Very rare for me to post a super negative review. Just Tires in Thousand Oaks deserves this one. 1. I noticed my car was hydroplaning in rain. Recognized the need to replace front tires. Rear tires and alignment was fine 2. Just Tires, upon my request, put the new tires on the back and rotated the rear tires to the front 3. They called and said I needed an alignment. I agreed the additional $114 4. Next day, car was horribly out of alignment. It was driving straight BEFORE I PAID FOR AN ALIGNMENT 5. A week later, I took the car back in to have it re-aligned. They told me I need to replace the other two tires. Wow, really? 6. Being a trusting customer, I agreed to spend hundreds more $$ to complete a set of 4 matching tires. 7. Guess what: THE CAR WAS STILL WAY OUT OF ALIGNMENT (automatically changing lanes within several seconds) 8. I brought the car back for a third time. The alignment specialist drove the car and acknowledged the car is out of alignment!! I didn't have time for any more of it, so I said I'll be in touch. 9. Another week later I stop by again (4th visit). I ask for either 1) a refund of the $114 for the original alignment or 2) a guarantee that the 5th visit will fix the issue. Assistant Manager (a very nice person) said she would let the manager know and would ask him to call me asap. 10. Three days later. No call. Conclusion: They can keep the $114. They wasted way more than that $$ of my time, and my new tires are wearing out quickly due to being misaligned. If you want amateurs treating you like you are a fool, then this is the place. read more

My boyfriend went to this location to get a flat replaced. Of course life sucks and come to find out the damage on both front tires had further damage. He went around 10 am and had a conversation with the manager. Manager told him he would have to order the replacements and they'll arrive around 1 pm. My boyfriend then comes back at 3:15 pm to find out (from an associate because the manager decided to leave early) that the manager DID NOT even order the tires leaving my boyfriend to stay behind longer to come up with a solution. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!! Business SHOULD NOT be run by false promises!! read more

Chose this store from a list on my fleet website (Element) called in for availability on getting an oil change and tire rotation and they said come on over, we are slow. I get there and present my fleet card and they tell me that they can't don't because they don't know how to write it up. If you are an authorized location for the fleet service, how is it you don't know how to write it up? What a waste of time. Won't ever come here again. read more

Thursday morning, almost the end of the work week... had my coffee...ready to go to the office and I wake up to a flat tire!! I was running late and had to get to work so I put a little bit of air in my tire and got going. I wasn't sure when I would find time to get it fixed... since most places close when I get off at work, so I googled a nearby Goodyear tire place and found Just tires. I called up and spoke to Gabriel and he let me know that as long as I got my car in there by 7pm, they would be able to help me out. It ended up being a bolt in my tire! Yikes!!!! They were so courteous, so fast, and they were open after I got off of work. Perfect, perfect, perfect! Go to these guys, they know what they're doing and do such great service with a smile!! I brought my car in for tires, balancing, alignment and rear shocks. Oscar and Rob were extremely helpful as well as genuinely wanting to make sure I had the correct service and price. I did do some homework before I brought my car in and they were very happy to save me money from the other quotes I received. Also, one of the shocks they installed was defective and they notified me before I picked up the car. They compensated me for the inconvenience by lowering the price further. If they hadn't informed me of the issue, I would have never known. I will go back to this store for tires on my other car. read more

Do not use this tire store. They are totally disorganized and not helpful. I drove in there with a flat tire and they said they would have it fixed in an hour. I came back an hour later and they said they did not have the right tools to change my tire. This store is called Just Tires. I would have thought that they would have the tools to fix my tire, but that was not the case. Several hours later my husband changed the tire instead in their parking lot. I should have just called AAA. The salesperson was not helpful at all. He was dismissive and rude. read more

I'm never the type to write a review, but when it comes to NEAR DEATH at the hands of this location with extreme careless staff is unacceptable, upon returning explaining to them the situation a simple tire for my car was improperly placed causing my car to lose control very dangerous, Employee at the desk could care less and tried slapping me with an $1,100 bill for brakes I have no issue paying that but why would I trust this place when they can't even do a simple tire change when the real issue is the improper tire change! My son's car tire popped on the Fwy on his way back to college on a Sunday after break, where everything was closed for the most part. I found this place and miraculously they had the Pirelli tires in stock! The wheel lock wasn't in the car & the car dealership service was closed so we couldn't get the wheel lock the same day. It took a lot of back and forth & calls to get everything sorted on our end but Rob at this location was above and beyond helpful and patient and worked with us on all possible solutions. He stayed past closing to help us and let us keep the car securely in their garage overnight until we could come back the next day. He was extremely kind, professional and truly went above and well beyond normal customer service to help us out. He even identified the cause of the popped tire (the alignment was totally off and the 2nd front tire was also on the verge of popping!). He took care of everything very quickly knowing my son had to go back to school in time for an exam later that day. He deserves high praise for his exceptional customer service and genuine care and kindness. He even gave us a great deal considering the bind we were in. I tried to get my 2003 Honda Accord serviced for Just Tires ad price of 21.99 for an oil change special but was told I by a Just Tires employee that I had to pay 64.99 as Honda "only recommends a synthetic blend" Online Honda states they didn't even introduce synthetic oils in their cars till 2011. IVE NEVER HAD ANYONE TELL ME THIS IN OVER 15 YEARS! Mobil says below synthetic or conventional oil will not hurt an engine. Just Tires belief seem to be that they can get you to purchase new tires instead of fixing a screw in the tread. If you need fast service they are usually empty because the word is out on them. They don't seem to care that you are a returning customer. I left and went down the street to The Tireman. They were very busy but still only took 15 minutes to fix flat for $25. Just tires wanted $350 for a new tire. Just Tire has lost my business. read more

I said wait a minute you are in the middle of helping me and he said I had to wait because the caller on the phone was easier to take care of - WTF I have been taking my car there for 10 years and since they switched managers the service and customer care has really gone downhill. This place is AMAZING. They helped me out so much. I was stuck with a nail in my tire forever, and I even had the wrong locks on the wheels (not sure of the terminology I'm supposed to use here) and they did everything they could to get the locks off and replace my tire for me. They also went around to all of my other tires and replaced the old locks with the ones I got so this way I'd never have to go through the trouble again. I seriously will ALWAYS come here. Very sad but after 12 years of taking every car and truck I owned to this place I am officially done. If you're reading this review please think very carefully before bringing your vehicle here. Took my Truck on Friday for a very simple Oil and Tire Rotation I asked for them to please top off other fluids as well as inflate tires to 40 PSI. Paul the manager was prompt and got my truck on the rack and was done in 45 minutes. I get into the truck tires were not filled to 40 PSI Oil change indicator not reset. I had to reset it. I drove off the lot as I did I hear a clicking noise..........turned around told him Tires are not filled to 40 PSI and their is a clicking noise. Tech takes my truck around block comes back and said yes there is a loud clicking noise what is that? Told him not sure he worked on the truck so they need to put it back on the rack. Tech comes back and says one of the tire weights is rubbing my brake caliper and tire now needs to be re-balanced? Luckily no damage but how did he now hear this when he pulled my truck off the rack......... Saturday we take my wife's car for the same services oil and tire rotation. During the tire rotation Paul states he can't get the back tire off because the wheel lock does not work for one of the rear tires.....but apparently works for all the other tires....puts tires back on we take it over to America's Tire tech there says it works perfectly and they end up rotating our tires. Also worth mentioning Paul tried to get my wife to sign up for the three year alignment plan which I purchased on my truck for 139.00 Paul tries to get my wife to sign up for the same plan.........for 199.00............sad to say but I don't trust this place anymore. You guys screwed up 2 back to back tire rotations on both my truck and car, then tried to sell my wife the exact same alignment package I bought with the exact same plan for 60.00 more than I paid for on my larger truck. I will be looking somewhere else from here on out to take my car and truck to again been going here for 12 plus years but this place is not what it used to be............ read more

Untrustworthy and scam. Had a nail in my tire-slow leak. They said I needed 2 new tires at a cost of $227.00 for both. They quoted me $71 apiece, but wanted to charge $25 each for installation. Never heard of any tire store doing this. Said no thanks. Went to Tires by Mark on Topanga Canyon and got same 2 tires for $117 total. read more

I was in a quandry when I saw something metal in one of my tires after a late day at work. It was 7pm on a weeknight and I quickly realized that finding a place to make a tire repair after 6pm or so is a challenge. Just Tires I discovered was open until 8pm and I got there by 7:30pm. The inspected the tire, pulled out the screw stuck in the tire, and told me there was no leak. Whew! Shout out to Edwin, who promptly helped me out, along with the technician who looked at the tire (I didn't get his name). I rarely write reviews. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Came to the T.O. shop on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago. I had a back tire that was losing a lot of air; I had to keep filling it every few days, which was stressful. Tony was awesome. He was able to get Nick to look at my tire, even though Nick was the only tech there because the other tech called in sick. Nick found the leak and let me know that I had a cracked wheel. He sealed it so I could drive it until I got a new wheel. This store is great - I've bought tires from them before too and their prices are the BEST. They're attentive and thorough. I first went to Just Tires (JT) 3 years ago when I ripped up a tire against a curb. The tow guy took me to the Thousand Oaks JT, since it was the only place open. I already knew I needed two tires, so they installed them for me and I went on my way. I checked the next day and the prices were comparable to the big box store I had always gone to. A few months later I needed the other two tires, so I got them at JT so the tires would all be from the same place. What really sold me, though, was my next two experiences. I rarely buy extended warranties, but for whatever reason, I did at JT. I've used it twice now, and it's saved me a ton of money. Most recently, I had a flat, so I took the car to Paul at the TO JT. He was able to get me 2 new tires for a really low price installed, with warranty. Awesome! Great prices, great service, really quick turnaround time when you bring your car in. I would not and will not even waste my time going here. Calling ahead of time to get Information proved completely worthless to the incompetent person over the phone. Oil changes are an arm an a leg. You know there's something wrong when you have a BMW and to get oil changed they actually price you higher than the dealer! Charging 40$ more than BMW dealership and then argue with you over the phone and hangup on you when you try to state a fact! Rude and horrible customer service.
