If you want me to go get food with you, all you have to do is suggest K-bowl! It's a much healthier option to fast-food, with so much more flavor and heart to it. The food is amazing. You literally cannot go wrong with whatever you order. It seems to be family-owned, which is great. They are always all so nice to you when you order. They prep things in small portions which I like because you get through it fast (their lunch rush is crazy!) and you always have fresh ingredients in your food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The one thing I don't like (which is their right to have) the door bell chime every time someone opens the door is very annoying if you sit there to eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Otherwise, it's a great spot, definitely check them out... make sure you're going during their business hours too as they close at 3PM.

Seriously addicted to this place! Always consistent and super delicious. Would come here every day if I could. I moved to Las Cruces from Southern California and this place is very comparable to some of the best Korean places there. Family owned and reasonably priced. Easily my favorite place in town.

Only Korean food in town, but K Bowl knows what they're doing. Great flavor, healthy and fresh ingredients. Lots of options to choose from so can have different bowl each time. Beef bulgogi was tender and delicious flavor without being salty or too sweet. Grilled chicken was also excellent. Perfectly grilled and still juicy. Their kimchi was very authentic and perfectly fermented. Enjoy! Highly highly recommend!!

I love their beef bulgogi bowl. I was back in town for my fiancé's graduation. We used to go here often when we used to live there. It's a quick and friendly service. At least when I lived there, there was no other Korean place so I was happy to have K bowl! It looked a little more organized and decorated inside than what I remember:)

Compared to other Korean bowl places (in other towns), this place has larger bowls, more meat per serving, lower price, and the meats/proteins are grilled to order right in front of you. A family owned restaurant, they are only open 4 hours a day (11kam-3pm), and mostly cater to the college crowd from across the street (get there early, or get there late, whatever you do, stay away from 12-2pm. A little disappointed at the "veggie" offerings. You get things like lettuce and corn, rather than bok choy, green cabbage, mushrooms, or squash/zucchini. But what they have is adequate, barely. The chicken, particularly (didn't try the beef or pork), was delicious, with a nice grilled flavor. We got our food to go. Once home, I dumped the bowl into a larger dish and mixed it up for a real meal. Def my new go to place.

We had to give this place a try after it was recommended to us. It's sort of like a Chipotle-style "pick-and-choose" concept restaurant but they also have set bowls you can choose from. I decided to go with a Bulgogi bowl on Sweet Potato Noodles which came out to about $12. You're given the option of selecting 4 veggies and I went with Corn, Pickled Onions, Broccoli and Kim Chee. The Bulgogi was tender and flavorful and as a whole my bowl was very delicious. My only complaint would be that they're open for only a short period of time (11a-3p).

In town for a few hours and looking for food, I decided to try the beef bulgogi bowl from K Bowl and it was an excellent experience. The service was impressively quick; even with a line, I had my takeaway in less than 10 minutes. The food was delicious, offering a tasty and satisfying alternative to typical lunch options like burgers. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience pleasant. Highly recommend for a quick, flavorful meal!

In a city that doesn't have a ton of quality Asian options, this is a very unique spot with legit food. It is a Chipotle style "build your own bowl" spot with a relatively limited menu. All of the meats (chicken, spicy pork, beef bulgogi) are $10.99 for a base, 4 veggies, your choice of protein, then sauces. Vegetarian options also available. Personally, I went with the salad base with beef bulgogi, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, broccoli, and pickled jalapenos. I got the jalapeno soy sauce along with the gochujang sauce. The quality of the food is outstanding. Super fresh food with high quality meat/vegetables. For spice lovers like myself, I got the hottest options they had to offer and it wasn't overly spicy at all, but left you with a slight tingle. My lone gripe with the spot was the portion size. I get that we're definitely talking about clean eating, but one would hope not to be hungry after spending $13 for lunch at a cheaper spot. Service was outstanding and staff was super friendly. It's counter service and they will gladly answer any questions you have. I will certainly be back amidst my trips to Las Cruces when working at New Mexico State. Busy spot with line nearly out the door and they were able to quickly accommodate people.

Yummy! Yelp brought us to the Mediterranean restaurant 2 doors down, but my taste buds brought us to K-Bowl. Great dinner choice. Large bowls with fresh veggies & grilled to perfection chicken. Mom & pop place. Clean. Seemed like quite a few regulars were coming in to pick up to go meals. If we lived closer, this would be in the rotation.

We loved K Bowl. The food was fresh delicious and cheap. I had the tofu bowl with veggies-Sesame Oil and sweet and sour sauce. It was the bomb.

We were exhausted & had drove…read more500 miles this day already so the last thing we wanted to do was get out & go eat at a busy restaurant. The desk ladies at our hotel gave us some delivery menus and we chose bowl to go. The first two times I called it rang for ages & no one answered but I later found out their computer systems had gone down. I was positive we weren't ordering pizza so I tried again & got an answer. I ordered the Teriyaki garlic shrimp, teriyaki noodle side & a Dr. Pepper. They said it would be just shy of $15, pretty reasonable for the amount of food they sent & it arrived after only 20 minutes! The Teriyaki noodles were amazing!!!!! Whatever they had in their teriyaki sauce I would love to know it was a bit sweet, nothing like a store bottle of teriyaki sauce. When I opened my teriyaki garlic shrimp & fried rice it was full of veggies which I had ordered to leave out. I called the restaurant back & asked if they had sent someone else's order and they apologized and had a new one out to me in ten minutes. They threw in some soup & a spring roll because of the mess up which was very kind. They didn't have to do that. The teriyaki garlic shrimp didn't taste like teriyaki or garlic but I love shrimp so I didn't care. The fried rice was good, a different flavor than your typical Chinese buffet, it was sweet, whatever sauce they're using they should bottle it because it's wonderfu. All in all I was extremely full & satisfied. Great little place.

Don't make the same mistake that I made and think that suffering for at least a day in terrible pain is worth only spending a few bucks on lunch. There food quality is clearly really bad. The chicken comes out in perfect cubes...tell me that isn't odd. They were out of half of their soft drinks, too. I had to pour lots of soy sauce on my food to make it even slightly tasty. Maybe they have improved over the last couple of months, but I just thought there needed to be an honest review up here.

Unfortunately, our latest visit was a huge disappointment, and it really feels like the place has lost the spark that once made it our absolute favorite go to spot for Korean food. The biggest issue is the shift from a traditional, full-service dining dynamic to a stripped-down fast-casual setup. With this change, the service quality has dropped noticeably the staff, while friendly, are nowhere near as attentive or engaged as they used to be. On top of that, the food portions have shrunk significantly, and the presentation feels far more basic than before in plastic containers. While the flavor of the food is still genuinely delicious, great taste alone isn't enough to make up for the diminished experience. Charging full sit-down restaurant prices for fast food counter service and smaller portions just doesn't add up. We love this business and really want to keep supporting them, but management seriously needs to rethink this direction. Either bring back the attentive full service model and generous portions we fell in love with, or lower the prices to reflect the new self-service format.

So the food seems "clean" - no msg or other junk added. However, it was virtually tasteless. I mean, c'mon, add some garlic, onion, ginger, chile,... there're hundreds of options to add flavor. So yeah, food was bland. First time I got the chicken katsu bowl. The chicken was a bit bland, like the chicken itself had zero seasoning, not marinated for flavor, nothing. The breading was ok. Tempura was ok. Second time, I got Sweet and Sour Pork Soba. It wasn't breaded like most places, and that was ok, because I am Keto. But,... I was also a bit glad that there wasn't a lot of sauce, which is usually sugary elsewhere. However, the sauce in hand, was just like water with a little bit of redish something or other. Sweet and Sour is literally sugar (or SOMETHING sweet, like, perhaps, pineapple... ) and vinegar. This was a bowl of Soba with ten, maybe, 1/2" square chunks of tasteless pork, and 2 TB of cabbage. Bland. Unspiced. Boring. Would I eat there again? Probably not. Unless I was more in the mood for "clean" food, then tasty food. It IS possible to do both!
