I went in one week ago to buy a car and got a used car from this dealership. After two days I went less than a mile from my apartment and the check charging system light came on. When I got to the location I was at but I did my business and went home when I got home my car was completely off and would not turn on again. I called the dealership and the dealership had my car taken to the service department which changed my battery and clean the erosion near the battery. It is now been three days and the check charging system light is back on. This is a used car I know but this is supposed to be a good car dealership yet they are selling cars that have issues with the systems or they have not properly checked the car before selling it As a new mother driving around her infant in her car this is a very worrisome issue if I were stranded in the middle of nowhere in the heat with a baby and not able to turn my car on and get home I bought a new car because I just had a baby and wanted a safe car to drive but now I am worried I'm in the same predicament that I was in with my old car This should not be an issue with a car that is a 2017 and has warranty on it and certified that they are selling off their lot read more

We walked into through the main entrance and asked where the certified pre-owned vehicles are, the associate said only 3 were available and they were next to the main entrance. This entire dealership is a huge racket. From the sales dept, to the parts dept, to the service dept, everything is bad. This dealership is known for charging ridiculous markups and scamming people out of thousands of dollars by charging customers for useless addons/markups during a national crisis, the parts department charges insane markups when you go to buy parts in person as opposed to ordering online for in store pickup, and the service department service advisors are ridiculously disrespectful, dismissive, and arrogant. I brought my vehicle in today which I purchased from them for a warranty concern and was greeted by a friendly porter, who then told me to go to a specific service advisor's booth (which was the very first booth at the front of the entrance). When I knocked on his window, he immediately sighed as if I was bothering him, when I explained my concern about my vehicle, he immediately gave me the "*Sigh* we are understaffed, you need to make an appointment, you're gonna need to leave your car here all day" line without even answering my question. Not a single customer was there, they weren't busy, and each booth was filled with service advisors just sitting on their computer. I don't see what the issue is about politely addressing a customer's concerns. I inquired about a car a couple of weeks ago and was emailing a little bit with Nima. I live over an hour away and wanted an out the door price on the car I was interested in before making the commute all the way out for the test drive. I didn't want to waste the time going out there if the price was not within my budget. I never got a price, so I didn't plan a test drive. They reached out a few more times, but I unsubscribed from the emails because I found a vehicle elsewhere. When I made the inquiry I didn't plug in my phone number for privacy reasons. I knew deleting a few emails or unsubscribing was easier then being called on my personal cell phone. Somehow they obtained my phone number and have not stopped calling. I can't answer because I'm at work or school, but they shouldn't have my phone number is the first place and I have no idea how they have it. I understand it is their job to sell cars but hounding customers and going out of their way to find their phone number and hound them is NOT a way to sell a car. I'm glad I found my vehicle elsewhere and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Edit: I blocked the first number and have had two other numbers call for the dealership. My wife and I went today looking to purchase a Hybrid Highlander. They only have one in stock, and in a little higher trim than what we originally wanted. But that's ok, we were assisted by a very friendly and cool guy named Morry. He was very clear on information and very accommodating. We test drive the car and we were sold, the driving experience was great, Morry was great, so my wife and decided to proceed. We told Morry how much we would like to deposit, the vehicle we were trading-in and how much we would like to pay monthly. Everything was going great, till this guy comes in. I saw walking from a far, a guy with curly messy hair, oversized suit and a dirty mask with his nose hanging on the top. Extremely unprofessional looking. But that's fine i want to hear what this guy is about to say. Nothing.. he didn't say a word, he didn't greet or anything, he just put this 3 pcs of paper in the table, pulled out his pen and started with "ok, so you want $XXXX deposit and you have a..." he stopped coz his pen stopped working. I knew immediately this is not going to go well. He talked like he was very bored, didn't listen to me and my wife's concern. He was just there fiddling with his non working pen with his dirty fingernails (bruh seriously unprofessional). Once we stopped he suddenly just going to start his very unenthusiastic talk and say "look i am trying my best to give you a good deal!" . "Take this! Dont walk away from this" . Then we tell him the monthly is higher than what we wanted. (Note: before we went there, a friend of ours purchased a highlander at least 2 week prior so we know our number is realistic). But this guy is becoming condescending with the way he talked to us. He asked us how much mileage we drive a week. We told him since we worked from home not that much. He suddenly question why we need hybrid and just get a regular one (bruh we're the buyer, if you want a regular you yourself buy a regular). We even told him about a friend of ours who purchased the same model and how much was their monthly. I personally was surprised with his answer "Maybe your friend is lying, most people don't really say how much they put on their vehicle." (So this guy that i just met 10 mins ago is telling me my friend of so many years is lying to me) Fast forward 45 mins later (if you ask why we waited that long, we were there to purchase a car.) After hearing him talking down at us, not listening to our concern. We decided to walk out, he run after us even giving us a very good deal that surprised me and my wife. But we told him No, I don't want to sign a contract and remind me of how bad of an experience this is. 2 bad experiences and that's it for me. The first was when my car was brand new and I took it in for service. Waiting area is nice but when I get my brand new car back it had a dent about shoulder high on the side of car, I asked how it happened they offered to fix it so I brought it back the following week and their guy pushed the dent out but not very well. So new car has a very sharp noticeable dent. Last week I went in for another oil service, I have some plastic under the dash that also needs snapped back in, they said they'd handle it. I'm there early and go inside. Waves of people come and go and 3 hours pass and I ask my service guy and he skittles back to his office then returns to tell me they'll be starting it soon and done within 15-20 min. WTF... really? 75 minutes later it's done. He lied to me several times in the process which definitely isn't good for trust. Surprise they didn't fix the snap up plastic under passenger dash.
