Ki was truly an incredible omakase experience from start to finish! The food and service was exceptional with an emphasis on fresh, balanced flavors. We got the set menu which was comprised of 4 appetizers, 11 nigiri, handroll, and dessert (the most beautiful and delicate matcha served like a lily pad). The menu rotates since the ingredients are so freshly sourced. Some highlights for me were the kampachi, hotatagai, Botan ebi, king salmon (dry aged in house for 1 week!), bluefin toro, and wagyu. Would 1000% recommend and come back again. They also personalize the menu to your name and several parties were celebrating occasions and birthdays and it was so heartwarming the care and attention that was put into every part of this restaurant experience.

Best king salmon and tuna never had in others restaurant! Food is fresh and delicious, vibes are good with group of friends, chef team is fun

Love this omakase set! Pure delicious and it seems very thought out for each piece. They also served some different fishes that I haven't tried before. The rice is really important to me in my omakase experience. I was extremely impressed with the rice quality and the seasoning. The uni was good quality that was from Japan. It was super creamy and sweet. Also they used fresh wasabi . I will be definitely returning soon!

Everything about the places, fun and pleasant. Coast was humorous and fun and made us feel very comfortable from the get go. Chef was amazing. The whole experience was great like visiting an old friend's house. Nice decorations. Pricey drinks.

Omakase, but make it a party! The team at Ki Omakase knows that elite sushi tastes even better when the chefs have a wicked sense of humor. Shout out to Chef Mickey & Chef Saji. 10/10 experience, impeccable service, and vibes for days. Can't wait to go back.

An absolute 5-star experience from start to finish. The ambiance is beautiful, welcoming, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The personalized menu with my name on it was such a unique touch and immediately made the night feel special. The sushi was exceptionally fresh, with several pieces that practically melted in my mouth. You can really taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. The chef was warm and engaging, which added a personal element to the dining experience, and the service was just as impressive. Our server was incredibly attentive and refilled our drinks before we even had to ask. If you're looking for top-quality sushi paired with outstanding service and a memorable atmosphere, this is definitely a place to try. I can't wait to come back!

Came here the other night with friends for a birthday and boy did we leave full, buzzed and happy! The fish was very fresh and I got to enjoy my favorite pieces like wagyu, Hokkaido uni, and hotate (scallops)! The Omakase comes with 4 appetizers that was amazing and we get a dessert at the end of the meal! The restaurant was spacious enough especially at the sushi counter so you're not hitting elbows with your neighbor. Beautifully decorated inside. Staff was very accommodating and the sushi chef was a delight! Explained each piece and let us take photos of the Wagyu and uni! Definitely come check this spot out for a special occasion, date night, or if you just want to splurge on yourself you won't regret! Price is also very reasonable for the quality and pieces you get. I left wayyy too full! In a good way of course!!

First Appetizer....check other customers' photos and experiences. The difference between what I received and what others received is clear.

this experience was so far below acceptable -- especially for a $138/person omakase for 2ppl came out $300 that I feel obligated to warn others. The problems started before we even walked in. The parking lot was extremely small, and we couldn't find a spot. A minor inconvenience, but it set the tone for the night. Once inside, any expectation of an omakase atmosphere disappeared. The dining room was blindingly bright, chaotic, and loud -- more like a crowded food court than a refined Japanese dining experience. Several guests were visibly drunk and disruptive, standing up and yelling greetings across the room, and no one on staff seemed to care. We were seated at a table with no dedicated server. Instead, multiple staff members came by randomly, creating a complete sense of disorder. One of the female server who served our table seemed constantly rushed. She carried stacks of dishes and glasses bare-handed, with no tray, weaving between tables and dropping items off with barely a glance. She tried to clear our plates while we were still eating, and at one point simply walked away with a dish that still had food on it -- while balancing another table's dirty dishes in the same hands. I had feelings unwelcoming and pressure. There was zero food description, zero warmth, and zero hospitality. For $138 per person, I expected at least the basics. The food itself was the biggest disappointment. The four appetizer courses looked nothing like the photos. The oysters were tiny and flavorless, and every dish lacked seasoning, depth, and aroma. The sushi courses were paced absurdly slowly because everything seemed synchronized across all tables and bars in an assembly-line style, which stretched the meal out unnecessarily. The rice portions were oversized, the soy sauce was overwhelmingly salty, and the fish tasted like nothing. I have honestly had more flavorful sushi at conveyor belt restaurants. Midway through the meal, frustrated by the painfully slow pace, I asked if we could receive the remaining courses together. The server went over to the chef, raised her voice in another language, then returned to our table without saying a single word -- no "yes," no "no," no explanation. After that, she never came back to our table. Thirty minutes passed. No food. No communication. When I flagged down another server to check on our order, we received only a vague response, followed by another 10-minute wait with no follow-up. At that point, I had enough. I asked to box up the remaining courses and requested the check. Shockingly, the staff then asked me which courses had already been served. Moments later, the remaining sushi suddenly appeared alongside the check. When I asked again for it to be packed to go, they blamed me for requesting the remaining dishes all at once, saying that was why it took longer than usual. That made no sense. If asking for the remaining courses together would take longer, they should have told me when I asked instead of ignoring us and leaving us sitting at an empty table. When I got home and opened the to-go box, I discovered that we had only received 10 of the 11 sushi pieces -- one variety was missing entirely -- and the dessert was nowhere to be found. To summarize: chaotic atmosphere, no ambiance whatsoever, untrained and inattentive staff, shockingly bland food for the price point, and service that left us feeling ignored and disrespected for most of the evening. This is not omakase. This is not even close. Do not go. Under any circumstances. *Updated After posting my review, I reviewed other customers' photos and experiences. The difference between what I received and what others received is clear. Please look at the photos and decide for yourself.

Ki Omakase impressed me from the service to the quality of the fish. From the moment we stepped inside, they were very welcoming. I've been to many omakases in the city and the quality of the fish here was a notch above what I'm accustomed to. In addition, there was a seasonal fish and different shrimp that I've never had before that were delicious. Would definitely return.

Absolutely incredible omakase experience. From start to finish, flawless. The attention to detail, premium ingredients, and personalized service truly set this place apart. Already planning my next visit

It's been a while since I've returned so when I was given a choice, this was and still is, my go to place when I'm nearby. This visit - lots of sushi on my mind. I ordered the chirashi bowl as my entree and a la carte, sea urchin sushi. Today the Hokaiddo uni was available so I splurged and got it. The California uni was available too but given the option, Hokaiddo is the way to go! The Chirashi is a beautiful bowl of fresh sushi - given my allergy to shrimp, I asked for a substitute piece of fish. They accommodated without an issue. The tuna, salmon, and mackerel was outstanding - so fresh! The octopus, yellowtail and tamago were perfect. I enjoyed this very much... Couldn't finish the rice. The bowl is a great deal and value. For starters, my friend and I enjoyed the lightly fried soft shell crab. It was simply divine - great crunch and a soft shell indeed. The optional scallion and dipping sauce isn't really needed but available. So good! It was super fresh. My friend ordered the Black Cod Bento box. Rice bowl comes on the side. These bento boxes are the best deal: comes with gyoza, fried tofu, edamame seaweed salad, wasabi salt, cucumber salad, both shrimp and vegetable tempura (even eggplant!) and the cod was sitting on top of some sauteed string beans. Both of our dinners came with a choice of house salad or miso soup. I recommended the salad because the dressing is fantastic here - citrusy and light ginger I think, with a bright orange color appeal. The complimentary noodles as a palate starter was also fantastic. There is a parking lot in the rear but I've often found spots easily on the street (metered parking but free after 7pm on the weekdays).
