Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, this KFC always takes forever. Multiple cars about 6 or 7 came and left from the line because of how long it was taking. So much for fast food, sucks for the owner though on how much business they must lose. read more

Usually I have an issue with drive throughs but I have no regrets going today, and I say this specifically only because of a worker there named Lucas who was working at around 6pm ish (October 20th 2018) He had such a high energy level and was very on top of his game by automatically putting napkins in the bag and doing great customer service. Lucas was so excellent that my mother and I, after I already got my food; drove back around the drive through just to remind him of how great he is! I extremely hope this young man gets a raise based on his excellent job and entertainment levels. You could easily tell he enjoyed his job and made the most of it with a huge smile on his face. Only reason I'm giving this restaurant a 5 star is because of Lucas, food isn't terrible; it's about a 3 star. But Lucas is definitely a 10/10 score! Thank you! read more

Had a wonderful experience at this KFC. normally, employees that work here don't seem all that happy but Lucas was a delight. The last time I had KFC was with family, the trademark Fried Chicken bucket dinner with Cole Slaw and Mashed Potatoes, which was great. I thought I'd give them a visit since it had been a few months. I was very pleased with what I found. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, the atmosphere positive. I love the wide variety on their menu, there's much more than just chicken as I'd thought. There is a decent variety of drinks and desserts as well. I ordered a Honey BBQ sandwich with Potato Wedges along with a Strawberry milkshake. Everything tasted fresh and the cherry and whipped cream on the Milkshake won me over. I love a good milkshake and compared with other places I've gotten milkshakes at this one took the 1st prize. The cashier was pleasant, made the milkshake herself for me. 5 stars, I definitely recommend and hope to order from them again sometime soon. read more

I usually do not yelp fast food places, but this one was just awful. Food wasn't that bad but the customer service here sucks. The workers are rude and impatient. Also if you come here an hour before closing, don't expect them to have too much. They are more focused on closing down then selling you food. read more

More often than not, I get Lucas at the drive thru and he is a super cool person. He contributes to the stars. However, you try your luck as far as the chicken. Sometimes its too salty. Sometimes its too dry. I like it on the greasy side because I go home and bake it upside down on grill with a stainless steel bowl under it. It takes so much grease out of it you would be surprised. Two times, my order was wrong. Once they forgot my potatoes. I discovered it at home and figured it was too big a mistake to let go. Their phone number is a fax machine. So I drove back (not that far) and they comped me a larger size. Thanks. They really try hard. read more

It was a bad week beginning with major jaw surgery. After almost 7 days of liquids I wanted a little 'solid' food. A three piece meal (legs and thighs) sounded doable. Juicy thighs is what I wanted. Took my coupon to get some. Marie G asked for my order. I said I wanted a three piece leg and thigh meal, original recipe. And I also wanted a separate, individual, one only, not meal, breast 'grilled'. After several tries to convey this to Marie, being told everything came with a breast. I told her to forget the breast. She repeated 'everything comes with a breast'. Tried one more time to get it straight - finally told her to give me a breast and two thighs. Too tired to argue, I caved and just let Marie order what she wanted me to have. Once home I checked out what I got. Two breasts and a wing, not sure what 'recipe' they were, but all were overcooked and dry. Mashed potatoes and slaw were as I expected. I was offered 'butter' for the biscuit, but no 'honey' (I took some 'honey' from a self serve area meant for dine in customers on my way out). I ate about a third of a breast with the potatoes and gravy. Really dry chicken, but I could get it down in the gravy. I will probably go here again when I have the energy to hang in and get what I want. Just hope Marie figures out how to balance her desire to give you what 'she knows you want' with what it is you really want. read more

Before I begin I want to state that I have worked in the food industry for 10 years and I have worked in fast food & restaurant. I understand how poorly you can be treated and it can really suck sometimes. Tonight I came here via drive thru and my husband had ordered some food and wanted a combo with no drink " so main course and fries, I heard him loud and I clear. I also ordered a BBQ sandwich with no mayo then young man repeated and said alright yada yada NO MAYO correct? And I said yes correct (came here last month & ordered the same thing and when I got home there was mayo on it) We got our food and young mad said alright have a good night before driving off I opened my sandwich immediately to make sure there was no mayo, by the way I hate when people do this I have faith people know how to do there job, surprise there is mayo and my husband did not have his side. Young man said we didn't order a side but we did I heard what my husband said. When they re did my sandwich there was no BBQ sauce and then after 2 time they re did it again by added a teaspoon of BBQ sauce when the chicken is supposed to cover with it. Anyways if your looking for some KFC or A&W and you want to alter your order or add sides please don't come here they will mess it up or if you do come please check ur order before leaving. I will not be returning here obviously. If you don't wanna work here then quit there are a tons of people out there that actually NEED money and will be willing to do a good Job 100 times better. read more

Just purchased the 16 piece chicken meal with sides and biscuits. Was given one bucket of chicken. Cost was $44 and change. Person at the register was very polite. Got home and there was only 11 pieces of chicken in the basket. Interesting way to make a profit. read more

The guy who takes the ordered is usually energetic and very helpful. I received the same great service when putting in my order, but when I get home and discover they don't even bother to put several of my items in the bag I was at a loss for words. The customer service is top notch, the food, maybe not so much. Overall really good KFC and nice people. I think that is just as important as the food quality in these kinds of places. It's like they hire clueless morons to work at this place!!! I went there back in December and ordered three orders of large fries, a simple fool proof order. Well it took them nearly an hour to fullfill my order, while countless people who ordered after me got their orders well before i did. The person who took my order was walking around talking to someone on her Apple watch, which in and of itself is worthy of fireing, since she was "working" and talking on her Apple watch at the same extact time. Flash forward a month later and I came and ordered a 16 piece chicken bucket half original recipe and half grilled, a simple order once again. Lo and behold the person who took my order was the same idiot who was talking on her Apple watch a month earlier. I read her name badge and her name is Carolina and for some odd illconceived reason she's the manager. Well she repeated the order to me "half original recipe, and half grilled." When I got back home I opened up the bucket and to my surprise it was all original recipe and no grilled. I will never return to the land of fools aka KFC/A&W in Rohnert Park ever again, or unless they fire their moronic manager. read more
