I use that stuff for cooking but would never put it raw on my pizza. There are giant pieces of raw tomato and artichoke hearts. These should be thinly sliced and baked in the oven with the other veggies. Instead they were just thrown on so I picked them off to eat the pizza. The sauce had a spicier tang than I'm used to, but it was also hearty and a perfect complement to each topping. The Viking is a "must have"! My ciabatta roll on the hot honey sandwich was the driest bread I've ever received at a restaurant & I'm not exaggerating. It was so hard it didn't move when squeezed. We called to let them know & the person that answered didn't apologize and only said "thanks". I don't know how a person could make a sandwich on that bread & think it was okay to sell to a customer.
