I added a hash as a side and it too arrived hot. Coffee is ok. I prefer a stronger like mud coffee so it was ok. The atmosphere was nice: clean restaurant, appropriate wall decorations, booths and tables in good repair. Service was quick and accurate. Both gals serving were hospitable and always quick to top off coffee or water / drinks. Prices are reasonable; however, like many places today, their suggested tip starts at 20% and is on the total bill, including tax. Gratuity is supposed to max at 15% and on the subtotal before tax. I'm good with tipping extra here as the service earns it, but I didn't care for how the bill showed up. Food, service and atmosphere for a small diner is 5-star; coffee is 3 which is roughly 4.5 so Ferttita's is rounded up to a 5-star. Especially for the happiness and service of the staff.
