AVOID THIS PLACE! ILLEGAL ACTIVITY GOING ON Ok so, I came here on April 24th with my friend. Cute vibe, reasonably priced drinks, not too crowded but not dead. During our time there we had two glasses of wine TOTAL, and the bartender took my friend's card to the kiosk behind the bar. She didn't give my friend a receipt or option to tip. When we got home that night, we saw they had charged her twice. We only got two drinks which was around $30. The first charge was $50 and the second charge was when we weren't even at the bar for $56. Getting overcharged is one thing, but being charged a SECOND time when we WEREN't even there is crazier. My friend disputed her charge and here we are a month later with no money back, because her card company said they cannot refund her unless Key Klub replies back to them. Of course, Key Klub has no way to contact them so my friend can talk to them directly. There's a phone number but no one ever picks up. This whole thing is very annoying, unprofessional, and illegal. Overcharging someone $80 for two glasses of wine and doing a whole other transaction is crazy. I cannot imagine how many other people have had this experience. This is deeply unsetting and I cannot stress it enough to AVOID THIS PLACE. read more

There are not two but four tables at the front of the restaurant that give you the windowsill city vibe, underneath red glowing lights that make you feel like you're in a movie. It was also so loud from everyone talking in the small space that you couldn't hear the background music at all.
