Got Costco gift cards to this place. We had super high expectations, and we we're greatly disappointed. The service and all of the workers at the restaurant were OK. Not great not horrible. Just OK. The food was extremely subpar. I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza, mussels, garlic, fries, and fettuccine Alfredo. I can tell you the frozen California pizza kitchen barbecue chicken pizza that you can buy at Winco tasted better than this pizza. The fettuccine Alfredo had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The sauce was extremely watery. The mussels were OK and the garlic fries were just regular fries. The appearance of the food looks phenomenal, but the taste is absolutely not worth the price. All around not a great lunch experience. Service was nice but very slow, we actually had to go to the bar ourselves to get one of our drinks that was made but not brought to our table. Only after our meal did someone come around to refill our waters. We would have ordered more drinks but we never saw our server. At 1pm on a Sunday, it was not busy at all. Garlic Parmesan fries were cold and stale. Poke Nachos was disappointing, hardly any poke, or toppings--plenty of wonton chips left over (as pictured). They did not have the poke bowl anymore. Probably the worst poke nachos we've ever ordered honestly and certainly not worth the price. The burger was...fine? This is one of my absolute favorite places in Roseville! They have, hands down, the BEST lavender lemonade I have ever had. I keep trying to find another place that even comes close to having the same flavor as Kitchen747, but so far I have been unable to! Service is also amazing. We have different servers each time, obviously, but each server is just as kind, well-informed and helpful as the previous one! I also love the rooftop dining option that Kitchen747 has. I adore discovering new places, and we found Kitchen 747 in lower Roseville. Service and the wait staff are abysmal. They either need to be trained for their respective jobs, or they just don't care. We walked in and the seating hostess looked like she was unsure of what to do. We let her know that we were there for dinner, just in case she thought we wanted to sit at the bar. Once seated, we had to wait for menus. When the server came over to take our orders, I asked to see a menu, and he seemed surprised that we needed menus. After perusing the menu, and based on the lack of vibes, we opted to have pizza. It took the server 15 minutes to come back to the table to take our drink and food order. When we ordered, he said that it was going to take some time. I asked if he would recommend something else. He said " no, that's good", and walked away. Alrighty then. Our drinks were never brought to us, and the pizza arrived much later than we even expected. The pizza was filled with toppings. My first thought was, okay, this was worth the wait. Tons of different meats, and it looked really good. Looks can be deceiving. They clearly use pre-fab frozen meats. It all tasted like freezer burned chicken. Just gross. The sausage was mediocre at best. The entire meal was bad from start to finish. The server never came back to check on us, so there wasn't a chance to let him know, I'm case they wanted to correct it. We hit this place up after a Yelp event. Got seated right away. Place is clean. We ordered the garlicy steak sandwich. It was more like a French dip. Even had the dipping sauce. We were splitting it between my wife and I and the server said she would have the kitchen separate it for us. When it came out it seemed that they gave us both more fries than usual which was a great perk. So nice of her. Our friend got the burger with the cut potato fries which she liked. My first visit to this gorgeous establishment. Customer service is ON POINT here, thank you Derek. Met the owner and she is super welcoming and kind. A few friends and I ordered off of the brunch menu: Benedict, French Toast, Omelet, and a friend who showed up later ordered the house salad with chicken. We also ordered drinks with lunch: Cranberry Mimosa, Bloody Beer, and Vodka Soda with Lime. Everything was thoroughly enjoyed! Went on a busy Friday night at 7pm, waited 30 min to be seated (expected for a busy night) Ordered the ribeye, the ribeye was good and cook medium rare no issue here but the Brussels sprout were charred burnt and the bitter burnt taste was overpowering so ended not touching it. The mash potatoes were really good. SO ordered the filet mignon, was juicy and tender. Green beans were well seasoned. I've been here a handful of times and it's a pretty solid place. I've had the pretzel, wings, cheese pizza, meatballs and polenta, and the Caesar salad. Never been disappointed. The ingredients always seem to be great quality and the service is top notch. Decor and interior is nice. I usually sit at the bar which has a super friendly vibe. The service at this place is amazing!!!! I was driving through the area on a super hot afternoon with my pup to meet up with a friend, and since I had my dog we had to eat outside. We were well taken care of with constant ice water for us and a bowl for the dog. We shared fries and a salad, and they brought the salad to us already separated, which was beyond appreciated. We never felt like anyone forgot us with just the right amount of check-ins. Food is fine, but service was *chefs kiss*. The ambiance and design are cool both inside and out. The prices are astronomical. I'm happy to pay a premium price in exchange for a premium product/experience, unfortunately both were lackluster in this case. While the staff were all friendly, professional and hard working the service was very slow. The food was super mediocre --on par with like a BJs or other chain type experience. Visiting from the Bay Area- This place is exceptional. Dined in earlier tonight before our drive home, and may have lucked out with the best for last. Greeted and seated quickly, and we Throughly enjoyed everything. The Menu is very diverse, with options for all your food and beverage preferences. Our waiter Zae was the best we had all weekend as we dined out during our stay every meal. Hosts, buss-boys and other servers moved about with really good energy (we were also restaurant workers and have appreciation for the little things lol). A little pricier than we expected, but well worth it. Food was a close tie to another place, but the service/energy put it over the top- This IS best place that we've eaten in Sac. Unfortunately, a small concern knocked one star for us personally. While we absolutely DO recommend dining here, Just one concern we have to note as former restaurant manager/workers. A taller man was drinking a cocktail in the middle of the restaurant and working on his laptop, who we later put together and confirmed before we left was one of the managers. He later roamed and table checked with guests, was in the kitchen, & helped the staff drop food maybe. Then went back to his drink and computer, and interacted with some guests by the bar. As a former restaurant manager, I think it is EXTREMELY dangerous to be having a cocktail and working the floor. To have a drink openly in the middle of the floor and continue to work, is brave the say the least. No water bottle, or even a drink disguised as water in their water glass- this had to be a light cocktail with what looked like a salt or spiced rim on the glass, which is the only reason why including it. He could also be an owner, and maybe that's a different story cause I can't tell you how to run your business. In most cases though, that's ground for suspension or termination, and you wouldn't dare do it. But this is a local kitchen, so maybe it's different than say a big Corporate joint. Either way, I don't think it sets a good example for the staff or reflection of the staff/managers to the guests, to consume ANY alcohol while working at all. I don't want to be greeted by someone that's drank, nor have my food delivered by them, or anything of the sort. I'm just noting it because as a former manager, I would want to know if anyone on my staff had any drinks, then worked at all! Something bad happening could be catastrophic to your business' success, and we'd hate that for such a fun place to eat. Either have your drink in the break room, or your office, out of the clothes your worked in, and don't frequent back in the kitchen and on the floor to interact with guests after you've had a drink. If you're kitchen is on fire then do what you need to, but nothing in our opinion screamed emergency to where someone with alcohol should have been working. (If we're mistaken by it all, and this is all a big misunderstanding, then apologies in advance). Kitchen 747, we first thank you for understanding why we shared our concern. Your business is lovely and we will share good things in regards to it. Was in the area and was looking for a spot to eat for late lunch. Decided to try this as there was not a lot of restaurants in the area. I was surprised with the portion size and variety of foods offered. It was so hard to make a decision as I wanted to try everything. We ordered the garlic parm fries to share and it was a massive plate! It was a bummer that it was soggy and a bit bland. Could use more salt! Blueberry mojito drink was really good! Highly recommend. It reminded me of the discontinued blueberry drink from Buffalo Wild Wings. Maui wowwie pizza was massive. A bit bland, could use more bbq sauce in my opinion. But o love how thin the crust was! My first experience at this restaurant was very choppy - however, the manager made it right. I've been back here many times since. The food is always great - sweet potato fries, extra crispy and amazing burgers with tasty, strong drinks is my go-to here. The restaurant has a beautiful patio, and you're given the option where to eat before being seated so you feel comfortable. The best part is there is a great cafe next door so after you eat, you can grab a great coffee to help combat the food coma. read more

I've been here a few times, and am in the area a lot. I have always had a great experience each time. There is free parking in the parking lot, but it can get crowded when it is busy. It is located in a small retail shopping plaza. The service here has been great. I absolutely love the food here. One of my absolute favorites is their poke nachos. They don't skimp out on the ingredients with it, and the portion is pretty big. The chips are nice and crunchy and flavorful. The pizza was ok, but the garlic bread was pretty good.
