I had gone to another location that was closer to my house shortly after they opened and although the sign outside says "walk ins welcomed" the gentleman I spoke with said that they couldn't help me with checking my tire until Monday. Now it was Saturday morning at 8:20AM and there was only one customer there at the time. He said the Alhambra location is not too far away, but they might be busy with appointments as well. I called Alhambra anyway and the person who answered the phone said come right in we have technicians available to help you. I drive right over and there were customers being helped. I went to the office and met Tam who was super friendly and helpful. We went too look at the tire on my car and he found there was a nail into tire that was causing air to leak. He told me it was an easy fix to patch and as soon as a stall was available my car would be next. It took no longer than 30 minutes to wait my turn and have my tire patched up. It can be non-stop busy, but if it's crowded there, they must be doing something right when cars are waiting to get serviced. Gene and his team know customer service. I've been going here for years and my most recent visit was another pleasant and professional experience. They know their stuff and I'm always impressed in how they give you options...For example if they find something that needs some attention to, they bring it up to you, but they don't make you feel like you have to it here or right this second, but it's just that courtesy thing. Now that's true honesty because you could technically bring it to some other place for a 2nd or 3rd opinion, but that's just how they operate and it builds mutual trust. They all work hard and sometimes well after they've closed. They still specialize in tires, but they will generally take care of your car if it requires extra attention. read more

This tire shop is a terrible business with loads of lies and rudeness. Last week, I got a flat tire so I called them in advance and had my car towed to their shop. However, they refused to put on my spare tires while waiting delivery of the new ones only because I did not purchase from them. They lied that its illegal to put used tires for customers even though its the originally equipped one and almost brand new with few hundred miles on it. Then they tried to convince me to purchase all four tires from them together with alignments despite 5/32 remaining tread in my existing ones. Fortunately, there is another tire shop named Quick Stop only half mile down the street. I got the tire changed by Quick Stop in 10 minutes for $20. read more

I did a wheel alignment for my Toyota with this shop, there was supposed to be 6 months warranty, actually the warranty was printed in the invoice. The alignment was OK for 3 months or so, but went off after 3 months. I took my car back to them and asked them to check the alignment, the manager said he would have a mechanic took a look, after waiting about 30 minutes watching my car stayed on the same spot in the parking lot, the manager told me the alignment was inspected and no problem was found. I am not a mechanic and I am not savvy about cars, but at least I know to test alignment the car has to be attached with some kind of devices and some computer readings can be printed out to see the degrees wheels are off. Eventually I had to take my car to another shop, and sure enough all 4 wheel alignments were off. read more

Instead they wanted me to buy $200 worth of tires (2 front). What nonsense. Plus I needed to wait 2hrs. His associates asked for his advice and just said they couldn't help us. We had to drive 5 miles in order to find a tire shop that was open. Whoever did my oil change wasn't honest. I had my power steering fluid changed with them last oil change and 2 months later I went back for another oil change and they gave me this recommendation of what to change and in there was power steering fluid, really??? And a punch of other thing like transmission fluid needed to be changed and blah blah. They need to make sure if the stuffs are actually bad before giving a recommendation, giving recommendation like that is just showing that person wasn't skillful and just want to take money from customers . Second visit. Cheaper than dealership. Came back due to hustling owner. Even when he's not there, the staff seem really good. The best reason to support this place? Bad reviews come from the costumers trust being violated. In my experience all went well until after the first visit. I got my tires and rims fast and installed perfectly, I even got a mail in rebate and a free alignment after the first 200 miles. The rebate never came and I found that it wasn't even valid and they tried to charge me for the "free" alignment. I had to get the BBB involved just to get the free alignment and I'm still waiting 5 months later for the rebate. The BBB is awesome and once they stepped in things stated moving. Just Tires will scam so keep all your paperwork and keep good records. read more

I came here last year and had an average experience but decided to give them one more shot. I dealt with Gene who is the new manager and the guy totally took care of me!! The last time I came here was in 2013. for an alignment but they said they couldn't do it because I needed to replace this other part before they could do it. I didn't have the money at the time to replace it so I waited until today to bring it back. Gene had his guys take a 2nd look at it and said that the part does not need to be replaced and even waved the charge for the alignment since it was misdiagnosed by the old regime. So glad this place is under new management because the customer service is awesome and I feel like they aren't trying to juice me for every penny, they actually were trying to save me money which is super rare! And they even gave me a ride to my house so I didn't have to wait there! Not only that but they are much cheaper than Costco! If you are looking to be treated right, go here!! Took the SUV in for alignment on 9/2/16 to Alhambra store, afterwards whenever I turn the wheel all the way left, I felt something catching, next day I heard a loud cracking sound as I back out and found half a wench on driveway. When I took it back, they found the rest of the tool still stuck on the bolt in the front end. The mechanic was telling me how expensive that tool was, I told him it would be lots more expensive if I get into an accident or get hurt. I asked for a recheck to make sure nothing got loose, they brushed it off saying there's no problem. Did not want to check anything. BTW, both the place and workers were very dirty and unprofessional compare to other repair shops and if safety is a concern of yours, know that it's not theirs. read more

Don't come to this place for your service. My service came with the free tire rotation, n they promised to have my service done in about an hour but after two hours of work when they told me everything was fine and ready to go, tire rotation want done. But that not the worst. I asked them if they could check all the fluids to make sure it's good to go a long distance drive, they said yes, n it was part of their service. Guess what the next day I drive my car to Vegas and not even half way through, my car went over heat. So I called them n asked if there something wrong with my car n they told me everything just fine and have been checked, the overheated problem could be just over the heel. So I drove again without turning on the AC. After a while, overheated again, so I called again n another guy picked up the phone n I told him what happened, n the guy told me that it isn't their problem since I only went there for oil change! What the....they told me everything was checked. Anyway when I got to Vegas, I took my car to firestone to have it check out, luckily that it was only low in fluid and moo major problem cos my car never have overheat problem before. I would like to give this place 5 stars. Have been here every few years. Tam and his staffers always treat me fairly and others, from my observations. Unfortunately, Alberto is now in charge. His claim to fame is working for the company for 30 years, all over Southern California. So he doesn't do any customer service and apparently thinks all mistakes belong to the customer. This relates to online confirmation of the tires. For some reason, the online confirmation does not always link to the order at the store. He took zero responsibility and witnesses said he acted like it was the customer's fault. Of course, I reported his poor behavior to the email system, the survey system, and even spoke to a person at customer complaints. Although they said his boss would call, Alberto's boss never called. Just a warning about people who have worked at a business too long and get too comfortable. Customer service and fixing mistakes should never go out of style. Even if it is Just Tire's online system that is broken. Even the customer complaint service representative acknowledged that this happened sometimes. Alberto, not once, accepted responsibility for the online system mistake. read more
