This really has to be the worst KFC !! A nice gentlemen was taking my order and half way through my order the female manager or shift supervisor rudely just grabs her key and takes the register out of the cashier slot and walks away with it and brings a new one . I know for a fact she could have waited and or could of said excuse me I need to switch out the register but not word came out of her mouth . Another issue was paying for my food and not being able to get a receipt back the excuse was we ran out I'm like okay ? But as I ate my food I just watched how rude the manager/ shift supervisor was to her team and how not once did she look up and welcome anybody coming through the door . Secondly my food was not enjoyable due to them not having any ranch bbq or hot sauce the manger could have posted an inconvenience note on the door to make people of ware of the issue instead of having people order food and not being able to enjoy it like myself . I know I wasn't the only one complaining other guest were disappointed as well . Definitely won't be coming back !!! read more

Went into the drive through, ordered two papa burgers, chili cheese fries and 10 wings. Papa burgers were cold, chili cheese fries were like falling out of the box, only received 8 wings, and it seemed like they just tossed everything in the bag. This is probably the 2nd time since I've been upset with this place. Come on workers! Is it that hard???! I am never ever going back here. What a waste of money. Every time I come here, they're out of chicken. But I'm not sure how that's possible because it's never busy! Tonight I was told they are out of grilled thigh and asked if I wanted something else, but they waited until I paid to tell me. I said no, and they said it would be 11 minutes to cook the grilled thigh, and they were open for another 2 hours! So I had to wait and ask if they were going to do anything about the fact that I had to wait so long. They threw in an extra corn, and I ended up waiting far beyond 11 minutes, more like 20. They never included any condiments, the macaroni and cheese was bland, the chicken was grossly greasy, and the biscuit was straight mush. Terrible experience. read more

Horrible... just horrible. I ordered 2 separate meals and literally threw it all away. The wedges and biscuits were cold and hard. Thankfully I didn't try and feed my child the popcorn chicken as it was rock hard. I would have given her the Cole slaw but that was missing from our order. Completely inedible. read more

The service here is insanely poor. The Manager Richard has no clue how to take orders or run a busy restaurant avoid like the plague. I waited in drive thru gave my order and was told my total. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and then told he didn't have my order and unless I had cash I had to go back through the line and give my order again. When asked why he didn't send someone thru the line to take my order again he said, "you see how busy we are??" I guess Richard's time was more important than his customers. He also told me there was nothing he can do unless I had cash because he can't put my order in using a card. Business Advice: when you make a customer wait you absorb the $14 cost and give the meal free. It is not acceptable to tell the customer to go thru the line again to give their order and wait another 20 -30 minutes. read more

Warning to all, do not eat at the KFC on 2330 Longmont Ct, Elk Grove, CA 95758 Store# E720439. Service there is hit and miss, mostly old dry chicken and bad service. About 20miin ago we ordered at the drive threw and was told that if you wanted white meat it would be a 15min wait, unacceptable! So we took the dark meat chicken as this was all they has. Got home and found old burned dried up chicken, this stuff should have been tossed out hours ago! I called the location at 916-683-4005 and talked with the so called manager Phillip. He told me that he would give me a coupon for an order of chicken only if I want, like I want more chicken from this place. I asked for a simple refund for what was ordered, he refused unless we return the chicken back to him, like he is going to eat it! I told him since we drove to them to get this that he could sent someone here to pick up the chicken, only fair right?? He refused and told me that his word is final and that the actual store manager wont be back in the store for more then two weeks if I wanted to talk to him. I can not remember the last time I had such bad service and food from any place that I felt that I had to wright about it. This place is badly managed, has been for years. Every time I go there they're out of one item or another and it's items that should be readily stocked. How can they be out of white pieces of chicken, crispy pieces, original pieces. Yesterday (08/17/14) I asked for a three piece original meal all white, they said they were out of pieces of white original wings had to substitute a grilled piece instead and this was in the middle of the afternoon, 3:30pm. Just left the drive-thru after nearly 40 minutes and still never got anything to eat....let me explain this fiasco! We finally got to place an order after 20+ minutes waiting in the drive-thru line. We were told that there would be NO chicken available for at least 25 minutes. We went to Plan B and ordered hamburgers. When we got to the window 15 minutes later, we were told that we couldn't get hamburgers because of some issue regarding the buns. Call me crazy but if your restaurant specializes in chicken and burgers, wouldn't it be a priority to have the product!!?? Also, why keep customers jammed up in the drive-thru if you weren't going to deliver! This place has consistently under-delivered but I like to support neighborhood businesses. However, this place has demonstrated their inability to effectively manage their business. It is clear that their management is incompetent. Lost my business for good. read more

Last week I spent $30 for various dinner items and ended up throwing 90% of the food away. The chicken was horribly dry, chicken strips overcooked, hot dog nuggets tasted terrible and the corn was mushy. Plus, I never got my drink. A few days later I went back and shared my disenchantment with the Manager/Co-owner, Richard Box, who gave me a card for a free eight piece meal, which showed good faith on his part. This evening I decided to use the card, however when I got home, all there was in the bag were eight pieces of chicken. No two side dishes and no biscuits, all which normally come with the "meal". While I was checking out they mentioned Richard wasn't there, so when I got home I wanted to let him know what happened. (Didn't want anything else at this point) I was persistent to say the least, trying for two hours to get through, but all the phone did was ring and ring and ring and, well..... you get the big picture. Unfortunately, my Kentucky Fried Chicken days are over for the Longport Court franchise in Elk Grove which is too bad because their location was really convenient for us. read more

This KFC sucks so bad!!! The worst service ever!! On 10/17/14 I went in the drive thru & ordered the 16 piece meal, (dark meat crispy & white meat grilled) & 1/2 gallon of rootbeer. I was told to pull foward & wait in the parking lot, which is reasonable bc it's a big order & I was told I had to wait 20 mins for the grilled chicken, but I requested if I can get lots of ketchup, plates & spoons, the lady said ok. After waiting about 10/15 mins the employee ("Allyssa" that was the name on the receipt) comes out & tells me if I would like one of the chicken breasts crispy bc there wasn't enough in grill. I said I thought that's why I've been waiting for the grilled, she then told me she miscounted the chicken, so I opted for an original. She ran back in and came out with 2 bags & went back in. I stayed to check if everything was in my order & noticed no ketchup just a whole bunch of butter & honey packets. The same lady comes running out & says "Good thing you didn't drive off yet here's the other grilled chicken that didn't fit in the bag." I told her there was no ketchup at all & no spoons. She rolled her eyes and went in & brought me back ONLY 5 packets of ketchup, for a 16 piece meal, really?! & I noticed the biscuits were missing, none at all! I told her I will just got through the drive thru, she groaned and replied rudely "No you cannot go through the drive thru just come inside & get it!" I said "what I'm not allowed to go through the drive thru are you serious?" She said that they were already backed up just come inside & she left back inside. I went in got the buscuits & left! I couldn't believe it, she gets the chicken wrong bc she miscounted, no ketchup, no spoons, no buscuits & if I didn't wait to check my order I would've never gotten the rest of the grilled chicken. I had to buy ketcup at the gas station & when I got home I counted the chicken, ONLY 15 PIECES, NOT A 16 piece meal, after all that waiting! read more
