I can't vouch for the other ones but I go out of my way to come here it's hot, reliable and the staff go out of there way to make sure that there are no issues. Cashier spoke very little English the customer in front of me wanted 2 pieces of dark meat chicken she pretty much told him he had to order a number because she didn't understand what he wanted (great way to get more money out of people). 2. For my order paid cash asked for my receipt the girl put it down wouldn't give to me and said hold on a minute and left so I took my receipt, She had put payment $200 instead of 20.00 so she called the manager saying she needed a new receipt and the the manager got on my case I said the receipt was fine it said how much the food cost and she gave me the correct change. (I made it easy by giving her $20.17 so only needed $10,not sure what would have happened if I hadn't given her the change). 3. I don't know why some fast food places think that Pepsi Free and Diet Pepsi are the same product just so you know they are not, you have 10 sodas and no diet is terrible customer service. 4. The chicken tenders were gross they were mushy and seemed liked they had been sitting around a long time. 5. Should have known better when they have a sign that says they no longer offer refunds, but will make your order right with a smile on our face. 6. The manager is just plain rude she didn't like that I complained about the soda and made a point of saying what was on the menu (very small print). Tried the Pepsi Free and it was gross not only does it taste like regular soda that I don't like it was flat. Only 2 KFC's in the area the other is with a Taco Bell both have no diet soda and both have terrible service. Thankfully the Taco Bell next to the KFC decided to keep the diet soda. Do not use kfc.com for delivery here. I never got my order, claims doordash never picked it up and has to handle the refund. I confirmed with the manager my order was ready but doordash never came. It's been two weeks back and forth and I still havent gotten a refund. And they confirmed I never received it and it was neevr even picked up! Im filing a claim, theyre gonna spend so much more on legal fees then my $70.00 refund but thats what you'll have to do too if you order online from here. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'm a delivery driver and I can never get served here. My truck is far to big to get threw the drive thru. So I can't get served. It's been like this for over 6 months. Why is it TacoBell and Mc Donalds which are also in the same shopping plaza serves you in lobby but they don't? This is my closest KFC. And while I've had some okay meals, it's a real crap shoot and I use the Ashburn KFC when I'm ordering catering or want consistency. Don't come here expecting the Southern hospitality of a Kentucky colonel. For one, many of the front line people speak extremely limited English. I tried to order an "Arnold Palmer" (half lemonade/half iced tea) through the drive through and finally gave up, trying to explain that I didn't want two ice teas.....or two lemonades......or tea with no ice and a lemonade....etc. But the kicker was last night. I was coming home from a long trip and had chicken on the mind. I arrived at 11:10 p.m. and they were closed, despite the signage and website saying they closed at 11:30 p.m. on Saturdays. When I got home I called, and did have somebody pick up. They said they closed at 11:00. When I asked about the 11:30 closing time on the signage and the website he replied, "Well, tonight we closed at 11:00." I tried to find out if this was a permanent change or a spontaneous decision but again, English was a problem. While I can't say I will never go back, it won't be my first choice. read more

Most of the time their chickens are re-heated. Its easy to tell, they taste dry, more greasy and darker. We just buy here because it is more convenient as it is closer to us. If you are nearby other KFC locations, go there instead. read more

I was acknowledged but another 3 minutes passed and still no one to take an order. I let them know that I was leaving and their attitude was rather cavalier. Absolutely horrible. I normally love KFC, and I could see having an off night or two at a location, but this KFC is consistently low quality food and low quality service. Me and my friend went to kfc in hopes of getting a five dollar fill up at 10:45 at night and when we got there they barely had any chicken let alone the popcorn chicken that I wanted they didn't even have mashed potatoes we were very upset at what happened and won't be coming back and p.s they close 11 no 11:30 like the site says. read more
