They helped me with my door cylinder lock replacement for my 1990 F250. Very happy with their work and service.

Door handle no 'access panel' as claimed.

Ok so this place sucks. The guy thought he was all clever and said there was access under this part of my door handle for when your key fob dies or whatever. Well, it's not under there. It's completely under the handle. No panel. He scratched my paint. Broke a pin that holds the piece in place - which he claimed there was a missing screw. I called dealer - it's a pin no screw - that he broke. No screw. He blamed someone else. It is no longer flush and will not sit properly. He was arrogant and damaged my car and would NOT take responsibility. Avoid this place like the plague people.

Very fast service, I have a rare BMW 7 series key fob battery that most shops do not carry, this place has every battery you could need. Great service and good people who know what they are doing and are fast, what more could you ask for. There is also ample free parking right there so as anyone in LA knows parking is vital! read more

Absolutely no stars. Ok 1, only because the employee who takes the calls was gracious and apologetic.... but, Locksith Took over a hour and a half to get to my home. Then said $129 to open my bedroom door...went down to $100, then eventually down to $79, he was rude and thirsty bit not at all helpful. my husband who was out of town, but on facetime said tell him goodbye. Excellent service and an affordable range of colored keys. (Disney, Star Wars, puppies, all sorts of colors.). They male the keys while you wait so you can be in and out in minutes, and it was more affordable than getting keys cut at a hardware store. read more

Somebody stole all of my keys for my whole house I had no idea which company to call being that it's a larger job im extremely happy I did it through Keys locksmith they sent their technician yaron to do the job he came extremely quick and in no time I had new keys to my whole house and kept all of my orignial locks i definitely recommend them if you need any job. read more

Lock Smith Guys are super friendly and helpful! They have all kinds of key designs which I love; at a very reasonable price! I love supporting small local businesses and this one is definitely one to come to. If you need flowers, balloons, pepper spray or stun guns; Keychains, car alarms, car keys they've got it all! You have to take a look for your self and this will be your go to place. Highly recommend, plenty of parking and a coffee bean right near by!!! Everything done in a matter of seconds and they even have a 24HR service! Nothing gets better than that. Getting locked out of my home was well worth it. read more

This place is cool but more importantly this guy handles business. I had to have my locks re keyed for my house and within a matter of minutes the job was done, but more importantly the price is fair. On top of that I went back to get a new fob for my truck and he helped me out at a lower cost than other people in town. read more

Amazing experience with this store. Great Keys, great employees and it all felt like the great OZ!!! I had a broken fob and through a series of interactions with 2 different employees both of whom were very kind I was still had non working key. Overwhelmed and a little stressed I went back and explained my current dilemma. Then like the Great Oz- The owner NIR who has been watching on video called and offered to go above and beyond and fix the issue. Awesome service. We called them because we locked ourselves out of our office and they showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and unlocked the door for us at a really good price. The hinge was messed up and he fixed it at no additional cost. We ended up just changing the lock and keys completely since we had been using the same keys for a long time. These guys are very reliable and price is very affordable compared to other locksmiths. We already recommended a few of our clients to them. We highly recommend these guys read more

As a young woman, i felt that having a functioning key remote made me feel safer . Mr Jin came by and said that the battery was dead which i thought was very weird since he just made a brand new key 2 weeks ago?? Did he use an old battery? Or was there another underlying issue? I questioned him about this but he just kept saying it needs a new battery . He wouldn't show me what was wrong with the key, just kept going to his van to look at it and INSISTED it was the battery. It Still didnt add up to me ... Anyways he opened the key, replaced the battery and charged me $40 for his time and gas to come out to me. I thought that was CRAZY since the key was malfunctioning due to his own fault and he just replaced the battery?!!? I just paid him and then went on my way. At that moment, i knew that he lost my business moving forward. 3 weeks later my remote stops working AGAIN! I go to another locksmith and they opened up my key, showed me my remote and said that when mr. jin opened the key remote. He broke a small piece, the small piece missing promotes the battery to drain fast and/or is not allowing the battery to power the remote. They replaced the battery for me in the meantime and then recommended i get a whole new remote if the problem continues . TLDR: So I PAID THIS MAN OVER $250 FOR A BRAND NEW KEY THAT LASTED ME TWO WEEKS. HE DID NOT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE WHY AND OVERCHARGED ME FOR A HALF-ASS JOB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOW I NEED A WHOLE NEW KEY PROGRAMMED BECAUSE HE BROKE MY KEY & DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HES DOING

But having seen him work on other people's shoes and seeing all the equipment he had indicated to me that he was an experienced cobbler. And I am glad I came to him. I had heel tips that needed replacing. Ferragamo actually included extra ones when I bought my shoes so I brought them with me. The price? $7. I'll be back.

I needed a new key for my 2016 Toyota Prius and went to the dealer. after waiting for about 1hr to see how much it would cost me, they told me that it would cost me about $380 and they would need me to leave the car there for almost the whole day, so at that point I wasn't sure what to do and after thinking about some more I told them after I finish work ill swing by to do it. I needed to replace the battery on my Toyota Camry key and like a lot of people went to the dealer ship, they wanted me to leave the key there and pick it up in a few hours and charge me a lot of money, so of course I didn't do it. I was in the rush to the airport and needed a suitcase lock and thankfully passed by there shop, they had a few different types of locks and found the right one. they also have the biggest selection of cool and colorful keys that I've ever seen like: sport teams, Disney designs (star wars, mickey mouse etc.) and animal keys etc. when ill return back from my flight I'm defiantly coming here to make keys! read more

I manage big buildings which is great, but the down side of it is carrying a big and heavy ring of keys all day and for a while already I've been trying to look for other alternatives then carrying such a heavy ring. thankfully I found them they have these bright and EXTREMELY light weight keys for $3 a key. they really saved me! read more

I lose my keys all the time, and they really saved me they have something called a ''key hider'', which is a small magnetic box with a sliding door in witch you could put a couple of keys and attached it to something magnetic. really cool idea so if your like me you found your solution. read more

I went to numerous locksmiths stores to duplicate an old key but to avail nobody had it but when I went keys locksmith they had. I definitely recommend them if you need any key. read more
