Standard KFC The Lincoln location is the closest to my house so I have been here a few times. Nothing bad or great to say about the place. It's fast food. The service has always been okay - polite and not too slow. They have never messed up an order. So, I am pretty satisfied and would return here again. I have never tried any of the A&W items. But I like the idea of the wider variety of options and it's always nice to have a root beer float option nearby. read more

I ordered the Georgia Gold 3-piece Combo, to learn that they had no Georgia Gold sauce that day. Ok. I settled for the Smokey Mtn. BBQ combo. My chicken strips came promptly as expected (it's fast food, right?), but drenched in a BBQ sauce that left an oily puddle on the plate. The potatoes, gravy and biscuit was the usual KFC stuff. The dining area could have used a good scrubbing with soap and hot water. Black greasy hand prints on the seat backs told me it had been a while since they had been wiped down. The men's restroom was filthy, with a matching odor (a woman traveling with us said the ladie's room was gross, also). There was soap and towels, but the only choice of water at the sink was "way too hot." I've been a fan of KFC since I was a little kid, but sadly I won't be back to this one. read more

The drive thru was 10 minutes late opening with no apology or explanation. Finally placed an order which was delayed an additional 15 minutes. Not exactly fast food. My mom and I came here last night for dinner I ordered the k1 which is 1 chicken breast and 2 sides and a biscuit and a cookie I ordered it extra crispy the girl working the drive thru was very quick and the drive thru was very clean very clean parking lots we also ordered a kids meal cheese burger that came with fries and a drink and it was supposed to come with a toy and didn't :/ which was disappointing the cookies that came with are meals the k1 where as hard as a rock and we ended up throwing them alway when it comes to fast food establishments they should always make sure everything they serve is fresh and not stale this location does have very good old fashioned a and a root beer which is good plus they have root beer floats that they have year round which is good with the hot weather plus they have milkshakes I m not sure if I will be coming back to this location they need to be more on top of it when it comes to the quality of the cookies they serve there customers and not give stale ones yuck read more

I ordered delivery from this location for lunch Friday 7/29/22. They forgot an entire side order of Cole slaw. I also paid extra for 2 dipping sauces, but didn't get those nor any other typical sauce. No honey sauce, no hot sauce, no buttery spread. I'd been warned! I should've paid attention to the two stars, but my daughter wanted KFC and the closest one is thirty minutes away in Lincoln. So I drove to this location from Grass Valley on my way home, which was actually a seventy minute drive. I arrived and knew what I wanted to order; so I ordered an eight piece bucket of original recipe with sides of cole slaw and mashed potatoes! The guy said they don't have breasts and I'd have to wait. I said no problem. Then a gal came up behind him and told him there are no original recipes available and the wait will be 16 minutes for a fresh batch. What! Kentucky Fried Chicken was built on original recipe chicken. There is something wrong with a store that doesn't always have original recipe (or any batch of chicken for that matter) readily available. I can probably let it slide if it was near closing, but it was 7pm. So I reluctantly ordered extra crispy and my order was prepared right away. To make things worse, after I drove thirty minutes home, I discovered there were no breasts! WTH and I paid the original cost of $27!? Inexcusable! read more

I love KFC but this location is horrible. The service is bad...they have a bunch of young kids working here and most of them look like they don't want to be here. Very inefficient and are running all over the place. Didn't want to go through the drive thru because I knew my order was going to get messed up, so went in. I'd like to give this place ZERO stars, but that isn't an option with yelp, since I wasn't able to get chicken at this restaurant, almost 2 hours before closing. Supposedly, they're open until 10:00 PM, but I don't know why, since you can't get chicken there after 8:00 PM apparently, and the place has already been pretty much shut down for the night. Don't know why they don't just send the employees home to save money on wages after 8:00 PM. I tried to buy a couple of 3 piece chicken dinners tonight (Saturday), and got to KFC at 8:10 PM. There was no chicken in the warmers, the biscuits were all out on the counter in a single bucket getting cold, and the potatoes and gravy were in a single warmer, packaged in individual-sized containers. Apparently, they had a little crispy chicken, which I'm not fond of. I wanted original chicken breasts and was told they didn't have that available, so I said I'd wait while they cooked some. The young girl helping me appeared concerned, and talked to another employee. He came over and told me it was going to take 44 minutes to cook the chicken. I've had it cooked before by KFC in 20 minutes, so I don't know what the added time is for. I can literally buy raw chicken, drive home, bread it, warm up the fryer, and cook it in less time than that. So, if the franchise owner, or corporate people read this, you need to reevaluate your business model, staffing, and/or management. I had a wonderful dinner at In-N-Out Burger, and they are my go-to choice for fast, friendly, fresh, and hot food. I highly recommend them instead of KFC. read more

This one of those A&W/KFC deals where you can order a papa burger from AW and mashed potatoes from KFC at the same time. Still weird to me. Anyway, while my parents and I got sandwiches, my brothers were craving some KFC/AW(we only ever eat fast food on roadtrips...so they took advantage...obvi). Ok so when one orders chicken wigs...I am pretty sure they want the wings with out the FUCKING FEATHERS!!! So, my wife went here to pick up chicken for dinner. She went through the drivethru. When she went through they told her it would be a 15 minute wait for regular chicken. So she decided to get extra crispy and this is where the problems began. She received our order and didnt realize until she got home that they gave us 4 legs, 3 breasts, and 2 wings. My wife prefers chicken thighs so this was a problem because we didnt get any thighs. They didnt even ask her if it was okay or anything. Total lack of customer service. Greasy, super breaded, tons of skin, not a ton of meat, cholesterol spiking KFC.........SIGN ME UP! Haven't been to a kfc in probably 5 years but the wife and I been seeing those semi creepy colonel sanders commercials and became intrigued. Used a coupon for 7 pieces, two sides and 3 biscuits for 13.99. I did take a couple bites of breading/skin but then once you pealed that glorious fat back there wasnt a lot of meat. Taters were pretty good. Mac and cheese was super mushy but still half way decent. The biscuits were good with butter and honey. I am sure my heart slowed down, blood pressure went through the roof but it was still decently enjoyable. We will be back...........in five years or so. read more

(Wanted to give ZERO stars) This is probably the worst restaurant Ive every been to in my life. First, my mother used the restroom and said that there was POOP on the WALL. absolutely disgusting. Then, they messed up our order by the size of our drinks.(how could you even do that). While we were sitting there drinking our drinks, everyone who had made a purchase in the restaurant were complaining about their order being incorrect. As i was drinking my freeze, just root beer and vanilla ice cream, has random pieces of what seems to be chocolate. Witch I did not order. How could that be? The cups was used? Don't fall for their $3.00 off a 7 piece "Value" meal. There is nothing that is a value about it. I was charged $25.49! Upon returning home I went online and could have received an 8 piece meal for $20.00 and there was a $4.00 off coupon for that. I went by the restaurant today and they just told me that was the price. They literally took the price of 7 pieces and added the sides, no benefit to a "Value Meal" at all. Wish I could give 1/2 a star or minus a star our visit was that bad. It's been years since we've visited this location since it originally opened in Lincoln. We typically don't eat much fast food though we received a coupon for a free "new" sandwich we thought we'd give KFC a try. I'm surprised they don't have any fine at this location. The restroom was slimy! No trash on the floor, but you could feel that the staff needed to clean top to bottom with a disinfectant. The women's restroom presented with a large porcelain chip on the hand dryer - and it's been this way it appears so long that the chipped area is now rusted. Our order was taken by the "co-owner" per his name badge. The service was pleasant, but the interior was filthy!!! I can't say how filthy. The soda dispenser had syrup everywhere and was apparent that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Even the wall area had syrup splattered on it. We seated our self at a table facing the drive-thru. The tables were sticky and yucky! We could see the chrome table leg at the booth across from us was dirty. OMG - this place need an extensive cleaning. We won't be back. Furthermore, when we immediately arrived home, we sent an email contact complaint to the corporate office and have yet to receive any reply. It's been several weeks and we would have thought an apology and we've forwarded your comments to our local store would be have in order. read more

No feathers in my food, LOL. I quite liked this place. You can tell this one is newer than the other KFC. We usually order on the chicken side and outside of the shi**y American food side :-) The family meal was a great deal, even for an adult family like my own where a "serves 4" will not serve all of us. Went through drive-thru. Ordered dinner and wings, weren't ready so waited in parking lot. They estimated 12 minutes. Fine.cool. Ended up waiting over 30 MINUTES. WENT INSIDE, they hadn't even cooked the wings yet. Waited another 10 minutes to receive our $30+ order. RIDICULOUS?!?? Slowest drive thru EVER! And when we finally did make it to the pick up window, our food was sitting in a bag and the cashier just stood there after taking our money. I think he was in a daze. He eventually picked up the bag and asked if they had put the biscuits in, they said yes and he continued to just stand there holding the bag. Seriously for like 2min he just stood there. If they didn't have bushes I would drove out of line and abandoned ship before we even got to the window. The whole experience took nearly 15 min, outrageous for a drive thru! We got the 9 strips for $10, the chicken was so dry I could've hammered nails in with it. And it was very unequal in size, some were big, MOST were very small. Definitely not worth 10 bucks! On 03-04-2019 @ 9:15 PM We ordered an 8 piece crispy chicken meal. We were told they were out of chicken but would put something comparable together for us. The bill was $37. Got home and opened up the buckets. 8 cold, burned, grilled ? wings, 3 cold greasy, grilled, overcooked legs, 1 tiny grilled burned thigh, 8 stale biscuits, 2 cold mashed potatoes, 2 cold gravys, 1 cole slaw, no drinks. We were pretty upset with this mess when we got home. $ 37:00 worth of crap. Employees looked like they were laughing at us when we drove out of the drive thru.
