We stopped in this New York City KFC for some grub. The food was tasty. The service was quick. A few homeless so we took the food back to our room.

Keepin it real out here in Midtown / Chelsea It's almost a 4 star but 3 is more fitting for this one time experience. Area is crazy as usual, saw people arguing over their food the moment i walked in. Cashier was helpful with the pick up order. The KFC chicken sandwich is low key fire. The spicy one caught me by surprise the first time i had it, but this time just isn't it. It's a bit stale and way too chewy. The spicy didn't have the same kick and overall just lacking a bit. I will probably try it again just not at this location, but location still decent though overall

I know a lot of people are complaining about the staff. It didn't happen to me during the time I went, and I still like the sandwich, so I am still gonna give it a 5 start. If you're in the mood for some tasty fried chicken, then KFC is definitely the place to go. There are really not that many KFCs in Manhattan, so as soon as I saw this one opened. I went immediately. The menu at KFC features a variety of different chicken dishes, from classic fried chicken to spicy wings and sandwiches. Honestly, the chicken sandwiches at KFC are definitely better than at Mcdonald's. Overall, if you're a fan of KFC, it is definitely worth trying out. They have a lot of delivery orders, so it might actually be faster to order delivery than eat over there

Small size legs and thighs. Ordered original crispy and they are soggy. They keep wanting to charge for sauce on the side.

We hopped in line but waited less than a minute because the service was incredibly fast. I managed to snatch a table within 30 seconds, and my husband got our food in less than two minutes. The service was fantastic! The food was actually really good--we got the chicken sandwich, which features three chicken tenders with lettuce and their special sauce, served with french fries and a Coke. Everything was delicious and very well priced. Getting a seat and having such quick service made everything work out perfectly. I also loved the ambiance of the store, they play cool music and the decor is great, especially the disco balls!

I ordered the three finger combo. What came out was just plain sad looking. Tiny chicken fingers, barely cooked fries. The Raising Cane's sauce was good but the vessels to that sauce were so lacking. The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I know, I know, it's Penn Station, it's supposed to be a little grimy. Honestly, if these chicken fingers weren't so tiny and my fries were properly cooked I could deal with a little grime. But come on.

"Matter of fact, I'll take four chicken fingers!"…read more You can't visit NYC without hitting up the massive, neon-lit Raising Cane's flagship location in Times Square. This location has cute Raising Cane's merchandise. The energy inside is wild, but the real question was: does the food actually live up to the massive hype? I came straight here chasing that legendary crispy, saucy bite--and it did not disappoint. The chicken fingers were piping hot, incredibly tender, and practically standard-issue vessels for that iconic Cane's Sauce. The classic crinkle-cut fries were solid, but the real sleeper hit is always that buttery, pillowy Texas toast. When you assemble the ultimate bite--chicken, sauce, toast, and a fry-- it's devine. It's fast, it's chaotic, and it's a total Times Square experience. If you're looking for a quick, comforting, and undeniably crispy late-night bite in the city, this flagship location delivers exactly what you're craving. The staff is top notch and the DJ kept the energy going!

Get ready for some messy eating. But also get ready for some dry ass chicken. There's a reason why I only cook chicken thighs at home instead of breast. One is moist and juicy, the other is not. Fluffies was not able to make their chicken breast any less dry than I could. I had to drench each bite with sauce to mask the dryness. Remind me to only buy chicken sandwiches that use thighs only in the future. The crunch on the fry was a little hard, the sauce did work, but overall I felt like I ate saucy and fry rather than a chicken sandwich. The fries are aight. Very well seasoned -- that was the best part. But I felt like I was eating a toss up with each fry. Some had the perfect crisp on the outside, others felt stale? Like rhymes with the feeling of cold McDonald's fries, obvious not as bad as that but hints of that texture every few fries. It's like I got a fresh batch of fries mixed with an old batch of fries. The good fries were gooood. The bad fries were ugh. Maybe it's cause I went at 11pm but there was still a stready stream of customers. Coleslaw -- nothing special. Got it cause you gotta eat your vegetables for $2. This would be the first time that my slaw is so one-dimension in color though. Sandwich so underwhelming. Dat fry seasoning tho. Maybe I shoulda gotten the Mac/fries.

This Chick-fil-A is located in the heart of Penn Station and was just created there not long ago. I…read morethought it was weird that the train station got a Chick-fil-A when there was another bigger location above the train station. I guess convenience is the most important thing for Chick-fil-A so thankfully the people in the train station don't need to go outside. This location was very tiny and very loud since it was opened to the whole public and had a lot of back and forth traffic in the halls. The time table schedule for the trains was in this restaurant so I know when my train was about to come on what track the timetable announces. All the tables were taken when I was there and I could barely get a booth with a comfortable cushioned seat to myself so that sucked. The food got to be ordered at the counter in this location. There were no self kiosks and no pick up order through the mobile app. Also the rewards app cannot be used in this location so that sucked a lot. The food was pretty expensive and sucked that Chick-fil-A is getting expensive these days. I paid around $30 for a kid chicken nugget meal and a Chick-fil-A deluxe meal together. The kids meal consisted of nuggets, waffle fries, apple juice, and a kids toy. You can swap the fries for a fruit cup, the apple juice for a milk, and toy for ice cream. I loved the paper bag the kids meal came in. The bag was very vibrant and blue with farm animals and lots of educational puzzles and games on the bag. This time the toy was a pretty good construction compared to other times when the toys were just card games of trivia, which is not really my thing. This time the toy was a DIY cow kart where I broke out cardboard inserts and built the cow kart myself. I don't know why the wheels were made out of plastic and everything above the ground was made out of cardboard paper so I cannot even wash the toy or put it in water. They gave a lot of waffles fries this time. Waffles fries are my favorite item from Chick-fil-A. The sandwich was alright. It was kind of dried though. The tomato was very ripe and fresh. Other than that I don't think the sandwich has sauce so that's what's lacking. I had to dip the sandwich into Chick-fil-A and sweet and spicy sriracha sauce. The sriracha sauce is my favorite and was very good and spicy with a hint of honey. I got frozen coffee this time and was surprised the lid was a soda lid and not a clear plastic lid with a huge hole for the straw. The frozen coffee was still very good though, creamy and semi-sweet. Overall, I wish they had rewards and pick up order. Other than that everything is good especially with the automatic door opener garbage can. I didn't need to touch the door or anything to throw my garbage.
