Mike was awesome. Not only did he respond immediately to the yelp service request, he was able to come the very next day! And added items while he was at my house (time permitting) that I wanted do such as other smaller rugs and an upholstery pillow. Backstory (my ex cousin in law owns a carpet cleaning company for over twenty years, and helping him with jobs in my past, I learned to ask for three things, truck mount, wand, and dryer equipment validation). The reason for these items are the latest equipment and the suction ability to remove stains at high power, as well as the ability to dry fast. The old fashioned spinning dry pad carpet cleaning like device would dry faster but would not lift the stains, and having an old fashioned floor blower that was one directional would take a week to dry after a normal wand job. So essentially, Mike had the best of both worlds and he had the latest equipment. I don't know if Mike realized I had this much knowledge in carpet cleaning : ). And to add to the trifecta, Mike had the best prices too and the greatest attitude and cheerfulness! On top of having a great backstory, Katie is the name of his daughter who he will pass on the business to when she is of age. The best part is the rug is beautiful and the dirt is gone, dramatically removed as expected : ). read more

Great work, used a carpet fluffer machine that made the carpet look and feel like new. Showed me the water afterwards and that was some nasty dirty water and to think all of that was in the carpet. Love the safety precaution taken by the company, they put out yellow caution sign by the hose next to each apartment door. I had Katie's carpet care do two rooms of carpet cleaning, plus hallway, plus a sofa. The carpet technician was very professional and hard-working. The results met my standards for a good+ (4.5) job. I did feel the upholstery was slightly moist but it was not a big issue and dried within a few hours. read more

I found Katie's Carpet Care on Yelp when I was looking for a carpet cleaner due to my dog have a bad accident in the house as well as whole house carpet cleaning (4 bedrooms and one large sectional couch) since it had been close to 2 years without a cleaning. They were very easy to book with through their website, very responsive to messages via Yelp and available to do the service within a couple days. Mike came out as scheduled and on time. He had a great attitude and was easy to chat with. He also was very gracious to us when we asked him to wear a mask in our home due to our health concerns. He began working and worked hard on all the items we had put in our request. Really great work on all the pet stains and also some food stains in my teenager's room. Most of all, they have great customer and he had a good attitude even when I was a bit concerned with how long the service was taking. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service we received and they also came back out to our house to clean again complimentary when our dog had another accident in the house. Such incredible customer service and service provided! I will continue to use them moving forward and highly recommend them as well. We were able to book the night before for an afternoon appointment, which was great because we had a recent vomit stain. Mike arrived right at the beginning of the service time window which is always a plus! He was friendly and professional. First booking this company was extremely easy, I got a quote by the package and extras I added online and even got to pick my day and time. Day of appointment, Mike came to our house to clean our carpets super sweet and very detailed about what he would be doing, he also cleaned baseboards & even tried to repair a ripped part of my carpet for us and didn't even charge me. The work is amazing! I mean I have two dogs & 3 young kids who are constantly running in and out of the house tracking in dirt. At one point my dogs were puppies and had a few accidents on the carpeted areas in my house causing stains. The slight smell of dogs was starting to build up in my house which I can't stand and literally walking into my house after the carpets were cleaned was like walking into it when we came to tour it when it was a model home. Our play room was by far the worst because kids sneak snacks and juices and smoosh everything into the carpet and it's literally brand new! The carpet is so extremely clean, I wish I took a before but I will post a couple afters.
