I personally love the mozzarella sugar dog and the wings with the sassy sauce! Sassy sauce is more spicy but also a bit sweet to help balance, soy garlic is kind of sweet and tastes like the two spices named. Both delicious sauces. Secret gem! Been here a few times lately and the menu is fire. Spicy pork is over sauced for my liking but still great but the popcorn chicken is amazing. The staff is also super friendly and helpful! Additionally, there is vegan items but recommend adding more sauce as it's kind of plain. Why does Yelp do this to us :( We enjoy going on the website when going to visit new areas to find better places to eat/snack/dessert. Once again, let down. But the reviews are what help us find the good places. But this place was NOT it. On the bad places not to visit. Just overpriced, rude staff, very small portioned meals. We had three meals, but on a non-busy wait---it took over 45 minutes to receive our meal. Asked a few times, as other orders were filled ahead of us, but---"it's coming." The dumplings were VERY bland. Don't waste your time ordering them---no flavor, the sauce was too salty, and small in size for high price. The wings were stringy & not flavorful. The parking lot is insane---too much crammed into the place with limited parking spots. I would look into a different place for better Korean food---any place but this one would do! read more

Um...that exceeded my expectations by a lot. Last time I had Korean fried chicken was in AA and it was very underwhelming and haven't had it since. I ordered through Doordash and ordered a Popcorn Chicken Box (Popcorn Chicken w/ soy garlic, salad, 2 potstickers, and rice), 6 PC Chicken Wings with half Korean Sassy & Soy Garlic, and Korean Hot Dogs. The wings were huge and so flavorful! The Sassy sauce has a kick but still sweet, as it should with that name but it was my favorite. The chicken itself was very crispy and every bite was full of flavor and chicken was cooked so perfectly. The corn dog, was very interesting. It wasn't greasy at all, but it reminded us of an elephant ear on a stick with this delicious cheese. Inside was mozzarella cheese and supposed to have hot dog but ours didn't, it still tasted good so we didn't care. Definitely worth a try if you have the chance to try it out. Stopped in here for lunch after a friend recommended this place to me. The inside of the restaurant is a little empty, somewhat lacking in decor or style but that could be because the place is newer. It's great to stop in for a quick lunch with a friend but not sure if I'd come here for a nice dinner. We both ordered the Bibimbap with bulgogi and it was excellent. Plenty of vegetables and the beef was so tasty and well seasoned. I was full after just a few bites but I kept eating until the whole thing was almost gone because it was just so good. It was a big portion size too! You have the choice to order the bibimbap in the hot stone bowl for an extra charge and it was definitely worth it for the crunchy rice at the bottom. It also comes with spicy Mayo and gojuchang on the side. The place is self-service so you have to get your own water, silverware, etc and clean up after yourself so it's a pretty fast and efficient meal. I will definitely be coming back to Kimchi box and next time I really want to try the fried chicken because it sounds amazing! read more

Came here at 1:00pm on a Saturday with my family and it was pretty empty. To order you simply walk up to the counter and pay then you can choose where to sit. The atmosphere is very welcoming with lots of wood that compliment light walls and the green plants nicely. We ordered the Bibimbap, Seoul Chicken Sandwich, Bulgogi box, and the spicy pork box. The amount of food was quite large for the price. Their fries are some of the best I've ever had, kinda thick with crispy outsides. The chicken in the sandwich was high quality and easy to bite through with a complimentary sauce that doubled as a good fry dip when it spilled out of the sandwich. The Bibimbap had fresh vegetables with well cooked noodles and their purple rice was the perfect texture. The boxes had an incredible amount of food. I was not able to finish my spicy pork and had to cram the extra into a to go box. The salad was really crunchy and not too acidic, and the meat was tender and easy to chew. I live in Canton and just found out about this place today. Decided to go for a test drive, and I've found a new reason to drive 20 minutes each way for food. Absolutely great. kimchi chicken sandwich: my husband says this was pretty good, I didn't try it yet. It appears to be the korean version of a nashville hot chicken sandwich. bibimbap: this bibimbap has more stuff on it than any other I've had. Absolutely delicious. duk bok ki or however you spell it: really good, this is one of my favorite korean dishes and this one hits it out of the park. Hot, sweet, savory. Popcorn chicken: the korean fried chicken you know and love. Both soy garlic and sassy were delicious. Supposed to come with radish, did not come with radish, though honestly I don't like the white radish that comes with this kind of dish anyway. Sassy fries: fries with spicy mayo and cheese! They're the 'coated' crispy kind of fries, which I like a lot. Red bean buns: steam buns with red bean paste inside. The buns were nice and soft even considering they sat in my takeout box for the 20 minute drive home. Portions: I ordered a lot of food for two people in order to try stuff, and it's definitely a lot of food. Two people could easily eat one bibimbap for full entrees. read more

This place is one of our new favorites! We ordered take out on Saturday night, it was our first time trying. When we showed up to pick up the food they were still bagging it up but the lady was very friendly. The restaurant looked very nice and clean inside, we would definitely go there to eat. But we had not yet realized what we were really in for until we got home. The food was so good!! Since it was our first time, we had to get a bit of everything to try it, as one does. The mozz dogs were delicious, kimchi fries were as well. The popcorn chicken in the Korean sassy sauce.... Wow!!! I will never not order those, the flavor was so good with a little bit of spice. Yum! (For reference I really enjoy spicy food, but my girlfriend does not handle the heat as well, and she loved these too!) The pork dumplings are going to be another must have. So so good, and the dipping sauce they come with... amazing. At this point you may be realizing that we ordered way too much food for one sitting, so we did not get to the spicy pork tacos or the Bibimbap until the next day. But the wait was worth it. I have been here a few more times since I gave this restaurant my first not so good review so I thought I would update.. The last two times it has arrived well and according to directions. I always ask for sauce on the side and they get it right now. Radish side was tasty and tacos were pretty good but I would recommend giving people an option to put it in bao instead of tortillas so it has more of an Asian vibe. I took a star off because the kimchi isn't that flavorable, it's all heat but nothing else. Also I feel like the chicken is not crispy enough. They use too much flour and not enough potato starch which makes it more like American style instead of Korean. Hola has better KFC but the service is better at Kimchibox, especially for take out. Definitely coming back! Kimchi box is in a cute little strip mall with plenty of parking. Once inside, the space is clean, neat, and well lit. The ambiance is inviting with friendly staff and a soft background of cheerful pop music. Ordering at the counter was easy and once we were finished ordering we were able to grab a seat in one of the stylish and comfortable booths. I really liked that we could grab our own carafe of water and cups near the entrance so we never had to wait for refills (we like to stay hydrated lol). tldr THE FOOD: We ordered the bibimbap and two of the kbbq boxes (spicy pork and bulgogi). The bibimbap had fresh, crisp veggies and the egg and rice were cooked well. The noodles were tasty too and the portion was BIG! The BBQ boxes came with SO MUCH FOOD. I couldn't believe how I was already full and it looked like I hadn't even touched the meat there was so much left! The meat was flavorful and cooked very well. I tried both and I think I like the spicy pork a bit more, the little bit of spicy heat that hits at the end of each bite is really nice. Again, the noodles and rice were cooked really My dad had the Seoul chicken sandwich which he reported was delicious. He really liked the juicy piece of whole chicken and he said that the sauce was really complementary. His fries were really good too. They were piping fresh and hot with a great crispy coating. Wow! I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Ordered the soy garlic bone in wings and they were absolutely phenomenal. Super crispy, a great sauce and very meaty, just a wonderful wonderful wing. I only got to eat two of them because my 16-year-old smelled them and devoured the other four. Also kind of bummed that I did not get the pickled radish. It said on the menu they were supposed to come with the wings and they didn't. When I called the restaurant the girl I spoke to act like she didn't know what I was talking about. Oh well. I also got the corn dogs and neither he nor I were super impressed. They were good, but the menu said half hotdog half cheese and our corn dogs were all cheese. They weren't gooey anymore by the time I got home, and I only live five minutes away. The real star is the wings. They're not cheap, I think it was $10 for six of them, but boy were they good. I will definitely be back. read more
