I ordered the Ooh-Bae (Ube) for $11, and it came out pretty quickly. At first, I thought $11 was a bit pricey, but the portion was actually huge. I think it's easily enough for two people to share. It was super creamy, not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. All of the toppings paired really well together. Overall, I'd definitely come back to try their other halo-halo flavors!

First time here. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. While the place is a little bit small, it is clean and organized. It is located in a plaza with lots of parking spots, which is AMAZINGGGG! There are so many options to choose from but we got the classic and buko pandan. -Classic: can't go wrong with it! It's delicious and not too sweet - Buko Pandan: i loved this one! The flavor was well-balanced, authentic, and tasty! My fave so far One thing I wanted to highlight was the shaved ice itself. It was fine, smooth, and flavorful in both Classic and Buko Pandan. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to satisfy your halo-halo cravings!

Kiko is a great find in Burbank! It opens a little late at 12 but I guess you can't really have ice cream for breakfast. Surprisingly when I walked in 10 minutes after they opened, there was already a bit of a wait. I think 3 or 4 people had already ordered before me. All the tables inside were taken so I had to wait for someone to leave before sitting down to enjoy my dessert. There's also a little water station to grab some chilled water. The ambiance is very simple but gets the job done! Usually I get my halo halo craving satisfied at Chow King but this is a way better alternative. There is only one item on the menu - halo halo but it can be customized into a bunch of different variations. I got the Ube one and my fiancé got the Buko Pandan. I think it was a little over $20 for both but it was worth it! Will definitely have to come back and maybe try their classic one!

Halo halo is 5 stars - the most authentic that I've had. I ordered the original. The contents are complete they even have langka. The powdery shaved ice is actually the best because the consistency is very similar to how I remember it back in PI. All the elements are there even the pinipig. My son had ube and I prefer the original flavor. Service can improve and it might because the day I went it was Memorial Day and they had an influx of customers and the wait time is 30-40 mins from the time you order. So we had to leave and went to other places in Burbank and came back 30 mins later and still waited about 10 more minutes. The container was a bit sticky so it looked like they were in a rush and didn't wipe down the cup so I had to deal with that and clean up my cup holder in the car after. As mentioned by other customers here it seems they are not ready for the demand and at times may have stopped taking orders. I observed that when I was picking up no one was taking orders anymore. I would probably wait another month or so before they figure out the kinks. Because they're so busy would recommend take out than dining in.

SO FREAKING GOOD. Wow never seen a shop dedicated just to Halo Halo, had to try. The shaved ice is perfection, the flan is yum, the boba taste freshly made, the pandan flavor was just right, not too sweet. Yum yum yum. The cashier was very nice. The shop itself is very cute and easy to hang out and chit chat. Gonna come back ASAP to try other flavors.

Good, but none of the halo halos had any boba. Since the dessert is almost $10, staff should still be making sure all elements are there regardless of how busy it is. I preferred the regular halo halo over the ube. Authentic pinipig, yum. The woman at the counter was friendly and pleasant. They seemed like they could use more staff working there to handle the surplus of customers. They need someone to make boba. The wait for 2 halo halos was accurate, about 20 minutes. It was busy, but after our halo halos were done it was even worse. They stopped taking orders at 5:45pm. Will be back to try the buko pandan, melon and mais con yelo. Parking is in a shopping plaza.

This is the place to go to satisfy your halo halo and shave ice cravings! I got the pandan one to try and I love how the shave ice is light and fluffy and has the pandan flavor! I also liked all the toppings that come with it! All of their other flavors also looked so good so I'll definitely be back to try those ones! I highly recommend coming here for dessert!

I inhaled their ube dessert because it was so delicious from phenomenal ube sweetness level, great fresh ingredients, high quality shaved ice, and genuinely friendly informative staff members! I Completely enjoyed this inside their clean relaxing space and I will be back often!

Buko pandan with almost no flan :(

We came in last night for a quick sweet treat after dinner just down the road. I dunno what I was expecting tbh. The shop itself is dinky. There are maybe 4-5 tiny round circular tables that are no bigger than barstools. There's one rectangular handicap accessible table by the door. Their menu features a few different halo halo dessert flavors. We opted for the Buko pandan version. The piece of flan on the top, in my opinion, was pathetic in size. I felt like it was a tiny 1in x 1in square. It's the tiniest thing ever!!! For $10/cup, somehow this didn't seem right. When asked for a name for the order, I spelled out J-R-O-C. She only put in JR. Ummm ok. Strange. I think the cashier needs to do a better job of listening. Everything else was generally ok but I will say, a bit more attention needs to be paid to the table tops, trash cans, water dispenser area, and their cleanliness. Nobody seems to wipe things down or disinfects common surfaces. Their trash can was overflowing and definitely needed attention. The cashier offered me a receipt but did she not only not give it to me but she also couldn't figure out how to print the receipt after she's gone and already closed my order. I understand you've only been open for about a month or so but some serious fine tuning needs to be done.

Apparently Yelp hid my original review so I'm posting it again because this spot deserves more attention Tried Kiko Halo-Halo in Burbank and wow... this place is dangerous Got the banana caramel halo-halo and almost finished it before even thinking about taking a picture. Super refreshing, not overly sweet, and packed with flavor and texture. You can tell they actually care about the quality and balance of everything in it. Super friendly staff! Such a fun spot and definitely something different from the usual dessert places around here. Worth checking out especially with the weather getting warmer.

It's tasty. Got the mango peach biscoff combo. Yum! Get the classic if you're craving the OG filipino halohalo

God only knows how many times I have passed by this restaurant and have never noticed it until my…read moreson told me about it. Walked in around 12:50pm on 6/29/26 and was greeted by a lovely, sweet lady with a pretty smile by the name of Maddy. She was not only pleasant, but very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. Restaurant along with the restroom was very clean. One gender neutral restroom. The restroom had cute black and white photos on the walls. So did the restaurant. Lot's of beautiful touches here and there. As soon as I was ready to place my order, Maddy, got my order right and the food came out pretty quickly, hot, fresh and delicious!!! I ordered their Chicken Pot Pie-filled with white gravy, cooked carrots, peas, and corn. The crust was so fresh that it is so hard to describe. ($10.55), was worth every penny of it!! Then, I also got their Chicken Pesto Sandwich, which came with Mozzarella cheese, greens, tomato on a toasted Sourdough bread. I opted for the fruit instead of the side salad. ($15.25), got their medium size hot decaf. Latte, with Coconut milk($5.75), and for the milk they charged me 0,85 cents extra. (Was not informed about the extra charge for the milk). Finished my meal with a whole size Blueberry/Peach Pie.($41.95). Was a very decent size for a pie. You get what you pay for.. Everything tasted above and beyond my expectations!! Took the pie to go..They have an extensive menu options from coffee/tea, Latte, Espresso, salads, sandwiches, pies, wraps, variety of juices and more.. Street, and metered parking only. Thank you Maddy, Republic Of Pie, Cheyenne(their general manager that was so lovely to talk to) and Mary who brought out my pie and cleaned my table afterwards. Last, but not least..they have a live band playing on the weekends from 6-to 8pm. Next time, I will go there around that time to listen to some live music..

The wifi was fast though which was nice but they do have a limit with how long you can use their wifi (if i remember correctly i belive it was 2 hours. I got their key lime pie which was delicious and I also got the chicken pesto sando and that was really good too with a really generous portion. The key lime pie was definitely on the more expensive side (almost $10), but honestly it was really good and the flavor was super balanced between the cream, crust, and filling.Their coffee selection also looked really good, but unfortunately I wasn't able to try any this time. Street parking was easy to find and the service was nice, friendly, and fast!

Do you have any sense?! Anyway, turns out that person was upset that their order got canceled on DoorDash. If that person ever saw the line at Lou's, she'd understand why. Better yet, if she ever tried Lou's, she'd never have the gall to post nonsense like that. If you haven't had it, don't review it. Simple as that. As for ALL of the items at Lou's "Oh, aimé-je" it does NOT get any better. The croissants are hands down the best in America. The sandwiches (all of them): finger-licking good. The éclairs are the most delectable in town, as are the other pastries. And with ALL of that, somehow the best thing is still the customer service. I have yet to walk in there without seeing Lou personally chatting it up with customers, the man is everywhere. On sunny and rainy days he's passing out umbrellas, and on Mother's Day he's handing out wonderful gifts for all the ladies. The staff take their lead from him and are every bit as splendid. Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Burbank is not necessarily close to where I live but I'm so glad we happened to stop by to finally try this spot out! I'd love to try the sandwiches and tarts next time!
