This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had. First of all, they didn't even give us all of our food, and when we asked about it, it seemed like they don't even stock half the items on their menu. What kind of KFC runs out of its own food? The food we did get was extremely greasy, soggy, and wet--not crispy at all, just dripping oil. It was honestly disgusting and barely edible. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared. To make it even worse, I ended up with explosive diarrhea afterward, which says a lot about the quality and safety of the food. This place is clearly not being run properly. Went through the drive through and was yelled at to come inside after the lady was speaking too quietly to hear. All fair as i didn't know to come inside. also only had three orders on screen and was having cars pulling up to park. Place is sticky and dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was opened for the day, drink machine with sticky coke all over it, empty straw wrappers around it as well. Big sign on the drive through window: "WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS". This should have been my first suggestion I was going to have a horrid experience. If you remember the location on Oneida, this one is headed in the same direction. 16 minutes. SIXTEEN. I placed my order on the app so I knew it was going to be right. Two sandwiches, one Korean bbq and one garlic ranch. Two sides of Mac and cheese, and a 10 piece of nuggets. Easy, right? What I got: Two Korean Bbq sandwiches, Two cold sides of Mac and cheese, And a ten piece of inedible nuggets. I tested one of the nuggets in the parking spot they directed me to, and damn near broke my teeth. I checked both sandwiches, and one was not the way I ordered it. Tested the Mac and cheese, cold as if it was sitting there waiting for the bag. I came back around the drive thru and remarked that I have my whole bag of food, and I stated the issues. They stated, "we don't give refunds". I then asked, "you don't give refunds for inedible food?" Then the person closed the window and walked away. We were at this location at about 7:15 pm on april 24 2026. We ordered our food through the drive thru when we got to the window nobody even came to the window to ac knowledge we were there for 10 minutes. Once the male employee came to the window to collect our money i told him we had already been waiting 10 minutes and that was not acceptable. He said oh I'm sorry I was in the bathroom. We placed an online order, and were given a pick-up time of 2:35. We arrived on time and went through drive-thru. The gentleman (personal and professional but appeared overtasked) said to drive around and wait by the main doors. Our order was being brought out at 2:55 and I approached the doors to give the female employee assistance, and she rudely told me to drive visit drive-thru. I explained that I had done so, and was directed to wait by the doors, and was only trying to help. She was rude and unprofessional. She said she didn't care. downloaded KFC APP while the the KFC parking lot, placed my order and paid with my credit card and waited until i got email/message that my order was ready for pickup. I waited outside the drive up window and once clear then spoke with the woman who was working alone about my order, she stated "I cant help you because it doesnt show up in her system. she was quite rude and not professional. i then went around to the drive thru and placed another order which i paid for with the same credit card then watched her complete my order then let it sit while she took the next order leaving my order sitting. once she decided to open the window and hand me my order i asked about my previous order i placed online, she said "oh that Theeson guy" like i wasnt right outside her window, once agin very unprofessional. i left then returned 3 hours later...still not in her system, i asked what she would do if i just sat in her drive thru and refused to move...she stated "i will call the police" I told her to do so...i circled and did see her on the phone and she even came outside...i then departed broken hearted without my 6 piece chicken dinner that i paid 16 bucks and change...change??? I wish i could give 0 stars! I didn't go here for years and now I remember why. We got there 40 minutes before close and were told they didn't have enough chicken for our 3 $5 fill up boxes. We ordered 2 and figured we would share. We also asked for honey mustard for the chicken tenders. When wet got home there was the tiniest container of honey mustard that I have ever seen... And only 1 container for 6 chicken strips. It seriously is 1 tablespoon full of sauce. Ridiculous. Ok. We got out our own bbq sauce and dug in. Another problem. The chicken was tough and super chewy. I couldn't even eat it. On to the mashed potatoes. The gravy clearly sat for hours as it was as thick as pudding and didn't fall off the spoon. Finally there were the biscuits.
