I just wanted to leave a good review for the people that work here! Yesterday I was driving home on the freeway from a hair appointment when my low tire pressure warning light went on. I was so scared! Not only because the symbol is an exclamation point, but also because I felt my car veering to the left on the freeway. I quickly exited and was lucky to see that Just Tires in Alhambra was still open. The Asian man that answered my call was super helpful he said they would take a look and diagnose, no problem. When I got there Marcos helped use a diagnostic tool to check my tire pressure which all tires were low. He helped me put air in all my tires and gave great customer service. I always get really scared when it comes to emergency care repair because I fear that my desperation some places might take advantage. I was lucky to pick the right tire shop. I want to give a big Shout Out to Mario Ochoa, Store Manager, for his professionalism and good nature. During the Thanksgiving Holiday last year (2022) I traveled from Los Angeles to Albuquerque, AZ to visit friends for the holiday. Right before leaving Los Angeles I went to my local Just Tires to buy two new tires and get them rotated. I was about 20 miles outside of LA when the idiot lights on my dash came on for my tires! I thought WTF, I just had these tires serviced. So I made sure to stop at a Just Tires business to ask to have my tires checked. I didn't have to wait long, Mario came out wearing a smile and asked what I needed. I explained to him my situation, and immediately Mario went about to checking my tires and found that none of the tires had the correct air pressure. He quickly and professionally attended to each tire; checking each one for the correct air pressure; he made me feel like a valued customer (even though I had purchased my tires in Los Angeles). I felt a little guilty. After he was done checking the tires, he asked if I needed anything else. I was fine and happy to have received top notch service. We stopped here while looking for a tire shop because the tire pressure on our rental showed one tire was about 10 lbs. low. Damian was such a great help and we can't thank him enough for his help and we are beyond grateful. I don't know the other gentleman's name who came out and checked our tires, sure enough, it was like 10 lbs. less than the rest and the rest were overinflated just as we read in the car. Damian had my son turn the wheel and slowly reverse. I had no idea why but saw the flathead screw stuck in the tire he pointed out. Not only did they help but his honesty about not accepting tips spoke volumes to us. Sadly, I don't live in California (Alhambra yo be exact) but our hats off to Damian & the team for your excellent & honest service you provided us today. This place can get pretty busy especially on the weekend. I dropped off my vehicle due to a nail in the tire. I was in no rush, but it still took about three hours to complete the work. This is about how long it takes them to repair tires since this was not the first time I've had my tires repaired. If you have after market valve stem caps, I'd suggest you look over all of your tires to ensure none have been replaced. Three of my four metal stem caps got replaced with plastic stem caps. Walked in, three employees behind the counter and waited a few minutes for one to acknowledge me. It was one of those awkward staring at each other abnormally long experiences. It was like they didn't engage because of they did they would have to help. It was a simple patch, and with no other vehicles in front of me it took almost an hour. If you want to get ripped off and cheated, go to this Just Tires location. My daughter got a flat and ended up choosing this place because there was a huge wait at Costco. Big mistake. She should have waited for Costco. I'm sure Just Tires could have repaired the flat tire for $20 and sent her on her way, but these scumbags told he she needed a new tire. They charged her over $350 for one tire, for a VW Jetta. They scammed a young girl out of her money, and I hope they feel good about that. If I could leave this place less than one star, I would. I come here 15 minutes early for my appointment, and they have two other cars in my spot. whats the point of making an appointment then? i understand busy days but these otheres didnt have an appointment. My tire blew out on the freeway 24 miles from home. I was in a unfamiliar neighborhood. AAA put my spare on. My husband told me to find the closest Just Tires. I arrived at this location a little after 5pm, they closed at 6pm. Mr. Tam made me feel comfortable and safe. He and the team were able to help me. I called twice to make sure my appointment was confirmed because I had very limited time and wanted to make sure it will go smoothly. I was on the phone with Tom twice, I gave him the year and model of my car and he assured me the appointment was confirmed and my car will be service the day of. When I arrived to the appointment, Tom wasn't there and the gentlemen at the from desk told me they don't service my car model and year. I scheduled my appointment so I can go for the service and then drive to work, meaning I drove 35min in the opposite direction of my job but I was ok with that, but in the end, it was a pointless drive.
