After a car accident Kalaveras was exactly what I needed. It had been my first time coming here with my family and the food was amazing, staff were so nice, and the place itself was colorful and fun!! I also got the Mi Novia Fresa margarita to calm down my anxiety, it was absolutely delicious! I will be coming back 100%!!!

I've been too so many branches of the Kalavera's restaurants. I would like to say this by far it's my second best place compared to the one in North Hollywood. I had their chicken mole, and by far it's one of the best dishes I've had. It was spicy flavorful well balanced honestly, I don't think I've ever had chicken mullet enchiladas at any other restaurant that tastes this good. Parking can be a bit tricky since it is on a main road downtown and so if you get lucky, you'll find parking right away if not you'll have to pay for parking. Staff was OK. I don't know if it was just a slow night or if it was not staffed adequately, but it would take a minute for us to place our order or to get our drinks as we were having our meals. To access this restaurant, you do have it taken an elevator as it is on the second floor. I believe they close relatively early we'll compare to other Kalavera chains. They obvious have a nice selection of music so ambience at any chain is always pretty consistent.

Excellent service, and the food was even better! Bartender New Years Day close to closing was excellent, and helpful. Thank you to all! Happy 2026 and continued success!

Service was horrible, waited over 30 mins for albondigas that were hard potatoes, hard carrots, the server was moving so slow the place was so empty only one other party there, I told one server he said hes not our waiter n he didnt care ,wow crazy, i had to wait 30 more mins for something different, the cucumber margarita taste like spicy water watered down no tequila , we had to ask twice for basic water , i see why its so empty

The food came out quick, we were able to sit down right away and the queso birra tacos are super delish. Jamie our server was great. Very friendly and accompanied, didn't notice it the last time i was here but glad i saw the sign this time around.

A very meh spot. Food was pretty good. We were lucky enough to stop in while it was still happy hour on Friday and got some of their specials. The quesabirria tacos were pretty yummy. The loaded asada fries were ok. Not crispy enough and they use an aioli to make up flavor. We didn't have enough chips for the guac, even though we put some of it on everything else we ordered. The salsa we got was almost devoid of any flavor and ZERO spice. When we asked for a spicier salsa, they said yes they had it and NEVER brought any. Asked 2 separate employees and it never came. Margarita flight was super sugary and didn't even give a solid buzz. I like the location and might give it another shot since nothing was bad, but this wasn't a great first impression.

Great spot! First time here. We brought our small dog and the upstairs patio was perfect. Our pup had a great view of the street and the breeze that went through the whole patio felt perfect. The service was excellent, and my server let me order something off the lunch menu even thought it was brunch only at that time. My husband and his friend got the buffet and I ordered guacamole and the taquitos. Everything was very yummy. Parking is hard to find on the weekends but we were able to snag a spot in the back.

This is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. I highly recommend the dragon roll and the Horchata colada nothing compares to it. The vibe in this restaurant is so cool. It's a must do.

Kalaveras is a SoCal chain, which serves some very tasty south of the border inspired comfort food. It also has a light Muerto de los muertos motif going for it inside. The three of us came here one evening, before a play at the nearby Temecula Community Theatre (Legally Blond). Kalaveras has a Happy Hour (HH) from 4 to 7 on weeknights and we sat back a relaxed, just enjoying some of their more popular items. We each started with a mixed tequila drink and some shared appetizers of HH Nachos, and Queso Fundido. For entrées, we just kept going with some light menu items of Cali Asada Fries, Quesabirra Tacos and a Kali Burrito. We thought the food was pretty good and the HH sizes were pretty generous. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and came away pleased. Expect to pay about thirty-five bucks each or so before gratuities during HH and depending upon how thirsty you are. LOL

We arrived early on a Friday evening, and thankfully it wasn't crowded. Since they don't take reservations, getting there early is definitely the way to go. We ordered the Dealer's Choice, which was refreshing, balanced, and beautifully presented. We also tried one of their stronger signature cocktails, and they definitely don't hold back -- there's a reason they limit those drinks to two per person! Both drinks were creative and well-crafted. The bartenders clearly know their craft, and the drink presentation was outstanding. Service was good, although not especially memorable, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. One thing that would make the experience even more immersive would be if the entire staff wore cowboy attire to match the Old West theme. With the speakeasy setting and vintage decor, it would add a fun touch and make the experience feel even more authentic. Overall, Twain Speakeasy offers excellent cocktails, good music, and a unique atmosphere. I would definitely come back again, and my recommendation is to arrive early since reservations aren't available and I can see this place filling up quickly on busy nights.

We met up with a buddy from Riverside here as a halfway point, and it turned out to be an amazing spot. Situated right on the scenic Temecula Duck Pond, the restaurant offers an open brewery vibe, a spacious outdoor beer garden, and plenty of room for kids and adults to relax. The Food Breakdown OBC Breadsticks (4-Pack): Delicious and fresh. They come with two dippers--stick to the classic plain garlic butter sauce for the best bite. Lost Traveler's Noodles: Really good. We added the extra shrimp--it pairs amazingly well with the flavorful, slow-roasted pork. OBC Tri-Tip Plate: Cooked to absolute perfection--came out exactly how we like it (medium-rare). Shrimp Tacos: Our friend ordered these when he arrived and completely devoured them. Our server, Amy, was attentive, friendly, and made our visit seamless. Tips: Bring the Whole Family (Dogs Included!): The outdoor patio is extremely kid-friendly and pet-friendly--they even have a "Dog Patty" on the menu for four-legged guests. Come with a Group: The portions are generous. Bringing a bigger group allows you to order more small plates and pizzas to share across the table. Have you been to Oscar's Brewing Company yet?
