She was WONDERFUL! We had never been to a Just Salad before and were unsure of how it worked, not to mention there were 25 of us walking in. She was patient, and so kind, unlike others we have encountered at other restaurants. She impressed us even more, when we came in the next day and she not only remembered us (myself, my husband, and my daughter), but she remembered what we ordered! I have been eating here for a while just ordered 2 salads and there was barely any lettuce or chicken on a Cesar salad, they put so much dressing it was unbearable to eat. I would not suggest eating here if it is takeout, it's like mcdonald's for salads and no one really cares that works there. Great location,horrible service. My friend and I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. After waiting 10 minutes, we find out that worker was making a wrap that was completely different than what we ordered. As the worker re-makes the wrap, she adds two different dressings by accident and proceeds to finish making it without admitting the mistake.At checkout we politely asked if we could get some type of discount due to us waiting 25 minutes for a wrap on top of two mistakes made on both of our orders,and they simply said there was nothing that they could do.Seems like customer service doesn't exist here. read more

I've been to this place a few times now for lunch and it's awesome! I've ordered in and picked up and either way, the staff is super efficient and my order has always been correct. The make your own salad concept isn't new, but it feels fresh and different at this place. The pre-made options are great but you can also make your own. My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken salad with breaded chicken. They also allow you to swap out a topping if you don't prefer it. For example, I hate celery so I can sub another regular topping without an issue. The dressing on the Thai Crunch is REALLY good, I usually just ask for a little extra on the side. Probably the worst experience I've had in terms of customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. They got my order incorrect and instead of refunding the entire order they offered to remake my order for me to go pick again or refund the items that were incorrect on the order. The refund offered was between $2 and $4 dollars when the entire order was $25. I would have given them another try if they had offered me a full refund but now I will NEVER go back and recommend you all never go there. read more
