Well this is my 2nd review of the day over trying to get a flat tire fixed. This establishment told me that my tire could not be repaired and I would have to replace it for 200.00. Adan Sanchez is the manager and the person that gave me this misinformation. I ended up at Les Schwab where they not only were able to repair the tire but did it for free in less than 30 minutes. I have been coming here for the past 10 years. I have two vehicles, an SUV and a sedan. I have bought tires exclusively from just tires because the service was quick and professional. Every time I bring my car in for a rotation and balance I had no problem. After all I bought the service when I bought the tires. However the last time I was there I was very disappointed. I thought my tires were about halfway worn, but instead of balancing and rotating the guy suggest I buy new tires. He said it was unsafe and that I need to get new tires and they refuse to rotate for balance. I'm no tire expert but I'm not an idiot either. Because of this pushing aggressive sales tactic I would never go to this place again. Customer loyalty apparently is not important to them. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to ruin the reputation but this was my last experience there. Never going there again. read more

I got a nail in my tire this morning, came to this Just Tires location and they didn't an amazing job on fixing my low profile run flat on my 335 coupe BMW, for just 40 bucks. This saved me from buying a new tire, which would of been at least $400. Additionally very friendly staff. read more

I'd be very very hesitant if you got a heavy set blonde female who worked on your car. I was trying to change my brakes/rotors today, but couldn't because the lug nuts on my front right tire (which was the tire that was changed here) were chewed up really badly. The worker obviously doesn't give a crap if you have to get future tire services done sense she destroyed my lug nuts. So I'm driving around on grinding brake pads until I can get the nuts off. Thanks for this, Just Tires. Tip to management: tell your workers to take the necessary time to work on changing tires. Your shop isn't a pit stop for race cars, there's no need to rush the job to the point where you mess up someone's lug nuts so they can't change something EXTREMELY important to a car. read more

misleading ad and poor customer service I bought my tires from this store 4 years ago which advertised free tire rotation , after my front two tires wore out I noticed no tire rotation have been done for the last 1 year even though I have requested that on each service , the manger mentioned each time a vague reason like your best tire is already in the front. 4 months ago I did oil change and requested tire rotation, instead the manger offered me a new tires. when I left I noticed again no tire rotation have been done. this time I specifically mentioned to manager that I have not had tire rotation for a while, she refused to provide the service claiming that the worse tire should be in front and the good one should be on the back. again she offered new tires again. They don't deserve stars! I took my truck in for brakes and they didn't even install the brakes correctly and didn't tight the bolts or put in the clips for the slide! It was complete laziness . The Michanics had no idea what he was doing. After I drove away my brakes started making noises and then my truck started wobbling when I was braking. When I took it back and complained they were very rude with me and was treated like I was a major inconvenience. I called corporate and was blown off many times and when I finally got someone that cared about my situation I was promised a phone call from district manager which never happened. The managers are horrible as well as the Michanics. Brake jobs are a highly safety sensitive job I will never trust them to do again!I will never take my truck there again! This is the slowest place I've ever been too me and my boyfriend waited almost 2 hours for them to start an alignment on my mans car. When there was like 3 employees just standing around laughing and having a good time. We asked them several times when they were going to start and they said soon but nothing happened. This is long overdue. During the summer my family needed to drive from Corona to Phoenix AZ on a Sunday. We grabed lunch and were heading to the freeway when we thought the tires sounded different. I looked at the tire and a screw was embedded in the tire higher than the tread. I needed to get this taken care of before driving across the desert. Thank you so much for the people at the Corona Just Tires. They were open, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of the problem quickly as well as checking the other tires. I really appreciate there professionalism and service. I interacted with 3 employees and all of them did a very good job of helping us out. Took my Car here for the first time because I had a tire going flat pretty quick . They told me it would be 45 minutes just to look where the hole is . They call an hour later and tell me it can't be fixed and they had a 185$ tire in stock . I had seen the hole and was confused why it couldn't be fixed ( being in the center of the tire and not very big ). I was charged 10$ because they put the spare on and I decided to take it somewhere else . I get over to Goodyear , after 30 minutes expecting to pay I'm told tires fixed not to worry about a repair fee . This place is a rip off , trying to trick people into wasting money when not needed . This morning right as the location opened, I brought my car in because of a low pressure light and Rick whom is very rude and ignorant act as if he dont know how to do his job. This place is the worst. Went back after two months because i had a bubble on the sidewall from a defect and the manager insisted that it was because I hit a pothole. There was no swaying him. I guess tires are never defective. Now i will go elsewhere and get a replacement. No damage to rim or tire to prove I hit something. Have been getting my tires here for both my vehicles, and also getting the oil change here. However, I went in the other day to get the oil change on my car, because i saw the advertisement for $19.99. But, when the employee asked me about my car, he tells me that he can only do the $49.99 oil change, because that is what the manufacturer recommends. I told him, NO, just give me the special, and he tells me that he will NOT change my oil because the manufacturer will NOT let him. I said, WTF? Called to find out a price to remove a screw from one of my tires. I was told that the price was $32.45 for the patch and balancing. OUCH!!!!!!!!! I called America's Tires which happen to be about a 5 minute drive from Just Tires. America's Tires does it for free and I didn't even purchase the tires from them! Got a good price for a tire I needed replaced right away compared to others I've called around the area. Ask for Paul, good and friendly guy. And I was really impressed with the mechanic Stephen who replaced my tires, he knew exactly the rims I had on my car was very expensive and took extra care removing the old and putting the new tire on. Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww service on weekends. Came here about 6 months ago on a Sunday because I got a flat tire on driving down Big Bear mountain. So I didn't have an appointment but needed my tire fixed because my tire wouldn't hold air. I called and made an "appointment" for there soonest available time which was 2:00 pm and I called at 10:00 am on Sunday morning. So I arrived early at 1:30 and walked in. I kid you not- the was like 4 people in front of me and it took 45 minutes for me to get up to the front of the line! Seriously?!?! There was one guy helping people and he was answering the phones as well, and for whatever reason the phones were off the hook. So he was trying to help customers over the phone while everyone was standing there waiting........... It seriously took 45 minutes before I could CHECK IN for my appointment. Then he tells me I need a new tire. Okay fine, whatever. I wasn't happy about it but it's what needed to be done. So he tells me they need 3 hours to do it. 3 hours? I made an appointment though... So yeah I waited for awhile and they didn't even have my car back there until like an hour after I checked in. I was irritated that I had an appointment and they couldn't start my car right away. Dropped off my car for an oil change. Not only was this older guy in a sweater vest giving rude comments over an oil change but also was rude when I stated I had a coupon. About an hour later (which is the amount of time told that this will be completed), I got a call to pick up the car now because not only could they not do the oil change but it was because the filter was too tight and cannot be removed. Confused, I raced over. Again with the negative attitudes and rude body language, they stated that trying to remove the filter, it broke their tool. I'm sorry, that isn't my problem. After I called my dealership to ask them about the issue (since they were the ones to touch it last) they said that it is very unusual for that to happen. Mr. Sweater vest said to go back there and get the oil done there. Then the mechanic repeated how his tool broke because of it. It's a tool!!!! Cry me a river! It's your problem that you couldn't do your job! This has NEVER happened before! Driving home, my car stalled in the middle of the street because they never reset my car!!!!
