    Honey Miso Tofu

What a lovely twist on the good ol burger! I got the honey miso tofu, Kanna Akuma and curry fries. What a riot of flavors. Loved the crispness of the tofu, crunchy veggies and the sweet and salty flavors oozing from the sauce. The Kanna Akuma is for folks who like it spicy-- there's a lot of jalapeños so beware! The fries were crispy with a nice earthy-with-a-kick Indian masala flavor! Not much of a dine-in experience just so you know. Its more of a pick up joint. I placed my order online and it was ready at the estimated time. My bill came up to $34 total, but these are specialty burgers so it makes sense. I would totally recommend this to a friend. And looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

Again the burger are just great. However this outlet is super small. I wanted to dine it but was forced to do a take out. Just nowhere to sit. They should probably expand because we'll the seats are never vacant anyways atleast during weekends. I am only giving it 4 starts because of ambience. Otherwise the burger are really good !

A much needed update to my original review. This restaurant has not been here for more than 10 years! I can't believe it has been that long. I gotta say how consistent they have been over the last decade. I do not recommend dining in here, as the place is super tiny and the dining area is not always bussed and cleaned timely, but I recommend takeout and delivery orders. Huge portions, decent price for what you get, and they are quite quick! Today I ordered the Wabi Wasabi Burger and while it was excellent, the wasabi was quite overpowering. If you do not like Wasabi, DO NOT order it. Otherwise the katsu was cooked to perfection and the burger was assembled and wrapped perfectly. Highly recommended if you live around this restaurant.

Solid four star! Only four tables for seating nice set up with the kiosk to order lots of options for burgers! Plenty of parking in the front. No complaints! Like the crunch of the cabbage/nice change from lettuce. Obviously this isn't health food. Hate the haters complaining about grease!!

Conglomerate locking and parking five bikes occupied one parking stall with plenty of space remaining at Katsu Burger Factoria.

A katsu burger sounds intriguing, but burgers breaded then deep-fried don't beat flame-broiled, smash, nor even ordinary burgers. Maybe katsu burgers do better without the bun, or even half-bun open-face, where the batter and panko serves as breading. Color me unimpressed. The digital self-serve order terminal failed to lock-in my wasabi burger, so further down selecting Japanese mayo overrode the wasabi mayo, and left me paying $12.68 for a wasabi-less wasabi burger. I ought have instead for a dollar less chosen their regular katsu burger and clicked to add wasabi mayo. To avoid such mistakes, customers would need to know the wasabi comes in the mayo, or the terminal must warn or lock-out this override. I hope my experience leaves others smarter. The tiny seating area has space for only four tables. Of course, places in Tokyo have similar or even less space, but such comparison is wrong. This is Eastside, not Tokyo. What Tokyo gets right and Eastside wrong suggests a remedy. More space gets devoted to car storage than for eating. Given commercial land near Factoria costs $16 to 20 per square minimum, and their shared parking amounts to 16 500ft², the burden to tenants there for that land totals at least $225 000 annually, distributed as rents and thus overhead to all products, compared to storefronts without car storage. This is what Tokyo gets right.

Local chain of burgers with a Japanese twist. Bellevue location in Factoria, in a small plaza next to the Factoria Mall. Small shop with four tables. Walls are brightly colored. You order and pay at the touchscreens at the counter. Doing good business on a Friday night. First time trying them so got that Tokyo classic burger with beef. Waited for 10min for the food. The burger is very tall. The buns are okay, slightly dry but holds it's shape. The patty is fried on the outside so does has a little bit of crisp on the outside. Inside is ground beef patty taste, so not quite a battered katsu. The sauces and veggies are a good complement to the fried patty. Overall decent and very filling. I got the combo with a soda and fries. Picked the nori fries which were good. Have the subtle seaweed seasoning, and fries were crispy enough. Chose the mayo dipping sauce which goes well with the fries. ~$18 for the combo which isn't too bad.

Loved their SpongeBob x burger Collab! The nori fries always hit the spot, evenly seasoned with a huge variety of dipping sauces to choose from! I called in my order for pick up and my order was ready pretty fast! The factoria location has a few tables and is an intimate but casual setting, which I really love. Their interior decor is always such a vibe. Their burgers are HUGE so this was a 2-meal split for me, I had to save my burger for later and it still tasted good re-heated. Katsu burger is the perfect place to get an asian-tasting comfort food burger!

What a great find! This place takes burgers to a whole new level. Beef is one option, but so is pork, and chicken, and oh my... The staff is friendly (and patient while I marveled over the menu), counter service only. The place is small but clean and has a friendly atmosphere. My only regret is that it's not close to my house. But I have a car...

This was my first time here. The food was amazing for the price. Never had a fried burger before and there were plenty of toppings. The seating is pretty limited. I would go back to Katsu Burger. You order at a kiosk and they bring the food out to you, and then you place your tray near the trash when leaving.

Loved the Krabby Patty Kollab! Came in a SpongeBob Kollab box w/nori fries. Love that they inject some playful fun into my day! O-O-O-Kay!! Quick service; daughter really liked her Pumpkin Spice shake.

This is the place to go.... What the hell did I just put inside me, it tasted phenomenal!! Guaranteed food coma though, that thing was MASSIVE! I'm so tired... $40 for 2 giant burgs, fries, croq, and a soda? Pretty awesome deal and it came out really fast. Got the Godzilla and a wasabi with ginger, egg, and extra sauce (dangerous). Much more fun than any average burger joint, I like that it was small too, not crowded.

Ninja chicken katsu burger with nori fries and croquettes

This was my first time here and omg it was so delicious! I got the ninja katsu with nori fries and saved the croquettes for my bf. My burger was huge than in pictures I saw. It was messy but very good! I like the fact the fries are thin sliced. When arrived no one was at the front so I used the kiosk to order. Lucky for me I just made it in time before more people showed up. I did dine-in and it was packed. I also noticed when the worker would bring in other people's food they had to squeeze themselves in. Unfortunately I went down one star mostly to the fact that it is a tiny little spot with not much space and seating for customer flow as I got trapped in the corner. I wasn't able to finish my food so I had get through people to the front and again no one was at the front so I waited a bit and eventually a worker got out and was able to give me a to-go box. Overall, very nice and delicious food, just not the perfect use of space.

Katsu burger is a small burger chain with a unique breaded deep fried burger patty served with cabbage and Tonkatsu sauce. There are many options to suit your taste, beef, pork, chicken and choice of fries to go accompany the burger. It is made to order so it takes a few minutes to prepare, but the results are worth the wait. The shop is very small as is the parking lot, but the next block has a huge parking lot, so parking should not be a problem. There are a few tables, but it looks like a lot of the customers are getting the food to go. This is a great little burger for something with a Japanese fast food twist. Highly recommended!

I honestly wish the Tukwila location had some of the same options as the Factoria location because they both have their pros and cons. I still think I like the seared salmon better at Tukwila, BUT the uni at Factoria?! SO GOOD. It wasn't overly fishy at all, which I loved! And out of all the sushi rolls we tried, the sauce on their California roll was FIRE. Like... I was not expecting it to be that good! We also tried their yakitori chicken thigh and chicken skin. We went with the chicken skin, and honestly, I expected it to be a little more crispy and crunchy. It was definitely different than what I was expecting, but still worth trying! We ordered some much good rolls. The scallop salad wasn't that great wouldn't get that again. And of course, we had to get dessert! The mille crepe cakes were actually really good--light, creamy, and thankfully not overly sweet, which I loved. Definitely a nice way to end the meal! Service was good, although they were a little forgetful here and there. But there were only two people working, so I totally understood. Overall, we had a really great experience and loved the food and the vibes were good. If you're in the Factoria area and craving sushi, I definitely recommend giving Sushi Omiya a try. When I first stepped in the door, I was so glad I brought a light jacket with me even though it was 80 degrees outside. I'm not sure why, but the restaurant had the A/C turned up so high that even the people eating next to us had their puffer coats on. Even with my coat on though, I was still cold. The interior is small and modern. However, the tables and menus were extremely and unpleasantly sticky. The soy sauce bottle was also empty at our table. I ordered the HAPPY HOUR CHIRASHI BOWL ($22 which is half the size and price of the usual $44 Chirashi Bowl off their main menu). It came with two pieces of salmon, two pieces of albacore, two pieces of hamachi, and two pieces of some other tuna (or maybe it was mackerel) plus tamago (egg), and Ikura (salmon roe) on top of their signature purple rice. The presentation was nice, but the fish quality lacked. The albacore in particular was so chewy I had trouble biting through it and so I knew it wasn't fresh; I ate one piece but left the other in the bowl because I didn't want to chance it. Regardless, my stomach regretted it later in the evening and the next day... Service was fine, but we had to waive down the waiter both to order and get our check. When he asked if I wanted a box for my piece of albacore, I told him it was too chewy and he said sorry and walked away. Overall, I was unfortunately disappointed by my experience at Kuro. For a recommended place on Yelp, I expected a better environment and fresh fish. Overall: 2/5 for food, 3/5 for service, 2/5 for atmosphere
