Keva is always good. It's the counter help that needs to be worked on. Not friendly at all. They didn't wear name tags so I can't say who specifically the name. But she wasn't friendly, had to repeat my order a couple of times. There wasn't even a thank you at the end. Hopefully she won't be working when I go again. read more

Went in to try an açaí bowl. The clerk/cashier was more concerned about having to sweep before she left for the day. She asked if I wanted "almond, soy or apple?" My reaction was "almond, soy or apple what?" Then she explained it to me as if I irritated her. Never coming back again but the bowl was tasty. read more

Today I took my boys to Keva Juice and had the worst experience. There were 3 people in line and clearly the big girl in the green shirt was stressed, rushed and rude especially to her co worker. As soon as we received our drinks I told the bigger girl in the green shirt I felt she was very rude to her co worker. She said " Whatever, have a good day". I asked for her name and she shouted " I can't hear you" and walked to the back. I asked the black girl what her name was and she said "I can't do that" so I said I have no choice but to describe them both in my comments. So sad, I used to really like this place but the way the big girl talked to black girl totally turned me off!!! And my boys witnessed her ugliness!!! read more

Absolutely horrible. I stopped In for a smoothie. The young girl behind the counter was ignoring the customer and talking allergy meds ...after putting her meds in her mouth ..she did not was her hands and continued to make smoothies. As I watched her , she dropped the scooper she was using, but instead of taking it in back to be cleaned and get a new one she continued to use the scooper she dropped on the floor. When she handed me my drink I asked her to make me a new drink since she used the same scooper she dropped on the floor. She made me a new drink ..however it was still made with the same scooper. The scooper was never taken in the back to be sanitized after being dropped on the floor. I watched from My car as others left store with their drinks. They had no idea the staff was using In sanitized scoopers. I took the drink and toss it out when i got home ... it grossed my out!!! I want my money back. I did not want to make a scent at the store , but I do have a call into management. read more

Keva Juice (at this location) is normally my favorite go-to smoothie shop but unfortunately, not today. After the long line, I step up to the register and not only did the employee answer a personal call while I was ordering, but interrupted me to talk to another customer as well (didn't say excuse me, or just a minute). After the first drink came out that I ordered, I glanced over at the other smoothie and noticed that the blueberries I asked for were not blended in. I politely asked (the same employee from above) if there were blueberries in my smoothie and she rolled her eyes at me then added them in. Awesome staff with a cool environment. That is immediately inviting with the staff immediately greeting me as I walk in I order two smalls and it was done fast! The music playing was at a great level to listen to even when the loud blenders were going and low enough to hear all the employees speak this location is my favorite and I've never had a problem here compared to the one in the mall this place is amazing and is a good treat for anytime. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Their staff is all stellar! Hailey Hernandez is just amazing. She already knows my order and I just call it in and its ready to be picked up! Saves me so much time and she always takes care of me with a big, bright, beautiful smile. I come here at least 3 times a week and everyone is always happy and willing to help and make the best smoothies! I usually get the green juice which is always just right. I've been to other juice shops that just don't compare and are over priced. I purchased their Keva Tumbler and I save $.50 every time! Also, if you purchase their Keva Kash card, it saves you 10% each time you use it! Not to mention their awesome rewards program if you buy 9 smoothies, the 10th one is FREE!! Usually this is the best Keva Juice in town. But they have a sign outside now for a parking spot that says if you use the QR code and order on your phone they'll take it out to you. I did that and ordered, and sat there for about 20 minutes while 4 or 5 people walked in and out and got their orders. I ordered it at 3:02 and went inside at 3:23 to figure out what was going on, and they had the order ready but didn't bring it to us. Then they gave me everything, so i walk outside but they didn't tell me they were out of cheese so i had to go back in only for them to tell me that. Then my girlfriend opened her blueberry strawberry bowl, and it was incredibly melted. It wouldn't of been melted if they had brought it out like they said they do. So i went in to get it replaced and she forgot the honey in the bowl. This is usually a great Keva, and the people were nice, but it's ridiculous how long we waited and what we got. read more

I love getting Keva juice right after I'm done working out at the gym. They have additional options to where you can add scoops of whey or soy protein which is awesome! I've never had to wait longer than a few mins to get my smoothie or shake and the girls have always been very friendly. They have a pretty neat system to where it tracks your points all electronically, so no more punch cards! read more

Starting a new juice diet I decided to give juice a try. Expecting to have a great juice experience it was the opposite. The girl who helped me really did not look like she wanted to be there. The juice in which I thought was totally "juiced", was processed apple juice and blended kale. My God I have a breville juicer at home and juice everything so that there is no grit to it what so ever. Juice should be just that....juice! Instead I received 2 32oz cups full of kale and carrot grit with flavoring. Their smoothies are not bad. Almost as good as Jamba Juice I think, but don't fall for buying their "Customer Loyalty Card" like I did. I was told it worked as both a gift card and customer loyalty card, could add money to it when it got low and would get a discount on each purchase. After spending it down almost $15 I finally said yes to a receipt and saw that they were charging me full price. When I asked about it I was told that the customer loyalty card was something else. They didn't object when I asked for the remaining value of the card in cash though. I won't shop there again. read more

This is my favorite place to come get juice or smoothies. The only thing I dislike is the waiting in line service. There is only one worker when there's 3 people waiting in line and their orders haven't been taken. Management should consider having more people working at one store for faster service. I come here every morning after I get off of work. It's a great choice for breakfast. They have whey which is a great source of protein and keeps me full. We just went to get small smoothies before our hike. There was some weird feeling in the air between the staff, we tried not to notice the tension. My fiance ordered a small green berry, and added a shot of wheat grass. His was so watery, not blended well at all. His wheat grass shot was not well pressed as he had nearly full blades of grass with every drink. I ordered a small tropical ginger and also added a shot of wheat grass, the smoothie was literally spicy because of the amount of ginger (I know ginger can be spicy but I've ordered this drink before and it has never been intolerable). Needless to say it was a waste of almost twenty dollars (not including tip) because neither of us were able to drink more than a couple sips. We love keva juice even though they can be pretty pricey, however, this time we are very disappointed. I'm not sure we will return to the Vista location any time soon. read more

Delicious smoothies! They're thicker than Jamba Juice, they don't use any added sugars, they're NATURALLY delicious. They don't use ice cream and they have a really cool secret menu. I usually go out night and their night staff is quirky and makes your visit very enjoyable . Their wheat grass shots are the best thing to get when you feel a cold coming on. I don't know what the other lady on here is talking about , this shop has amazing customer service and their products taste amazing. I would suggest it to anyone! I was glad to see that this location of Keva juice was reopened. My coworkers and I ordered five kevas and a protein cookie to go yesterday. When I arrived they made the drinks quickly and the kids that worked here are friendly enough. The one thing that kind of sucked though was that I was bogged down with my purse and five big kevas. It was tough to get it all together. As I stumbled out the door and struggled to get the stuff out to my car I wasn't even offered an open door on my way out. There were five people there and they weren't busy when I left but not one of them offered to help out. When I got to the office I saw that they forgot to give us the cookie but charged us for it. That was pretty annoying. Being that it was a $3 cookie my coworker drove back and picked it up. The drinks were good but the service here is meh... Hopefully they can get it together a little better at this location. read more
