The food was extraordinarily delicious. The fish were cooked to perfection. The tastes of all the food was balanced (no excessive sauces etc). All four of us had a great culinary experience. We had Pear Tartlet, Affogato and the Shell Lava Cake for desert and all of it was done just right.
