Best Chinese food I've had in a long time. Egg rolls are large and on point. Best I've had in Josephine county.

Excellent food. Our to go place when we don't want to cook. Spicy fried boy, Mongolian beef is some of our favorites.

Good awesome restaurant. Really nice owner made everything fresh from scratch…read more Be aware this is authentic chinese food not your typical american chinese fusion. So what you know as chow-mein... is Lo-Mein here. The orange chicken isnt doused with orange color and fatty sugars. Etc etc So if you only want american chinese food this isnt the place but if you want authentic chinese food then you can't go wrong here. I took off one star because I only give 5 stars to places that utterly stand out in every aspect. This one was close but being from so cal I have had a little better authentic chinese.

I saw this place on Yelp - I didn't read the reviews but did peep the 3.8 star rating so.. I thought "it's Chinese food, how bad could it be?". Well... when I entered to pick up the food I was told I had to wait a few minutes. Unfortunately that only gave me time to observe the extremely dirty and run down restaurant. It was stuffy, everything was dusty, the carpet had crumbs all over even though there was a sticker on the door saying they Only did takeout ? So I'm not sure how long those crumbs have been there. It was also ironic because by right by the register and their takeout menus there was a brochure for a carpet cleaning service ? I digress. I could also see in to the kitchen and I could see it was also unkept. I ignored these red flags and my urge to leave because again- we were starving and nothing else in town was open. I paid $60 (with tip) for "cashew chicken", beef & broccoli, spring rolls and shrimp fried rice. To say the least - it was inedible . It all got thrown away . The fried rice was mushy, it had no soy sauce, the spring rolls looked like .... Giant nuggets of something ? Idk they were salty but not good. The cashew chicken had more celery than chicken and it was also in some sort of gravy ? The beef and broccoli was also insanely Horrible. Clearly frozen broccoli and mush. It was so bad. I feel bad because the older man cooking was sweet but also, the food and Cleanliness doesn't even deserve one star

I started with the crab puffs, it was a very decent sized order, they were crunchy and not oily at all. The crab filling in the middle was creamy and savory. They were excellent. For my main course, I had the triple crown, which was shrimp, scallops, and pork, with sautéed vegetables. The sauce was amazing, a deep, savory flavor, the veggies were perfectly done, the shrimp were very good, and the scallops were absolutely buttery. The pork was very tender. It came with a good amount of rice, which was tender and perfectly done of course, I tore into it so fast, I forgot to get a picture. That is such a bad habit of mine. To drink, I had a jasmine hot tea, which was also very good. I ended up eating all of the crab puffs, they were so good, and half of the main course ended up being breakfast the next morning. For all of this high-quality food, the price was extremely reasonable. I would stop here again the next time I'm in town. Thank you.

The chili oil and peppers were incredibly fragrant, with layers of flavor that made the dish unforgettable. The Boiled Beef was equally delicious. Everything was so good that we completely cleaned our plates before realizing we had forgotten to take photos! We even ordered a Beef Chow Fun to go because we wanted more. On top of the excellent food, both the owner and his wife were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's rare to discover such authentic and delicious Chinese food in a small, out-of-the-way town. This place was a hidden gem, and we'll definitely be coming back.

It came out fairly quickly and was delivered by the robot as well as the woman who took my order. First of all the pancakes were the best I have ever seen at any Asian restaurant ever!!!! they were hot, thin, delicate, but strong and tasted great. The Moo Shu mixture itself was fine; however, no sauce was provided. I've never had that experience. Always before either plum sauce or hoisin sauce has been provided and it makes the dish wonderful. I would've asked for hoisin sauce, but I never saw my server again. She never came back to check on me until it was time to pay the bill. I am going to go back and give it another try but this time when I placed my order, I am going to specify that I would like hoisin sauce. If I were going to recommend any improvement for this restaurant, it would be that the server is more friendly and checks in on you a few minutes after serving you to ask if you need anything else so that you can fully enjoy your meal.

There is ample parking, which makes visiting easy and convenient and from the moment we walk in, we are warmly greeted and promptly offered seating options which is nice. The meals arrive quickly, are hot, always prepared exactly as requested and extra condiments are provided without having to ask. Having come from the greater SF Bay Area, we've had our share of excellent Chinese food before. Today, we met a beloved friend here for lunch. My wife and I have never been disappointed with Four Seasons. Today I had the Beef Moo Goo Gai Pan, and it was delicious. The rice was perfect, the egg drop soup tasty and the main course just wonderful and we had a side of pot stickers which were (and always are) delicious with their sauce they serve. Lee (or Li, is it?) always serves us as she did again today, and is attentive and a great server. Thing only thing I have to complain about is my lacking a bigger appetite!!! The ambiance isn't bad but is't over the top- it's just right for this place. I can't wait to go back again. The only thing missing here is I wish they would bring back their (delicious!) hot and sour soup, which I think they dropped as there are many retirees here that may not like it, or are able to eat it anymore. Just a guess.

The portions were large, prices were good, and everything was accurate. We ended up ordering too much (since we didn't know the portion sizes), and absolutely would have eaten it for multiple meals if we were closer to home. We arrived into Crescent City at around 3 pm, and I had looked at the menu on-line before arriving so knew what to order. The menu does not include an ingredient list, so asked if the twice cooked pork had zucchini...sure enough, it did (it must be used as filler in this area), so I asked it to be removed. They replaced it with green pepper instead. I was warned that the chow fun would take 30 minutes to complete, which I agreed to. Paid and waited. Sure enough, it did take that time, so appreciated the heads-up. Drinks are through bottles/cans and they had various sodas available. All dishes were presented in those styrofoam lunch containers, so the amount of food given was huge. Twice cooked pork ($16), Shrimp Chow Fun ($18), Mongolian Beef ($18). Only gave us one rice, though (should have been two). It took about 70 minutes to get back to our hotel near Eureka, so intentionally chose dishes that would travel well (i.e. no deep fried dishes). We made it just in time for Game 4 of the NBA Finals (Spurs blew the biggest lead in a NBA finals game). The food was good: plenty of good quality meat in each dish, and I especially liked the Chow Fun (delicious sauce).
