheese and pepperoni too. But I LOVE that they have so many cool specialty pizzas. I'm going to keep ordering a specialty pie every time I order from here to try out some new flavors. You really can't go wrong here.
