For $16.99 (?), the dish had one piece of beef and a large bone with what I assumed was marrow. When I tried to spoon it out, it looked frozen or congealed, and touching it confirmed it was cold. We rang the bell again, since the entire staff was in the kitchen and no one was watching the guest area. When the owner came over, I asked if the dish was supposed to be served cold. She got defensive and immediately said it had been "boiled." I told her we wouldn't be eating it and asked if she'd like to touch the marrow and gravy herself to see. Her response was, "What am I supposed to do?" She took the plate away, said she'd warm it up, and bring it back. I said no we weren't going to eat it at that point.
