Just spent over 900.00 at the store, complete set of tires an alignment and insurance coverage for my newly bought tires. The customer service was terrible, the representative I worked with was obviously having a bad day and completely forgot everything he knew about tires. He couldn't tell me if the tires I was purchasing were good for the weather and then he wouldn't tell me if my current tires were bad or good. He stated, I didn't look and can't tell you. The only reason I continued the installation is I'm going out of the country and my family needed to be somewhere close for any problems. Nic enough guys but its a scam and I hate using that word. If you buy a $90 tire you're going to pay $130 before you get out the door. "Alignment Fee" is another $17, "Labor Fee" is $10 and so on. They always seem to be too busy to take you right away and they never seem to keep a record of your history there. You can just go to your local tire place versus here. read more

They were great. It was Friday evening and both my driver's side tires had gone flat. They were 3 day old tires. After stopping by Doc Able's who told me the tires were not properly sealed, they told me they could clean it up, reseal, and fill the tires, but that they would need to be replaced, I drove to Just Tires since they were open late. They were able to squeeze me in which was great since it was 7pm on a Friday. Since the tires had roadside protection on them, it cost me nothing to get them replaced. I did buy roadside protection for the new tires. My tires were fixed by 8pm. I was so lucky they squeezed me in since their garage was full of cars being serviced. The people were great. There were two waiting rooms and their hours were very convenient. I will definitely come here again. read more

Bought head lights from O'Reilly and couldn't figure out how to install them myself. Decided to ask Just Tires if they could since it was near my job. The CSR was very friendly over the phone and said that they would take a look at it and see. They installed the head lights in a little under 15 minutes and I was good to go. read more

These guys are morons. My girlfriend took her car in and they LOST HER CAR KEY. They paid to replace it, but it was a huge pain in her ass. She had to go to the dealer (twice), prove she owned the vehicle, etc. Also, they replaced the tires on my vehicle, and I have locking lug nuts (because, Chicago). They didn't put the lug nut keys back in the vehicle when they were done. Now I'm on the road traveling (about 10 hours away), and I have brake issues. I can't remove my tires, because guess why? I have no way to remove the lug nuts. I'm completely hosed thanks to these guys. Go anywhere else before you go here. read more

I am sad to say I won't be returning. Good quality but EXTRAORDINARY long waiting period. I had been here 3 times already. First time, I was satisfied and decided to come back. During my second visit - I walked in to get my window wipers replaced. They said it would take 1-1.5 HOUR. Afterwards, they recommended replacing both rear tires. I called and spoke to the same person who recommended the replacement and scheduled an appointment for next week at 12PM. (7 days ahead of time). I came in for my appoint today, and a different man sounded confused and couldn't locate my appoint. in their system. Then, the man I had spoken with last week walked out and said "Oh yea, I remember." He must of forgotten to enter my appoint. He said it would take about 2 hours to complete. Now 2.5 hours later, a different man said they need another 30-40 mins. My car was finally completed 3 HOURS later. What is the point of an appoint? Had I known it would take 3 hours, I would of waited at home instead. read more

My car smelled and was smoking a day after an oil change at my auto dealer. Just Tires was the only place I could find that was open on Sunday (I called at least 10 other places.) I've had two flats repaired here. The prices are reasonable - even the price they quoted me for a new tire was only about $20 over what my dealer wanted, not bad IMO. The workers are all very courteous and let you know how long you'll have to wait - and trust me, there will be a wait. It always seems to be busy there. I learned the hard way not to wait in the seating area because the strong scent of the tires gives me migraines. The second time I was there I walked over to Borders, killed an hour and they let me know when to come back for my car. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but next time a nail finds it's way into my tires this is where I'll be headed. read more

I've taken my vehicles here for tires many times over the past 4 years. They are always friendly and fit me in right away. Get the tire warranty and they'll fix them or replace them for 3 years for free (you just pay labor and for the new warranty). They even get me in without an appointment during the weekdays. Just bought four new tires here and paid for an alignment, for a mere $1,800 total. I got into the car and the air pressure warning light was on. They told me to drive the car about 15 miles, and the light should go off. Well I have driven the car much more than 15 miles, the light is still on and the car is completely pulling to the right. They said I need to bring the car back in and they will fix it. This is a pain in the butt!!! read more

My front tire was taken out by a pothole in January. They replaced the tire.....but were too stupid to see that the shock/strut was also totally gone. I had to point it out to them. So, I came back the next day and they replaced the shock/strut. Spent over $500 there. I had to be able to get back and forth to and from work. And since this took place over a Sunday and MLK Day, I had no choice. They were the closest place to go. Of course, they tried to upsell me by doing the other front wheel, but I said "No, thanks." This past weekend, I took my car to my regular guy (New World Auto on Irving--if you don't go there for repairs/maintenance, you're nuts) and Mr. Yung noticed that they had neglectfully forgotten to put on the sway bar link. He replaced the shock/strut on the other front wheel and added the sway bar link to the other side. All for half of what Just Tires charged me. Like other people here have said: only go here to get a new tire. Forget anything else. I'll give them one star for being open on a Sunday and a holiday. read more

I have always gone to my dealer for car maintenance and repair, but in this economy we all know that dealers always charge more. I desperately needed two front tires and reluctantly went to this Just Tires, thinking that although cheaper than my dealer, I was probably going to experience some sort of problem with them. To my great surprise, the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, didn't try to hard sell me on anything, and were very patient explaining tires and warranties. My tires were replaced within 2 hours. I was so satisfied, I went back this weekend to replace my back two tires. Same levels of awesome service. I have a 2009 Honda Fit Sport. It has a unique, delicate tire. I've replaced all of them as a result of curbs or potholes and every single time I need a new tire this place has them in stock! They are fast, courteous and well prepared. Recently I flattened the driver side tire pulling into a parking spot on my way to the Chicago Triathlon. I ordered the tire online, went to the event, got to just tires afterwards and they changed the tire lickety split. There was some confusion with the purchase and the warranty paperwork. But Edgar Macias, rockstar, identified the problem, made a copy of the paperwork and called the insurance on Monday, when their office was open, to explain it to them. My tire was flat when I went to start my car yesterday morning so a stranger helped me put the spare on and I took it to Just Tires in Uptown. Staff was really nice and they called me within an hour to tell me there was nothing wrong with the tire, they would put it back on and call me. 3 hours later with no word, I called to see if it was done (it was) and I went to pick it up. Within an hour of getting home, I noticed the tire was bulging again and the next morning it was completely flat. They didn't charge me for filling the tire, but I won't take it there again. I would have rather paid and saved myself the inconvenience of going back but they said there was nothing wrong with the tire. They also alerted me to an issue with another tire, which I am thankful for, but I don't trust them to fix it so I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Our Low Tire Pressure indicator light went on late on Saturday night - we chose Just Tires because they were in the neighborhood and open on Sunday. Many places were not. We made an 11:00 AM appt. and when my husband arrived, he was taken care of promptly and courteously. The gentleman at the desk said that they would do a quick check of the tire pressure to see what might be needed. Turns out all four tires were low - probably from the cold weather. Dishonest and always try to up sell. Quoted $250 "before tax" for a service then they tried to charge $340 at pickup, because they "thought I had a smaller car." I went there for an oil change and the guy up front was very helpful. Wish I had gotten his name but I think he was one of the manager because every employee went up to him for questions. Very friendly and courteous. He explained to me they are a very busy and asked if I mind waiting a bit. I didn't mind since they were so swamped so I figure it must be a very popular place. Was at the counter right when they opened for 1 minute and out, and they fixed the flat and rotated tires for free (part of plan) in about an hour. Very pleased with service and coverage. read more
