Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. The cleaning crew arrived at 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. they informed me that only about 50% of the home had been completed and that they needed an additional $600 to finish the job. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was effectively left with no choice. At that point, half of the house had already been cleaned, leaving me to either pay the additional $600 or have the company walk away with the job unfinished. As the owner of a property management company, I found this business practice extremely concerning and unprofessional. If the scope of work was underestimated, that should have been identified before the work began, not after the customer is already committed. In my opinion, this pricing approach feels misleading and unethical. I would strongly encourage others to get all pricing and expectations in writing before hiring this company.

This was my first time getting my carpets professionally cleaned and I am so mad I waited so long! The carpets in my hallway and on my staircase were disgustingly dirty from the heavy foot traffic and my two dogs. I was convinced they were beyond help but with family and friends coming to visit soon for the holidays I was desperate to try and make them look a little better. I called multiple companies and got several quotes but Karma and Ken were the fastest to reply and had the day and time that needed- not to mention super affordable! Ken and his associate arrived right on time and were really fast- only took an hour for my hallway, staircase , and master bedroom. We were extremely pleased. Kenny was responsive, on-time, professional, and efficient. Our carpets look wonderful. We had some traffic areas that looked bad that he was able to get really clean to our amazement, but, more impressively, he was able to get out a large stain left from a spilled cup of coffee--and its lingering odor. We honestly thought we'd need to replace our carpet, the coffee stain was so terrible, but that is no longer a concern. He gave me some advice on how to discourage stains in our high-traffic areas and do some spot-cleaning on my own. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely continue to use Karma. These guys did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets. I was moving out of my place and needed the carpets cleaned asap. I have a dog ( a lab) that sheds quite a bit and I was concerned it would be difficult to get the smell out of the apartment... but I was completely shocked when I saw the finished product! There was no evidence of a dog and the carpets were fluffy and white, like the day I moved in. The guys who did the job were flexible with scheduling and a pleasure to work with. The two workers, I wish I could remember their names were incredible. They explain the process, gave me a price quote .
