We left the drive through and went to the walk in and the guy (older guy) got pissed at my wife because we didn't keep waiting at the drive through. Unbelievable. Came in for my usual meal of chicken wings with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I ordered for dine in. I paid and they gave me my cup. I got my drink and sat down. A few minutes later they cone out and tell me they only have 1 wing in original recipe. I ask if they can substitute a couple breasts since they don't have wings. They say no they can't do that even though this is there fault not mine. So now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my wings? This is wrong on many levels. Went tonight. Was told it was going to be 7 minutes. Orders flying out for the delivery persons. One person comes up after, orders 3 different combos and got out with less than 3 minutes. Sat there and waited, At 20 minutes went up to the counter and got ignored completely until I started to yell about where my food was. They gave me the wrong order. The chicken was past its time and should not have been served, and one of the pieces of chicken had a bite taken out of it. Nasty and the staff did not care at all. Even one of the workers did not have on a face mask, and when he did get one, put it around his chin. This was not worth the price. Had a great server here when I arrived. She was helpful, friendly, and did her best to get me the greatest possible deal. KFC has gotten expensive in the last few years. And hard to navigate. Here at this location, the server helped me out and gave me what I wanted, nothing more, nothing less. As for the company, you don't get much for the money you spend. The costs seem much higher for the return. But it is what it is. You get your main course (chicken tenders or chicken on the bone), you get your sides, and you get your biscuits. The guy taking the orders had to have us wait to take our order so he could go back and see why there was three orders waiting to be filled. Finally he took our order. We ordered two #18's and one with no cheese. When I filled my cup with Mtn Dew Lightening it was all carbonated water. Gave it to the guy behind the counter and that was carbonated water. The guy tried to give me something else so he didn't have to fill the machine. He was overwhelmed with the amount of people that had ordered and no one was doing any work in the kitchen. When my husband went to get our order mine had cheese on it. They had to remake that one and gave us no cookies. So eating mine half of the chicken was tiny pieces of breading and there was little to no gravy. When my husband went back to get more it looked like the man taking orders was training all of these people as they were just standing around. Will NEVER visit this KFC again. The pictures you see are before I even had a chance to eat anything. Oh and it took us almost 15 minutes to get our order. This is the third time I run into a problem at this location. First time : I had asked for no pickle than gave me about 6 on one burger. (No biggie) Second time: they gave my order away to whoever order ahead of me at the drive thru and than gave me a cold papa burger. (It's ok) third & last time: no papa sauce on my burger , fries were the bottom of barrel dry fries. I give up on this location. For a location that seems to have more than enough employees the wait time on an order shouldn't take so long. The staff was extremely courteous, food was fantastic and the restaurant and bathrooms are kept very clean. What more can you ask for? Well on top of all that, the manager obviously leads her crew by example. She was out making sure everything was clean and was very nice. We were there tonight, about 6:30ish, only people in the restaurant, went up to the counter, stood there for about 3 minutes without any acknowledgement, while a manager was jumping down an employee's throat, and while several other employees walked by. Not one of them said they would be right with us. Finally the girl came and took our order, asked us three times if it was to go or dine in. We told her dine in each time. We finally got our food and it was all bagged into to-go orders. We sat down to eat and in the time we were there only two set of people came in, so not busy. The dining room was filthy. Soda all over the counter, tables were all sticky and dirty, the floor needed swept. The only clean part was the restroom. We love KFC, but will not return to this one.
