My Husband & I went here for lunch over the weekend and it was really delicious! I come from a Mediterranean background and was really Happy to be able to eat the same foods I did growing up with the same homemade taste! I had my daughters bridal shower catered on Saturday by Kabob House...the food was delivered right on time, the presentation beautiful, and the food was amazing!!! I couldn't have been happier. Wow! Talk about rude! Their takeout messed up all 4 orders & when I called to get a possible refund or return the food I was YELLED at by Kerry on the phone saying that she packed the orders herself & they weren't wrong! One item that was missing was a side salad & she kept saying that it was in our order & was cutting me off while I tried to tell her that it was not in order. So happy to finally find a great Mediterranean restaurant! Ordered the falafel, grape leaves, fries, beef kabob sandwich, and chicken kabob plate with rice and hummus. Everything came out quick and was absolutely delicious! So much better tasting and better quality than other Arab restaurants I've been to. I really like fresh, healthy food. This place is delicious. I ordered the gyro sandwich and my hubby got the chicken kabobs. Other local places put more veggies than chicken on their skewers (which my hubby takes off) but Kabob House had more chicken. My gyro sandwich was also packed with meat. I ordered 3 Greek salads with chicken and lemon chicken soup. It was just under $50 for a light lunch for 3 people. I found it odd that none of the salads came with tatziki so I had to by them for a $1 each. I have never had Greek food that didn't come with at least 1 sauce per plate of food. The salads were all ice berg, no romaine, and half of the Styrofoam container was salad. It was a SMALL salad for $12, wish I would had taken a picture of them. I did take a picture of the soup which was way toooooo lemony to eat and in a large container which I ordered a large but it wasn't even full. Ordered the gyro supreme sandwich with fries and a drink to go. The gyro was pretty good and the meat was tasty. The tacksiki sauce was really good. They use shoestring fries, I prefer thicker cut fries. I dont know what was supreme about it, it had a decent amount of meat. Before I start my review I want to list what my family and I ordered: Chicken Kabob with rice Lamb Chops with rice and fries Hummus and Pita Bread Lemon Chicken Soup So customer service is excellent to start this off! The facility is quite clean. I thought it was expensive at first but then I saw how big their portions are and then I understood why it was priced like that. However, the reason why I am not going to give it 5 stars is just because the lemon chicken soup I had was quite disgusting. It was so thick, it looked like bread pudding. It tasted like they just threw chicken broth, lemon, and a lot of rice into it. Nothing special about it. However, the other items we got were quite amazing. I loved the garlic sauce that they included with the chicken kabob. I dipped my pita bread in that instead of the hummus! The lamb was great too! The food was good, unfortunately they ran out of rice at some point before we arrived. Our daughter is young and the rice is a meal staple when in comes to mediterranean food for her We were dining in and the rice was ready only slightly after our food came out. We ordered salad as a side for our daughter, which unfortunately as we suspected she didn't like. Instead of offering her a small bit of rice (which would likely equate to pennies) to appease her, (so she would consider eating any of the chicken shawarma meal that we order) they offered to charge an additional nearly $5 for a side of rice. I'm not saying that rice is a necessity but what mediterranean runs out of rice? The way the staff approached the issue made the food less enjoyable. The sodas were sadly flat as well. The sandwiches had a great flavor to them. My husband's, daughter's, and son's all had a good amount of meat in them, I suppose it wasn't my lucky night because mine was about 1/2 full in comparison. Don't believe this restaurants hours, they won't serve you 30-45 minutes prior to 9:00 pm. After an extremely long day and being from out of town, on our way home, my sister and I decided to stop here to eat. Mind you we were starving and did not have a chance to eat all day! They turned their "open" sign off immediately after they saw us park. Two employees were outside taking in their signs. I asked if they were still open to which the male employee replied "no". I told him they should update their hours on the web then. He tells me the kitchen closes at 8:30. The female employee was laughing. I told her I'm not sure what's funny, but any restaurant establishment should technically serve you even if you walk in a minute before they close. We as previous restaurant owners have always done so as well as franchise restaurants. Needless to say, they didn't get our business and never, ever will. read more

I drive for a food delivery company which can be good or bad because I find LOTS of new restaurants to try. Tonight, I found this little gem and I'm so glad I did! I got the chicken sandwich with rice and hummus and OMG! I'm going to think about the food a lot when I'm hungry lol. It was SUPER tasty! It's most likely the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. I also tried their (warm) baklava and it was crispy Heaven. The staff was super busy with customers inside and delivery orders, but handled the situation with professionalism and treated us customers (and delivery drivers) amazing. I ordered the usual for my family delivery was fast however something is always missing from my orders today was a salad last time steamed veggies and garlic sauce I mean how hard is it to get a small order right. I may be a dark man, but I am a quarter persian and can tell you this is your best bet in town when it comes to Mediterranean cuisine. The lady below complaining about the rice doesn't understand the cuisine and clearly is expecting something she doesn't even know. Remember this in Temecula, a mainly white city where we don't have much to compare with. Starting with service, all the employees are kind and are diligent in their work which allows for speedy service. I am a regular there and have never had 1 issue with any employees, and the owner frank is a kind hearted man. The food for its location and how much you pay is great. Obviously some foods may not be as good as others, but when your paying the same price as your generic chain you cannot complain. Let's start off with this restaurant isn't true Mediterranean. Ordered a chicken shawarma plate and a falafel appetizer. The falafel arrived on top of lettuce and a side of tzatziki sauce. I asked for tahini sauce and was told they don't have it. Rather odd that it was served with a cucumber dill dipping sauce that wasn't appropriate accompaniment to falafel. The falafel was dense and not fully cooked, more of a mushy consistency. That was strike number one. Shawarma was not slow roasted on a spit like true shawarma is. There is no beef shawarma either. Strike number two! We received our plate of so called chicken shawarma to find out it was wrapped in a tortilla. A tortilla!!! Last I checked I did not go to a Mexican restaurant. Strike number three!! We will never come back to this place. Save yourself and go to another restaurant. This place gives Mediterranean food a bad name. read more

My boyfriend orders the chicken kabob plate, and he loves it. I will say that comparing Kabob House and Luna Grill, Kabob House offers bigger portions for a cheaper price. However, I think the quality of the gyro meat is better at Luna Grill. I really like both! read more
