Yesterday wife took our car to get a leaking tire patched. The mechanic said our tire is too thin to get patched. I don't know why he lied to her because I took the car to another tire shop and get patched. The mechanic said the tire is perfectly fine for patching. I think the only reason the guy from Just Tire said that was because they are about to close. This kind of unprofessional behavior is totally unacceptable. WARNING, INCOMPETENT WORKERS ARE WORKING HERE. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PROBLEMS SOLVED. Soooo.... after spending around 1000+ getting the same tire (left rear) fixed... my dad finally believed that it wasn't my driving that was causing my problems... My dad was misled by these workers here that my car is misaligned, and is always out of air causing my (left rear tire) to always run out of thread (from the inside).... Basically I had 3 alignments done here and switched out 3 new tires within a 2 year period.... I finally had enough nagging from my dad about driving like a maniac (when i know i dont) so I went to another place to get my problems solved...... SURELY ENOUGHH.... after i went to Monterey Park Alignments.... they informed me that it was my camber that was causing my inner tires to be eating up my tires...... so they performed a camber job..... NOW 2 years later...... I'm still using the same tire that was replaced by Monterey Park alignments,... my dad finally believes im not a crazy driver... and i save over 1000 by not trusting this stupid place.... The reason why im posting this now is because IM STILL PISSED OVER THIS PLACE FOR LYING OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO MY DAD!!!!!!! i'm not sure if i can ever give a tire business 5 stars, mostly because all the other times i have been ripped off. i hate shopping for tires. i decided to try them out because they were one of the few places you could preorder tires online without a deposit, and they gave you a complete quote. when i showed up to have my tires installed i started laughing. its the same place where i got my last three sets of tires. these tire places are like cockroaches, you can change their name but they never die. same location, three names big o tires 1997, 1st set of tires winston tires 2002, 2nd set of tires just tires 2006, 3rd set of tires same owner, laughed when i pointed out all the names he has operated under. he also explained just tires is franchised by goodyear, but the quality and honesty can vary greatly. i agree. as i said above its good to get the quote online and compare. it will be harder to rip you off with quote in your hand. you can always walk out if they start adding costs. today when my price in the store was a little higher he just adjusted his end and gave me the deal that i had online no questions asked. just tires, no hassels. read more

We had a small nail on our tire. The dealership wanted us to replace the whole tire. The guys here were able to fix it up for $25 dollars. We walked over to Sam Woo to have some noodles and returned in 30 mins with our tire fixed! So solid and amazing service...especially Kevin! I am really upset about the fact that I even have to write a review like this, since everyone at Just Tires was incredibly nice. That being said let me get into the details. A few days ago I got an oil change before taking a road trip for the weekend. Everything was great with the car, they changed my oil and it was a pleasant experience. The next day I started driving and was about 10 miles outside of Vegas when my coolant light came on and the car started acting weird. I pulled to the nearest gas station and opened the hood. The entire left side of my car was COVERED in oil. My battery was drenched in it. Still thinking it was the coolant, I went to the nearest gas station to get some fluid and luckily a mechanic was there and offered to look at the car. When he opened the hood, he informed me it was in fact oil all over. He got under the car and then informed me that the oil plug was completely gone. Livid, I called Just Tires to tell them what happened but since it was 10ish at night they were not there. I left a message. We had to get a hotel and the mechanic fixed my car and the next day we were on our way. Fast forward to yesterday, I went in to the location to give them the receipts because they had told the mechanic on the phone that they would refund my $585 that I had to pay in full. When I got there the employees told me the whole thing sounded fishy, that they just don't understand how oil could have flown up into my hood compartment! Upon telling them that I have no idea how it happens either, and I have little experience when it comes to cars, the person helping me said, and I quote "Yeah, I don't know much about cars either." WHAT?!?! WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER WHO IS COMING IN FOR AN ISSUE?! They looked at my car, took pictures and continued to tell us that it seemed fishy. They sent us on our way with the promise of a call within the next day or two, with not even a refund for the oil change they performed a few days earlier. I understand the need to cover their tracks, believe me I do. But they fact that they are making it seem like they are not at fault at all just blows my mind. My car ran just fine before they gave me an oil change. My engine could have seized. My car could have overheated in the desert leaving us stranded. My car could have blown up with the amount of oil that was on the battery. I hope I can come and edit this review in a few days saying that I received a refund. Very nice people work there, but I will NEVER take my car there again and I seriously urge everyone else to do the same. TIRES are expensive. I drive a SUV and my car is the "go to" car for snowboarding season, hauling things around, and yes, those Vegas trips. So since my car is daily driven and just bought it 4 years ago, I've never thought I would need to change my tires that quick. Dealership tires really suck. So I call 2 places because of friend's recommendation and I instantly fell for Just Tires. I had to get my tires change because I had to leave for a Vegas trip in just couple of days, and so I spoke with Kevin and he asked me the info on my tires. He said he will get back to ASAP and within 2 minutes, I got a text back from him. He said he can get my tires by today and at a certain time. My tires were in before I got off work. I drove straight there from work. Kevin came and checked out my car and damn! He was surprised of how bald my tires were, he even said, I'm glad you didn't drive to Vegas yet. I was so afraid it would pop in the middle of the hot desert road. But JUST TIRES and Kevin save my life for the weekend. My tires were changed within 30 mins because they were a bit busy. When it was time to pay, Kevin recommended to try to apply for the Just Tire credit card. Oh why not? I instantly got approved and save myself having to pay my amount for 4 tires up front. Don't go here, it's operated by a bunch of clueless monkeys. I had a set of gunmetal balanced with a set of existing tires and then mounted on my car. Unfortunately I assumed they could do basic work and left the shop without carefully inspecting their work. When I returned home, I noticed that wheels were horrible scratched. Mostly contained in the barrel of the wheel, but also on the face as well. I'm guessing the person removing the previous weights was blind or just angry at the world and used a very sharp flat head screw driver and inflicted serious damage in the process of weight removal. Not only that, they used clip on weights, which damaged the inner lip as well. Two lessons learned here, always carefully inspect the work performed and if you have a bad feeling about a shop, move on. read more

Don't come here. Changed only 1 tire and my car shakes when driving past 60 mph. This is my 3rd time here. The first time I heard the weights which balances the tires fall out while driving out of the just tires parking lot. Second time, they supposedly balanced it and my steering wheel still wasn't balanced and now as we speak it's my third time. Third time is hopefully a charm but from the looks of it they have me sitting here like an idiot, pissed off, writing this review while all the workers are goofing off somewhere in the back area laughing carelessly. Took my car into get the tires repaired because it had a slow leak. The nail was obvious and visibly on the treads. I've fixed numerous tires in the past at other auto shops given this exact situation. I was told by one the the technicians or manager that it was not repairable. I figure, okay so you don't want to help me... lets leave it at that and I'll move along and find another joint that will do it. He then tries to tell me they have a wide variety of tires and that I'd better get it replaced. I told him, I'm not interested in that. After wasting my time listening to his sales pitch, I just kept quiet so he could release me from his sales pitch. I went on to another auto shop and got my tires repaired in under 15 minutes. I had a flat tire last week and AAA came to put a temporary plug while I go to the nearest tire shop to get a patch up the tire for a permanent fix. I went to Just Tires, the guy said he couldnt fix the tire because AAA had put a plug on it. He said that AAA should of put on the spare tire and i should have brought the tire in flat. He recommended a new tire for $174. Well when I got home, my husband said they tried to take advantage of me because I was a female. He took it into a non brand name tire shop and they fixed the tire without a problem. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would... watch out for employees here trying to get you to spend for things you don't need... like tires! I went there cause it's the closest to me to get my flat tire patched up, first off it took them an hour to even just take a look at the tire, but fine they can have the 1 star for that cause there were people ahead of me. Then they tell me they CANNOT fix the tire, the puncture was right in the middle but they said they cannot fix it and their solution was for me to purchase not 1 but 2 new tires cause they also cannot put just one tire in cause it won't be balanced. This would have cost me $380 according to them... so I told them to please inflate my tire again and I'd talk to my mechanic about it. I drove to Tire Central, they ask me my name, took my keys, told me to sit down while I wait... not even 20 mins passed by the guy called me to give back my keys, he said the car's ready. So I asked how much and he said nothing it's free! And just cause I thought I heard wrong I asked again and he confirmed that it is free... I even asked if I need new tires right now and he said no... not even in 6mos to a year depending on how I drive... so we went from $380 to free in a span of 25 minutes including the time it took me to drive to Tire Central. Came in here right when they opened and there were two other people ahead of me. My tire had been going flat and I have not seen a hole or nail in it everywhere. They weren't able to repair the tire but they did give me a little discount since I had only been in there 4 months ago to change the tire out from the really old one I had on there before. I live very close to this location, so in the beginning, I came here for the convenience, I KEEP COMING BACK for the customer service. I used to go to Jiffy Lube on Fremont but they're always so pushy, it made me feel uncomfortable. They would make you feel like an idiot for not getting the most expensive oil change. Just Tires should have stayed, just that - Just Tires. When they got into the auto repair business, they stepped out of their league. I went in for a tune up and they rewired my spark plug wires in the wrong sequence. For the longest time, my vehicle was running inefficiently, under powered and wasting gas. The foul-up killed several ignition modulators that I had to replace - after they died, embarrassingly, in traffic. The ultimate cost was when I thought the problem was due to a slipping clutch and had it replaced - a major expense. This was incompetence or, even worse, sabotage. In either case, it was unforgivable. Never will I trust these clowns again. read more

Today I got a flat tire. And this store is the closest store near me. They checked the tire for me and help me replace with my backup tire since I have a warranty with my flat tire with Firestone. Gene, the store manager, was helpful. He checked my tire - I scratched one of the tires yesterday and a small piece chipped off from the front tire passenger side. Although I came in the wrong time where a customer was complaining and a man trying to hit on me, the guy working there was very genuine. He was talking about how much he loves his work. So pretty much just tires is whack!!!! I have had to go to 4 different locations just to get a freaking oil change. There is always one story after the next from location to location. They all have the same "IDGAF" attitude, pretty much incompetent, seems like they do not even care to lose customers or business in general. Very very disappointed with this company as a whole. The worst part is that after this experience I googled reviews about them and they have pretty much 85% negative reviews from all over the country.
