We have never had more thoughtful, considerate service from a business than just experienced with Just Remnants. Not only did they have an amazing selection of carpets at reasonable prices, but the owner, Fred, went out of his way to help when the carpeting we bought from them subsequently was soaked by a flood. He came to the home, advised how to handle the problem, recommended a company to help do what his personnel wasn't qualified to do as well as a repair person to install new padding. This place should be called 'Instant Gratification'....wanted to get new carpet for a small room...wanted good quality, wool. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Told Fred what we wanted. He showed us where to browse and then explained the pros/cons of the 3 carpets we liked! Loved and ordered a great woven wool...had it installed by excellent installers 3 days later! I have to retract my previous 5 stars on Just Remnants. Service was good, Melanie was great, installation great----all good at the time of service. We are VERY disappointed with the carpet that we chose. Yes, we chose it. However, Melanie should have known that the carpeting was not going to work for high traffic. We've had this carpeting for 6 months and it sucks up the dirt--in spite of taking shoes off. We should have been advised that this carpeting was not stain resistant or at the very least recommended pre-treatment. She only said that another customer had this same carpeting in a similar setting and THEY were very happy. read more

While this institution boasts of great prices on "remnants" do your homework. We purchased from them and while the prices were good, by the time we got done with binding, underlayment, site visits and re do's the price was up there with a regular store, where you have all the colors, textures to pick from. These are often high end carpet "remnants" of many yards, and I believe deals can be found, but their customer service is lacking, it is seriously flawed. Look around and you may find equivalent deals elsewhere. read more

We are in the process of getting the house ready for sale my broker suggested just remnants and they came in and did they needed to do. The estimator said two days they came in and did it in 1 day. We had some issues post installation and they came back and fixed it to our satisfaction. I can't say enough. They didn't even charge just for moving the shelves in our closets. I just wrote a massive review and lost it! To be brief, Just Remnants has been providing my design trade showroom and two homes with all of my carpets. They have worked fast and furious to help on urgent products,always have excellent selections and knowledgable sales associates. I just cannot say enough good things about this company. One 2000 sq ft home,1 4000 sq ft home, 1 12000 sq foot showroom and two smaller showrooms all were done professionally, fast, on time and on or under budget. I found a good assortment of wool carpet remnants here, and had them make two into area rugs, one with matching nylon serging and one with matching simple binding. The store personnel were helpful and promptly gave estimates. The prices were very reasonable. The rugs were carefully wrapped in plastic and were available for pickup at their nearby warehouse right when they were promised. Here you select from rolls of carpeting and have your rug custom made. The cherry on the sundae is that the staff is fantastic. Our sales guy, Tom, was helpful, friendly, professional, and made our experience a pleasant one.
