Shrimp pan fried noodles
Kik K.

I basically live in Florida but I have to come to New York for do some business and I miss a Chinese food. I ordered food form King Wah ( I had it before last year) and I very impressed for the food that I ordered. it's big and a lot more than 2 people can eat, worth for the money and it's delicious than Chinese food in Florida but one thing I feel sorry is I don't give delivery guy enough tip but I promise I will give him double for next time. ( I still in New York for a week.) I recommend you guys to trying this restaurant and You will not regret.

Chicken lo mein with vegetable fried rice

I was very satisfied with the portion, an overall quality of the food! It was missing flavor as the noodles kind of tasted very plain! But overall a good meal! 6/10

Crab Rangoon, sesame chicken and white rice comes with a soda as well

Bomb food, had their day special of crab rangoons and sesame chicken. Super good! Had to go back and ask for fork and sweet and sour sauce for the rangoons. Lacking one star due to the lack of face mask being worn by the man and woman behind the counter. I love supporting locals especially the Chinese businesses suffering from COVID because some racists immediately said they'll stop going to get Chinese food bc the virus came from China. Please go and support Chinese local businesses during these times!! I'll definitely come back.

Yelp subtly suggested that I should review this place. So I did. Only eaten inside this place once. All the other times it's been take-out. Basically the best Chinese take-away in Ridgewood. The folks who run this place are pretty nice, never had a problem with them.

Great establishment and great food! Come in hungry and leave happy. Very fair for what you get, the quality, presentation, and taste spot on. Highly recommend this place! A++

Ppl who like this place must not have eaten in Chinatown before. I wouldn't say it's horrible but I wouldn't go back.

Wow! Ocean Bay Seafood Restaurant is now open 10am everyday for dim sum! Yay! so happy because I…read morelove dim sum Definitely recommend Ocean Bay Seafood Restaurant to family and friends. We came for dim sum and stayed for lunch. I loved that the rice rolls were made only if someone ordered them. My fav is the shrimp rice roll. The shrimp rice crepe wrapped me in its warm embrace while the fresh shrimp was almost crunchy, steamed just right. The chicken feet will always be one of my favorite dishes, they marinate it well and it's usually very flavorful. Our seafood chow fun was very well made, fresh rice noodle with shrimp, scallops, squid and other seafood cooked just right. The chefs here are spot on every time in taste, texture and the degree to which everything should be cooked to perfection. It's always a joy to feast here for celebrations, family dinners and everything in-between. Two thumbs up! Ocean Bay Seafood Restaurant is definitely a hidden gem and consistently brings amazing comfort food to all who crave an exciting foodie adventure.

My favorite was the shrimp cheung fun--it's one of my go-to dim sum dishes, and this one did not disappoint. We also ordered from the menu the pan-fried noodles with beef, which came in a surprisingly large portion and was very tasty. Service was quick, and the food arrived without much wait. One thing to note is that the dining room feels a bit tight, especially with the traditional dim sum carts moving around the aisles. Parking was easy since there's free parking nearby, which is definitely a plus. Overall, while Ocean Bay wouldn't be my first choice for Sunday dim sum, it's a solid option if you're in the area or craving dim sum without a long wait.

We have been crazing seafood boil lately and ordered from here twice in the last few weeks…read more One of our fave seafood boils in queens. Been either dining in or ordering take out ever since they opened the Rego Park location. Service is always friendly and amazing either dine in or take out. Take out is super easy. Order on line and you can even accumulate points for a future discount. They also deliver for free and its pricing is better than the online ordering services. We ordered 1lb each of the shrimp with head, snow crab legs and craw fish. We love the oceanic sauce but also ordered on garlic butter with old baby cause the little one loves it. You can also pick the level of spiciness. Only drawback is, seems like there's less sauce and the sauce is very watery compared to before and my kids love dipping the seafood back in the sauce and coating their rice in the sauce. We love the mango pina colada with a kick and the virgin option is always a treat for the 21 and under. They even sent an extra drink today since they made an extra by accident. Thank you!!!

I was able to pickup relatively quickly without a long wait. The restaurant is dim and a bit loud but seemed like a good place for groups and couples. As for the lobster roll, it came with a small side of corn and a generous amount of cajun fries. The roll itself was decent with a respectable amount of lobster (more than Luke's for comparison) but I wish they went with a more traditional mayo dressing than the cajun dressing. But overall I would order it again.

We had a few misses: The Eggplant and Salty Fish (2/5) the eggplant wasn't cooked long enough to achieve that desired soft texture, and the salty fish was overwhelmingly, salty. The Sweet and Sour Pork Chop (3/5) had potential, but each piece was sliced too thin and over fried, making the whole thing unnecessarily crispy instead of tender. The Fish Maw Soup (3/5) lacked the depth of flavor we were hoping for. Chicken fried rice (2.5/5): tasted like what you would expect, Americanized fried rice The Highlights: The Mayo Shrimp (3.5/5) was a better dish; we appreciated the nice crispiness, and it was an interesting take to serve the mayo on the side. The Snow Peas with Garlic (4/5) was perfectly executed, fresh and garlicky, a simple but standout veggie dish. FYI: cash only

The food has been consistently well-prepared and flavorful. Although the restaurant is small, they've always accommodated my large groups of 20-30 ppl. Great customer service! Some standout dishes: -- West Lake Soup -- Peking Pork Chops -- Whole Roast Duck -- Salt & Pepper fried squid w.green chilies Note: entrees do not come with rice; $2/bowl. All their locations have pretty good ratings so I can't really go wrong. Came around 11am on a weekend and it was busy but there were tables available. The tables are arranged pretty strategically to fit as many as possible, which isn't the best for comfort. The service is nice here. The menu is in Spanish but they do have an English menu if you scan a QR code. I ordered the craken taco, costra taco, verde aguachile mixtos, a half dozen grilled shrimps, a la exotica, and guac with fried octopus. Everything was delicious! This place did not disappoint. Although, next time I'd probably skip the Craken taco and verde aguachile even though these two are a top recommendation. My favorite dish was probably the grilled shrimp. The way they grill it really brings out the sweetness and flavor of the shrimp. I personally enjoyed the la exotica more than the aguachile. The guac was also really good and the fried octopus was a good addition. I will definitely go to their other locations. This is a must try for seafood lovers.

We were sat quickly, treated to the usual bustling carnival of beef, lamb and chicken. In particular, thirty minutes into our Full Churrasco Service they took a moment from the usual garlic steak and bacon wrapped chicken for tender, red filet mignon and rib eye! Staff were careful, kind, attentive and they remembered my preference for bloody rare steak! It really is an indulgence that I never regret.

The buffet table was smaller than at the TS location and there seemed to be less choices. But the thing we were most disappointed about was the inconsistency with service - we kept waiting for the meat to come to our table but we kept seeing the servers going to other tables (on the outsides, and we were in the middle part of the dining area), then leaving and therefore skipping us. It was not just one server but multiple servers, they clearly have a problem with making sure all tables get the same service or number of stops. We eventually had to flag down someone to ask to be served. The meat served was also mostly the cheaper cuts, even though it's a holiday and everyone in our party was playing full charcuterie experience price. We were all disappointed with the quality of the meat. I'll still go to Fogo but I'll not be coming back to this location for sure.

One side of the restaurant seems to be more of a party area, while the other side has that bar/diner feel. They also have an outside seating area. My coworkers were worrying about parking for the 4-5 hour party so I got worried as well (got meter parking the previous time). Good thing I drove around and found so many spots on a side street 2 blocks away. The tables were set up, leaving a small space at the far end for the food and dancing. Would have preferred dimmer lighting for dancing but it was fine. Brought our own speaker to play music. Buffet style for the salad and mains; appetizers were brought to the tables. Meatball apps were a bit salty. Liked the penne a la vodka, chicken francese and the steak. Service was still great. Had option of unlimited drinks/alcoholic drinks and they were brought quickly. Have to remember this place for parties. Or have drinks/eat in the other room where the bar is (I remember there was live music there).
