Came down for st pattys day weekend. It was really packed. Service was still great, waitress was really nice and informative. Food came out and great timing. I got the green tea drink it was a little sour so hot an extra shot to go in it.

Wings are amazing!! Super fun spot. The bar is dark inside but the vibe is fun! Not very big but we got a table for 6 in the back next to the arcade games!

Some banging wings! BLT was loaded with bacon!

I liked it it's divey and definitely geared towards adults but if you are looking for a casual hang and some crispy, saucy wings - it's right up your alley. I would def go back - nothing fancy but some sports on the TV, wings and a cold beer to break up the summer heat (or get out of the rain in our case) - it's a win!

A go to in OC with great staff and welcoming clientele that is not 'clicky' like some other year round places. Very good food and I love their steamed shrimp. Prices are fair with a great atmosphere to catch a game or just getting out of the het and grabbing a drink.

Hands down my favorite shrimp! I also love how the bartenders steam them right behind the bar. Best pub atmosphere!

Love the steamed shrimp. Served with onions if you like. Wings are good too. Bars food menu. Bartenders are super friendly and helpful. Long bar that fills up quick. Tables do as well. Locals and everyone visiting love it.

Right off the bat, this is dive bar atmosphere. We went in there expecting very little, food wise. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is small and on busy days can feel cramped. It's worth it. All 4 of us have nothing but positive things to say about the food. The roast beef club was HUGE. The beef was tasty and plentiful. The chicken tenders Nere phenomenal with great seasoning and cooked perfectly. The French Dop was amazing. Two diners who eat French Dip regularly said i was the best they had and surpassed the place they get it at home. The French fries? Wow. A basket of fries was enough to feed the whole table and the seasoning was amazing. Now let's talk about their chips. When you see homemade chips on a menu you know it's usually a vanity, cheap filler. This is NOT THE CASE here. The Kirby chips are CRAZY good. One diner who.will not eat chips tried one and said even though he's not a chip eater these had an amazing taste. We had sodas, 2 mixed drinks and a draft. Beer was ICE cold. Mixed drinks were perfect. Definitely not watered down. The atmosphere is dive bar. Not my scene and almost walked out. The music and people are loud. The space is limited. But the FOOD is amazing. I didn't expect much and now l'm embarrassed by that judgemental thought. It's so good we added their menu to our realtors' menu book in our rental. Will we be back? ABSOLUTELY and probably this week. We like to try different places but this place deserves a second visit.

The bartenders made me promise not to post this pic. I lied. Awesome shrimp as last time. Burger well done not medium rare as ordered. But still tasty. Nice bourbon crush. And if you ask for a Bud Light, they will bring you one!

This place is awesome good hamburger, best steamed shrimp and wings. Will go back again to try other food. The vibe here is great and loud. Only negative gets crowded after 6.

The ambiance alone makes it worth the visit. I stopped in for a late lunch and went with their Pick 2 lunch combo, pairing the Caesar salad with the cream of tomato soup. The Caesar was excellent: fresh, whole romaine hearts tossed in a nice tangy dressing, topped with flavorful brown bread croutons and a solid chunk of quality cheese. The cream of tomato soup was equally good, carrying over those same rich croutons and cheese to tie the meal together seamlessly. Service was top-notch as well--the bartender was friendly and welcoming, and the kitchen churned out the food impressively fast. Great spot all around; I will definitely be back.

Our main motivation for visiting was to see Jordan and Cowan, both of whom previously worked at Off The Hook in Bethany Beach. Jordan noticed us first and came over to say hello and share an update, and Cowan followed shortly after to do the same. I enjoyed two Sazeracs on the rocks for $10 each; unique to Hooked, this iconic New Orleans cocktail is a spirit-forward blend of Elijah Craig rye whiskey, aromatic bitters, a sugar cube, and an absinthe rinse, finished with a bright lemon twist. We also shared the happy hour wood-fired grilled oysters Reggiano with butter, garlic, blackening parmesan cheese, and salt for $19, though they tasted very salty. Additionally, I had the happy hour lobster roll on a toasted buttered brioche roll for $21, substituting the french fries with a side of coleslaw. It tasted quite similar to the lobster roll at Off The Hook in Bethany Beach. I finished my meal with a happy hour draft Evo Lot 3 beer for $6. Our bartender, Jon L., served us very well throughout the visit. The total bill was $128 excluding gratuity, which featured a 3% credit card surcharge of $3.57. After applying a $50 gift letter discount, the final bill was reduced down to $81. We all agreed that we will certainly return to visit Jordan and Cowan again.

The Chef looks familiar, I think I tasted his food before at one of the Celebrity Chefs Brunches for Meals on Wheels. I remember it being fantastic. There is outside dining but I booked inside as we weren't sure how warm it would be in May. It turned out to be a cold and windy weekend so we were very glad to be inside, plus the outside tables have a view of the highway. What a cute little restaurant inside; it is very tiny. We were crammed into a table in the corner. It was difficult to get past the other diners at their tables, and we could hear all the conversations around us. Every table was packed, I can't imagine what it's like in this room during the busy summer. Noelle was our server and she was amazing; very knowledgeable and friendly. She described the homemade bread service to us, and we ordered 2 Coastalpolitans which were made with Tito's Vodka, lime, soju, St. Germaine, and cranberry. They were sweet, and tart, and bright, and delicious. We decided on crab toast instead of the bread, and Noelle said we made the right choice. Wow, she was correct. The crab toast blew us away. It was chunks of crab on fluffy, crispy milk bread with pickled scallions, radish, lemon aioli, kelp powder, and lime. So beautiful and so delectable! RJ ordered the Pork Chop, which Noelle said One Coastal is known for, and I ordered the NJ Day Boat Scallops. We had no words. We sat there and quietly enjoyed every bite while listening to the surrounding tables, and knew we found a maybe not so hidden gem. My scallops were delicate and buttery and sweet, and melted in my mouth. RJ said his pork chop was tender and juicy, and the best he ever had. That is saying something. We finished with bread pudding because who doesn't love a good bread pudding, and we like to try it whenever we see one that looks interesting. It was salty and sweet and just so perfect. What One Coastal lacks in space and view, it makes up for with food and service. What a delightful place, and Noelle was a pleasure and a joy. We will definitely return to try all the other things and be lucky to sit anywhere inside or out.

The culinary team truly knows what they are doing. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the owner, Garvey. His behavior was shockingly rude, hostile, and completely unacceptable for anyone in the hospitality industry; let alone someone running a business. Treating customers with such utter disrespect is a disgrace, and it completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful dining experience. Because of the appalling way we were treated by management, we will never be back and cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. Great food is not worth patronizing a business led by someone who treats people this way.

SO, we decided we had the time, we were hungry & nearby, so we made our way to what is now called Whiskers Saloon. We were greeted warmly by Jay who was manning both the bar and customers at tables. We took some time to peruse the 2 page menu looking for both old favorites and what's new. I decided to try one of my usual sandwiches, The Rachel for comparison sake & added Sweet potato fries (additional upgrade). I asked & was happy the special spicy sauce I loved to combine with the fries was still available under a different name, Texas sauce. I will say, my sandwich was much better than in "the old days" because this was made with actual carved turkey thick slices as opposed to thin cold cut turkey from prior ownership. I was a happy camper! My hubby tried something new to him at Whiskers, he had a chicken cheesesteak sub and was pleasantly surprised and impressed to find it was not finely chopped up chicken, but cut up grilled chicken chunks with nicely sautéed onions.
