It's crazy how they have a dirty place like this in the bowling alley. The floor was sticky, the doors were full of fingerprints, their trashcan looks like it has not bred wiped down since opening and to top it off they have B Rating. I had no choice but to buy because we were bowling. The cheese pizza had no flavor and their corn dogs had salt on them. It's was all around unsanitary. I'm all about supporting mom and pop shops, and given that I live locally, I wanted to order my pizza from Kingpin Pizza. I'm also aware that you guys had your business location robbed a couple of years ago, so I definitely have a ton of empathy with the business owner. It's happened to me several times (residential) and it sucks. With that said, the pizza is great! I think there could be better training when ordering through a phone call. The girl that picked up wasn't the nicest. I was hoping for a local business, that there would be more of a friendlier connection. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows? For example, I asked her if I could order pizza. There was no response of "Sure, what would you like?" It's like she was expecting me to go on with the next sentence to let her know what I wanted to order. Then I asked her how much would an XL size be. And again, there was this long 20-second pause, and then she responded with the price. There was no "One sec, let me get that for you." Or at least "sorry there's a customer ordering, can you give me a moment?" Would I come back again? Sure. But I would hope that there will be an improvement in the customer service (phone orders) in the future. read more

I ordered my children food at 5:59 went in back into the establishment after my fiance said the kids food wasn't ready and after 1hour of waiting the food still wasn't ready.. they failed to communicate it would take longer because they had a party.. if they would've communicated that then things 100 percent would've been different... 0-10 do not recommend... they need to go back to pinos pizza and the original workers! I grew up in this place and bowling alley! And it has just went straight to shit.. Dude called me a gang banger and all type of names good job king pin! The cook in the back repeatedly came out to talk to me and never confirmed with me that the refund was issued so I got a receipt.. as I was walking out bro decided to continue talking to me when I was walking out I will say I agreed with the cook as all I asked was for communication that you guys had a party and the dude that took my order was the Mexican guy who didn't inform me their was a party... no hard feelings I wish you well! Where do I start...for a bowling alley...this place has really really good food. Trust me when I say when I've eaten at many bowling alleys. Have not had their pizza (only because I can't eat pizza anymore) but their salads and sandwiches are really delicious and decent portion size for the price. I'd eat here even if I wasn't bowling. It was like back in the day when they cooked between 11am & 3:30 Church service and every lady on the Mother, Deaconess & Usher Board knew how to COOK! Ok I remember coming here back when I was a kid and it was pinos pizza... I recently found out there is a new owner and they changed it to kingpin pizza... so I had to revisit a place that replaced my child hood pizza spot and what I found is my new favorite adult hood pizza shop... The owner was there and was awesome... he helped me decide what to eat since it was my first time since a kid... I ended up with some traditional wings and a garlic chicken pizza... The pizza was fresh pressed out dough which you wouldn't expect at a pizza shop connected to a bowling alley... the pizza was as good as I was hoping it would be... The wings were hands down some of the best wings I've ever had!!!! No sauce, no ranch, nothing needed for these... there hand breaded fresh to order which makes them crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavor was 100% on point... there getting sauced and tossed wings soon so I will be coming back for those ASAP read more

This place is a hidden gem! Right outside of Cal Bowl you can find yourself some amazing pizza, hot sandwiches, and chicken wings! The owner is super nice and will let you customize your order quite a bit! My family and I have ate here tons of times and it's definitely the only pizza spot we have gone to during quarantine and we live in bellflower about 20 minutes away! The family and I decided to go bowling it was late but we had a couple hours before closing. Once we got there we realized we were starving. This place was closing and took our order as a last call. While we were waiting on our food I was thinking "i hope they Don't rush out some crappy food". But after about 15 minutes I thought this is taking too long Lol. Long story short, it was the best pizza and wings I've had in a very long time. All four of us agreed. We decided to go thank the Chef. One guy in the back cooking name Taylor. Food is great. Customer service is alright, could be better. Was more upset that the worker told me it'll be a 25 minute wait, and it turned into a 40 minute wait instead, not sure what was going on but it wasn't busy. Only one customer was in there when I ordered. Busy with preorders? Maybe, if so step it up, maybe turn on another fryer and oven. This place has the best wings! Customer service was great as well. A great place to take the kids to and watch a sports game. The prices are way better than that other place called Wing Stop.
