Having experienced many of their seasonal drinks, I'm often like "did these people even try their own drinks". Their year-round menu is lacking, and their lychee drink does not hold up to other new matcha store openings. If they want to stick around with their prices and terrible customer service, they seriously need to step it up. Workers are rude and unkind, they look disengaged and so bored. I won't be supporting this business again, except to redeem all my points.
