I came here on a Wednesday and I have to say it was busy. We waited about 30 min for a table which was fine because we had a party of 7. We were seated and probably waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. We then ordered drinks and apps which were another 10 min. Ordered dinner another 25 min all which was fine. What wasn't was once we were done with dinner our server disappeared. We sat there 25 min after we were finished when we saw him walk in from outside and put his apron on. I'm guessing he was on a break. 10 more min to get a check then I asked for to go boxes he never did bring those I had to ask the hostess for them.I went to pay on the tablet I asked if the tip was included because there was seven of us. He said no because he will usually get a bigger tip if it's not. Really, you just said that to me. I gave them 3 stars because the food was good. We had a pizza, sub Sammy, burgers, pasta. All good. We had 2 kids and while the meals were good I thought 12.00 for a kids meal issteep. Spent $270 and 2 hours. I might go back, not sure yet.... read more

So excited to have this restaurant here! With very little selection among restaurants that aren't chain restaurants here in West Roseville this is a complete gem! Have dined here 3 times so far and each time even better than the last. For a new restaurant they have it running like a well oiled machine! I've had the opportunity to enjoy 3 meals at 747 already and they were all incredibly delicious. I must say the 747 burger is probably a favorite but the steak sandwich was also pretty darn good! The cocktails are incredible! The Hibiscus Mule and Lavendar lemonade are my favs. For starters the pretzel and the meatballs are just so so so good! Too pricey. The only thing I enjoyed during my one visit, were the mashed potatoes. The chicken was bland and had no flavor. The ambiance was great but most people can't afford to feed a family of four or more at this restaurant. I kind of feel bad leaving this review but the last few times I have been here has been lack luster. The food is really pricy, the options are somewhat limited, and the food is not anything to write home about. I have an issue paying $10-14 for a small plate of sweet potato fries during what should be happy hour... and they were so over cooked that I felt like I was going to break a tooth. We recently ordered a dinner special, small salad and soup with a kids meal and the meal was well over $70 with tip. The special was a stroganoff that kind of tasted like hamburger helper to be honest and the kids chicken strips and fries were really over cooked and way too crispy to the point they weren't edible and we ended up throwing them away. The soup was good ... but very small. The previous meal I ordered was their steak salad and even though I ordered it medium-rare it came out well done and it was so long before anyone came to check on us we just dealt with it. Anyway, restaurants are much needed in this area and they get a lot of traffic by default I think. I just really wish we had more options. read more

After 3 phone calls, yes, no, yes we take reservations and thinking we had one with our name & time taken, we arrived and no reservation. Staff stepped up got us a table and Ashley arrive to extend her apologies and get our service started and drinks delivered personally by her. Our server, Zach, was also very attentive. Living in west Roseville, there are few options nearby. My friend and I stopped in on a Tuesday. I sat at the bar. Zach was our Bartender. After a shot and a beer, we ordered the Salmon and the Ribeye. Zach was one of the best bartenders I have encountered in a while. We shared stories of downtown and he was busy doing his side-work at the same time. After our food was delivered, I finished my meal and Zach seemed to notice I was still hungry. He suggested an order of fries for us which turned out to be the perfect amount of food. At the end of the night, I feel I got top level service, and a great experience. honestly if i based my review off of just the food, id give 4 stars because it genuinely is good. with that being said the service was the worst service ive received in a while. how people even want to come back is insane. i couldn't tell you who our server was based on the fact one person ( the bartender ) took our drinks and appetizer order and then never came back so we could actually order a meal. we were there for an hour and a half before someone finally came over to ask if we needed anything and at that point we didn't even want to sit and eat. we ordered our food to go, just for them to also not give us any utensils or napkins, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't live an hour away. to be fair our first red flag should have been waiting at the door for 15 minutes while looking at the empty restaurant. if i wanted to pay $85 for bad service i could get twice the amount of food at an applebees. don't waste your time. read more

Where do I begin?! First the ambiance of the restaurant is very striking, the music was not too loud and the actual restaurant and bar were beautiful. The service was great: our server was attentive and helpful when my party needed to split the bill, which I appreciate because I know that can get cumbersome. And of course the food was amazing! I ordered the half chicken with garlic mashed potatoes which was a great choice. I ordered a French 75 with my food and it was a great cocktail as well! My partner and friend both ordered the ribeye which was good, one of their cuts had a bit of gristle on it which wasn't ideal but it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, so it was easy to look beyond that setback! The seared salmon was also a hit, I can see why it's a signature dish of theirs! And finally, their soft pretzel was a great shareable appetizer that was a splendid size (and had great beer cheese). We made a reservation about a week ago for a party of 8. Reena was our server and she is the best! She's so sweet and checked up on the perfect amount. Ask for her section, but only if you tip well and take care of her as much as she'll take care of you. A bill for two with two entrees, two cocktails and a shooter is going to put you around $90 before tip so just know walking into this restaurant that you're going to be spending some many. I recommend the lavender lemon drop, it's beautiful. The half roasted chicken and garlicky steak sandwich were phenomenal. We'll all be coming back soon! My only two complaints is that the prices aren't listed online. If you are confident that you're going to draw in customers and get them to come back with your quality of food, drinks and service, you will be upfront about your pricing. The host stand called to confirm my reservation five minutes before it was about time for us to arrive which was odd considering you're typically supposed to call the a few hours prior or in the morning as you open. Those are very minor things though! I love having a nicer restaurant in the area and highly recommend it to those looking to try something new.
