I just went there today to replace my two front tires on the Corolla and get it realigned... They are pretty friendly but when I saw the prices near the register, it's pretty expensive.. All that BS with the tire mounting, valve replacement, wheel balancing, etc, etc, the total price went up pretty high for just 2 regular oem 185/75/R14 tires.. I've been through numerous autoshops and I haven't seen a four wheel alignment on a car for $89.95.. YIKES... The other shops cost only $69.99... Well, I guess they have to make ends meet.. Not sure how he got such a good look at my brakes by changing a tire, but I went to get a second opinion and was told the brakes were fine. Don't go here!! Worst customer service. Not every customer is the same. They only care about you if you are buying new tires, otherwise, be prepared for rude service and hours of waiting. Came here to get a flat tire fixed. Was helped by Tom. He told me I had 4 nails in my tire and company policy was that only 2 nails can be repaired max on a tire. He quoted my $30 for repairing 2 nails. I told him ok, go ahead. Then he changes his mind and says, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now he claims he can't fix only 2 nails on a tire when there are 4 that need to be repaired. WTH?? After that, he refused to talk anymore and kept telling me to go elsewhere. He obviously did not care about helping me. At least offer to sell me a new tire. Emailed complaint to corporate and they have not responded. Guess what? I went to America Tire and they fixed all 4 nails for me, FOR FREE!!! Go to any America's Tire or Discount Tire and they will fix you flat for free, whether you bought your tire from them or not. Verify the policy on their website! Don't waste your money here and don't waste your money paying $17 for the warranty. Other place will check your tires and repair it for free!! read more

Purchased new tires here last year and recently took the car in for free rotation and alignment. It was a Saturday, so the wait time was around 90mins, which is to be expected. There's really nothing to do around this location (other than eat) and the waiting area only accommodates about 3 people. Took a long walk to the nearest shops and on returning drove away only to find that the alignment is off and the car now drifts to the left. Had no desire to wait again but need to return to get it fixed. What's really frustrating is that there was no issue with the alignment before. The act of them rotating the tires and supposedly realigning them created an issue. What's even more annoying is that we've taken a different car to them before and they also failed to correctly align the tires, which we had to return and resolve. I'm sure most people have better things to do with their free time than to waste it waiting for a company to fix issues they're creating. Looking for another location. If they make the same easily avoidable mistakes, we'll be looking for a completely different company. read more

The worst place i never met before.This is lesson ,i will show to every one who will bring car to any small mechanical shop likeJust tire shop..you need to tell them inspect any scratt on yr car ,before they service yr car ( like any dealer ship does).that 's very important to protect your right. Same like my problem ,brought my car to Just tires store on valley and sixth st 10/22/16 to replace my new 4 tires. The worst place for tire service. I have a stud conversion on my 2012 f30 BMW 328i. The mechanic guy just impacted the nut on and tighten the nuts with way excess torque. While they were doing the job, I told the mechanic guy not to do that because of the inaccurate toque, he just ignored and said is for your safety. And now after approximately 2 month of driving on the street, I was doing another tire swap, and 2 of the nuts broke off to two pieces, it costed me 500 dollars to get the stuck part of nut out of the wheel. I took my car to.just tire to fix my flat tire and the only reason was because it's on the same street where my tire got flattened by a metal rod. The old guy at the shop told me that I needed a new tire because that's a cut on my tire and there's no way it can be fixed. He left me with no choice but to get a new tire from him. Thank god when he went to order my tire and couldn't find the same model. He then charged me 10 for put on a donut after tried to convince me several of times to replace a set of tires but I refused. I then took my car to tire central where I got my other tire replaced two motors ago. I waited in the waiting room for them to tell me howuch was gonna cost me this time to get a new tire but the guy came back and handed me my key and told me it's ok to go now. I don't get the bad reviews for this place. As a girl, I am very cautious where I take my car for service because I always feel that as soon as I pull up, they see $$ in their eyes. I have my trusty mechanic which I've been going to for the past 10 years which uses factory original parts but he charges $75 for my oil change. $$ is kinda tight these days so have to find another place. I was happy to see that a block away from my house, Just Tires can take care of me! I guess everyone's expectations are diff. I've only been here twice, once to replace my back tires and one for a synthetic oil change. When I came in for my tires, they didn't try to sell me extra tires that I didn't need. But my hubby said I'd prob habe gotten a better deal for all 4. Oh well..I didn't think about it. As for the oil change. .. Great deal by the way, $49.95! It's convinenent and the guys are super nice. Very courteous and although they didn't have my oil filter, it was ordered the same day. To my surpirse, i got a call after 2 hours and advised me that my filter was there. Great. I got to take care of all my errands in one day. Plus they are open on sundays and it was fast, about 30 mins. I'd totally come back. :) Btw, Tam is fantastic! He's really nice and he doesn't make a girl feel like she's getting cheated. Once again they have gone above and beyond. I recently took my car to the north Hollywood location where I got two new rear tires today one of those tires was totally flat .... Called this location because it is by my work and much safer to drive here than all the way to NoHo... They got me and and figure out the problem but not only did they figure it out and resolve it they took time to explain what the cause was in detail and until I understood and was satisfied they also apologized because like I asked/felt it should have been caught at NoHo and shouldn't have even happened....NoHo could have prevented it. The manager at the Alhambra location Gene Chanco came to personally apologize and told me he would address it with them and that if I ever have an issue to give him a call. Marcos was the man who did the work on the tire and went out of his way to thoroughly explain and resolve the issue. I had one tire losing air and Jimmy, the technician has checked that one was plugged before cant fix it and he found the other tire has a deep scrape on the side so i ended up changing the entire whole set. So I've had my tired fixed here like a year ago and a half ago... well, my tires are all jacked up and the air pressure is all whack. I had an oil change done recently and now my car feels like its dragging. Gas is burning out fast! Wth!! Noooooo.... I'm too broke to keep paying for gas at this rate. So, I decided to go on yelp. Found a lot of tire places with 5 stars. Thought I'd check it out and maybe I'll get a good deal. Ehhhh, 1st one (5 starts - Tire Central) customer service Sucks! Waiting SUCKS! I decided to leave. Headed out to another one that had (4.5 stars - Quick Stop Tire Center). The guy that greeted was like a zombie. He was nice and all, but I guess he was really tired from working. So, I decided to give him a break. Maybe he doesn't need anymore cars to fix today? So, I left. Then I thought about "Just Tires" on Valley. Now why didn't I just go there in the first place it was like 5 blocks away from my house. All that gas wasted?! Ugh! I was a little hesitant though because I saw a lot of cars getting serviced. I drove in the facility then I decided to drive back out to the street and had to stop on the red light. Like a looney I decided to just bust a reverse and drive back into the parking structure and parked my car. I'm pretty sure the lady shitting in the chair under the shade was like... the hek is wrong with her? Well, I got out the car and waited behind a customer near the entrance. Out came a guy with pony tail, "Omg that car just ran a red light! He's wrong and honked, wth?! I started to laugh, this guys is funny. Then he ended up being the one that helped me at the front counter. He politely asked me "How may I help you?" I told him what was wrong with it and right away told me "Lets go take a look." I moved my car and he did the whole check up.. lowered my overly inflated tires and gave me pointers and let me know what I should and should not do. Didn't try to pressure me into paying for anything. Gave me an estimate and I was good to go. Didn't charge me to check and deflate my tires to the right pressure. I will definitely come back. Okay so several years ago at the La Crescenta. I still remember how wonderful staff went out of their way. I personally wrote an email to company for their outstanding customer service. Here we are like 12 years latter at a different site and they don't disappoint. I wish I knew their names but it's like 1 am and I didn't want to forget to write this. Once I get their names I will update. They really go out of their way. So for some months now every so often one of my tires was loosing air. The first time I took it in and asked if they could just and air because I figured it just needed it. The second time like 2 months later same tire. This time I asked for it to be check they had people who had appts and couldn't check on it right away. They offered to look at it if I was willing to leave it..I had to get to work so I asked for tire to be filled with air. So in October it did it again. I took it in and they checked it for air. They did whole process and couldn't find anything. They filled it up and told me to bring it in again if the tired lowered. On Wednesday it happened again. I took it in right away. They fit me between appt. They took their time and found the like through the r. They added sealant. So gentleman patiently the process and also how rims can be the cause. He was never rude, patronizing and condsending. He really wanted me to understand. Obviously now I need to start considering changing rims, but that is for another day. What I know is that..all the reps here are very helpful and considered. Always grateful for your help. Also all checks on tire we're complintery as was air. I only paid for the sealant and it extremely competitive. read more

5 stars for oil change and the person who was assisting me but zero stars for the credit card machine not working and having to waste my time for 30 min. Get it together Just tires. And I'm not referring to people working here. It's not their fault. The corporate office needs to make sure that something like a credit card machine should be in 100% working condition. Why would you let your busy customer spend an extra unnecessary 30 min to stand there because the machine won't process the payment? It just kept saying to wait.....and wait....and in the end my aunt had to pay the bill because the machine won't work. She was getting fed up and so were other customers behind us. What the heck?!?!? If she didn't have cash, I would've ended up waiting for another hour???? It was absolutely inconvenient and we lost complete patience. This is not a small mom and pop business. We expected better service. The poor guy that was helping us did his best to keep us happy. But in the end, we couldn't just keep waiting forever. Just tires. Seriously, what's going on?? Make sure things work around the front desk so the customers won't have to experience such inconvenience next time! Check your stores and upgrade equipment if needed! We can't pay if your system isn't in proper working condition! I'm afraid to go back here and have to wait an extra 30min or more just to pay! read more

I have free balancing and rotation for my Lexus RX330 AWD and today September 14, 2013 I came back for the 6th time. While I was gone to get some food, the worker De Hua just did the rotation and forgot the balancing, so when I got back he was lifting the car again, removing the wheels again and doing the balancing one by one. When I confronted him (not a good English speaker), his "manager" Gene popped out the office and tried to convince me that the balancing was already performed and all's good, while the tires were balanced the first time just in front of us. Gene, the "manager" also pointed the "new" weights on the really unbalanced tires, again trying to convince me that the balancing was already performed, which made me even more upset; I asked Gene numerous times why this happened and he kept repeating that he's not sure, so I suggested that he asks De Hua directly "why" since he was standing 5 feet away from us! When I got the car, Gene apologized blaming the "misunderstanding" on the limited English De Hua spoke, but that was a lame excuse considering his effort put in convincing me that "all's good". read more

I was really impressed with this place! I was heading through Alhambra on vacation with my husband when my tire completely popped. So I needed to find a shop fast! I first went to CSC down the street and they were horrible! Wanted $300 for ONE TIRE and for me to wait over an hour for them to ship from warehouse. I was recommended by this was place from a different tire shop who sadly didn't have my size. This is my third visit at this location and surly, will be a regular customer. Tom is my go to at the front desk. He provides excellent customer service and every time that I do see him for my car maintenance, he is full of energy and ready to assist. I was surprised he remembered me for my third visit and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. I would normally call in to make an appointment, but for emergencies, such as a flat tire, Tom and the staff are eager to accept walk-ins. I also believe they don't turn anyone away and can offer an estimated time to how long the services will take. The location is quite small and parking is limited. I would suggest street parking and show up early for any services since this location is extremely busy. I'm very impress on how organized the staff are when it gets hectic and they take the time to make every customer welcome and each encounter personable. As I'm typing this review while waiting for my car to be finished, two clients just walked in and immediately, these two clients acknowledged Tom as if they knew him for years. I used to go to this location a decade ago when it was Winston Tires and always had a good experience. Flash forward, I'm visiting my dad in the old neighborhood and, of course, get a nail between middle tread of my tire in my new Audi A4. Seemed totally fixable, so took it here (Dealer only replaces tires and that would've been a couple hundred dollars). Such a great experience with Just Tires that took over at this location. $25 to repair the tire and out within an hour.
