The salon is beautiful, clean and with all the latest in super comfy chairs and gel polish. Tiffany and Steve took really good care of me. Tiffany help me pick out the best gel polish and color for my toes and cleaned up my much over grown cuticles on my mani. But Steve!!!! Wow, what a sweetheart!! I don't respect non transparent pricing practices, in which they engage. If you tell a customer the price is one thing, it should be that price. And if there are any differences in that pricing model, you should be able to explain it, clearly . Every time they removed my gel manicure, they seemed to file away not only the gel polish but also the entire base layer underneath. They also aggressively buffed/sanded my nails before applying new gel, supposedly to help the manicure last longer. After finally taking a break from gel, I discovered how much damage had been done. My nails are now paper-thin, extremely weak, and constantly breaking. The top layers of my natural nails have been filed away and are severely damaged. I trusted this salon with the health of my nails, and unfortunately the repeated over-filing and improper removal process left them in the worst condition they've ever been. I would strongly encourage anyone considering regular gel manicures here to pay close attention to how their nails are being prepped and how the gel is removed.

The nail technicians at this salon have mastered it! No heat burns from harsh drilling or cuts on the cuticles from misestimating dry skin from live skin. Irena provides a detailed and meticulous cuticle cleaning that lasts a very long time. That is why I love this place. Versus the way my cuticles start growing back like weeds in just 3 days of receiving a typical wet manicure at other places. I've even noticed a significant difference between the dry pedicure and the wet pedicure. The soles of my feet are softer longer. The salon even carries Vegan nail polish from my favorite brand, "The Manicurist" This is my favorite nail salon by far! Irena makes my natural nails look so good and healthy everytime. I love it!
